Lovely and loud

We had a very nice stay here. The apartment is exactly as pictured and was the right size for my family. Aside from being absolutely adorable, it has a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a great living room and very comfortable beds. Everything was clean and it felt like coming home after a long day of sightseeing. The location is both great and "not so great" depending upon how you look at it. It is great because it is very central in St. Germaine, with many fantastic dining and shopping options just steps away. We walked to Louvre and surroundings daily and taxis were plentiful if we need to go further. The "not so great" part is that it is located on a bar-filled street and this apartment is directly above the most lively of the bunch. People smoke in the streets and you can hear them until 2-3 am. On Saturday, the day we left, at 4:00 am there were still people partying outside. They do offer noise/rain machines which really did seem to help - but ultimately you feel like you're at a house party every night and you're the "party pooper" hiding in your room. We did join the party one night to see what the fuss was about, and it is a great street to party at! It was winter and we stayed mid-week so we found that Sunday and Monday were fine. But starting Tuesday it got increasingly more rowdy. I had read the reviews and booked anyway, and honestly, we lucked out as it was a quieter time. But, I did reach out right before to ask Paris Perfect what their policy is if the noise was unbearable and they basically said - you went into it knowing that it would be loud so even if it gets unbearable - we can't move you. So, buyer beware and bring ear plugs. All things considered, we still had a great stay.

Stunning Eiffel Tower views

This was my husband and my first experience staying in a rental vs a hotel room. We did not know what to expect. Arriving at a taped-up external door was a bit scary I have to admit but the internal door did lock safely which was comforting. Our host did say that they were working on fixing the lock. The young man was right on time and offered clear and thorough explanations of the apartment amenities. The layout of the apt with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Eiffel Tower was the highlight of the apt. Truly amazing! If the bath and shower were updated it would improve the satisfaction level immensely. This is just a personal feeling; the sheets were great but the blanket and cover on the couch material were unappealing hygienically knowing this apt is a rental with multiple users. That is an easy fix. The location of the apt is fabulous. It was nice to have the information sheets since although we have been to Paris many, many times this was the first time we had to use the bus system due to our ages. The 69 bus was ideal. I'm not sure if this is under your control but if the rug in the halls could be cleaned or replaced it would give a more pleasant experience as well. The internet worked well which was important for us. The apt was remarkably quiet which was a pleasant surprise due to the busy location. The view was one of the best views we have ever experienced in all of our many travels. Victors' Cab service was outstanding for the airport transfer. Overall, our experience was very good, and we would consider staying at this property again. I just thought you would like an honest and constructive review.

We love this apartment!

We have rented apartments in Paris for many years; this was our first time with Paris Perfect. Its location, floor plan, and charming decor was perfect for the two of us. My husband, a chef, loved the kitchen, especially the knives! Looking forward to our next extended stay in the Bourgogne.

Wonderful stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The apartment was just as described…well appointed, spacious and spotless and there wasn’t a thing we needed that wasn’t there (including phenomenal views). There was a binder full of information on things to do in the area and the staff was attentive throughout the week. I have already recommended Paris Perfect several times to friends and I would absolutely book again.

5 Star Experience!!!

Excellent Location … 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit … perfect for 2 couples … we were Mom and Dad and Son w/Girl Friend … S&G were downstairs w/private entrance and en-suite bath/ we were upstairs w/living room/kitchen and 1.5 Bath. Walk to everything Louvre/Recon Norte Dame/All Museums - great location and wonderful accommodations … we came from London via EuroStar - and the recommended Victor Cabs met us on arrival and delivered us to the exact location. 5 Star Experience!!!

Charming Apartment, Great Location!

My sister, niece and I so enjoyed our 7-night stay at Paris Perfect's Forez apartment. We were first attracted by the apartment's charming decor with its large light-filled windows, wood beamed ceilings, chandeliers and abundance of mirrors. We absolutely loved the location which was within walking distance to numerous attractions, charming neighborhoods and cafes, as well as the Metro station. We were a little concerned having just a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment for 3 ladies, but found that it was plenty spacious enough for the 3 of us in terms of sleeping, clothes storage and getting ready. We used the mirrored kitchen counter as a large additional vanity space. The sofa has a trundle bed that pops up for the additional guest which was comfortable enough and easy to set-up and take-down. It was great that the apartment had an elevator, but you did have to access it up a flight of stairs and then another flight to get to the apartment. We appreciated the personal greeting and arrival gift basket with water, wine, juice, coffee, cookies, etc. It was nice to have someone walk us through the apartment details like the elevator and the key fob entry to the building; then how to work some of the things in the apartment like the appliances, heaters, shower, and the windows/shutters, etc. The neighborhood felt very safe and is mostly pretty quiet, but as mentioned in some of the reviews, it can be a little noisy at night with the cafe right across the street. It does quiet down by the time you go to sleep. The garbage trucks do seem to run fairly frequently (and the recycle glass dumping is especially loud), but they don't start until 8-8:30 am on the days they do come, so it shouldn't interfere with your sleep. We would definitely stay in this apartment and with Paris Perfect again. We appreciated their personal touches and communication before and during our trip. We would highly recommend this apartment to other people wanting a quintessential Paris experience.

Another stellar experience

We have stayed in several Paris Perfect properties. Muscat is the third of the Place Dauphine apartments we have enjoyed. Place Dauphine is a delightful location - smack dab in the center of the city with easy access to all quarters. Plus it is super quiet in the evening, despite having several eateries located within. We loved the daily baguette delivery - with the coffee maker and jam from a nearby shop, we had a relaxing breakfast every day. Muscat is a very comfortable unit - so nice to have the extra half bath. Some of the light bulbs were out upon our arrival, but Paris Perfect sent someone pronto to replace those so that we could read at night. Our greeter was very pleasant and helpful. Simply no complaints!

Absolute Perfection

Thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay in Carignan. The location is perfect conveniently close to two metro stops. The neighborhood is lovely with everything you need within a short walk. The apartment lacked for nothing - from a washer and dryer to dishwasher to all the other thoughtful touches. Cannot wait to stay here again.

Would recommend!

We had a great time staying at the Cognac apartment through Paris Perfect. The apartment and its amenities were as described on the listing. The area was convenient to get to local groceries, shops, and restaurants. It was convenient getting to bus stops and train stations. Situated on the top (6th) floor of the building, we had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and many of the nearby rooftops of the area. Omi was very helpful in meeting us on day 1 to orient us to the entire apartment and gave us some recommendations for the city and area. The bottle of wine, milk, juice, and coffee were great touches to get our stay started. We wish the total cost of the stay would be a little less expensive, but for the location, amenities, and space it was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Would recommend!

The location of this apartment is wonderful. Close to great shopping, bakeries, restaurant, public transport and parks. We didn't find the noise of the Bon Marche loading dock a problem at all. It was nice having the view of this beautiful store. The apartment is in excellent condition with a high quality bed, appliances and bathroom. We were very happy with the Paris Perfect team as well. They checked in on us several times during our stay and had left a wonderful welcome package for us when we arrived.

Nothing short of magical

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of magical. Our host was very responsive to our requests and met us at the location to take us through all the details and answer our questions. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and charm, and a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment itself was very cozy with everything we needed. I had to work during our stay, and the Internet connection was perfect. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood - so everything was very convenient. However, it was the views from our windows that truly stole the show. It was everything we had hoped for on our Paris vacation.
