My 3 teenage daughters and I had a lovely stay at the Bellet apartment the first week of August 2018.  The apartment is well furnished and comfortable, and well located in the 7th near the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, and the Ecole Militaire Metro stop.  It was very hot the week we were there and we appreciated the air conditioning.  The staircase is narrow and steep, which wasn't an issue for us, but could be for some people.  The Paris Perfect team made check in a breeze and also helped arrange a skip the lines tour of Versailles.  We had a wonderful time, thanks!

"This apartment was perfect for our family. It was amazing to stay in Ile de la Cite. We were near the popular sites of Paris, but also able to enjoy the area like a local. This apartment had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. I am so glad that we have found Paris Perfect. Will definitely use them the next time we are in Paris. The customer service was impeccable."

This apartment is beautiful and comfortable, in a great location very close to Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler and transportation.  Our family of four stayed here in July when it was quite warm, but the air conditioning worked very well.  The sofa bed separates into two beds which was really nice.  The building is quiet, and the elevator was very easy to use.  The balcony is small but allows two chairs and table and has a great view of the Eiffel Tower.  Paris Perfect was great to work with, and we would stay here again.

"The best as always. Little snafu with AC the first day, but was perfect otherwise! A real treat to stay in Maranges this time. Location perfect!!! Aurelian was great for blow outs too! Aux Pres is a great neighborhood bar!"

"Lovely apartment. Fantastic location with rue Cler market literally at our doorstep. Our family of 6 enjoyed ourselves immensely. We were there during something of a heat wave. Air conditioning would have been a plus, but the fans throughout the home worked well and we cooled off nicely in the evenings. Definitely a great spot for a family in Paris."

"We stayed in the Bordeaux apartment July 2018. It was ideal for our family of four, providing lots of room for our 2 teenagers. The highlight was the view of the Eiffel Tower especially at night. We enjoyed daily croissants from Le Champ des Delices, dinner at Bistrot Le Champ de Mars, shopping along Rue Cler and gelato at Amorino. It was a great location for our daily Paris adventures! The Paris Perfect staff was so great to work with and provided us with all of our needs including our welcome groceries! We will be back!"

"The apartment is close to Rue Cler. It is on the 5th floor of an apartment building and is very quiet. We were met by a manager assistant and could always contact him/her and get answers to our questions. It is possible to schedule a taxi through the department manager. The building is perfectly situated at 163 rue de Grenelle so that you can walk down Rue Cler, visit places to eat and have a drink, buy fruits and vegetables, and just observe people going about their business. The apartment was very well equipped. Although small, it was exactly what we wanted with a bedroom separate from the living room, televisions & wifi, a kitchen area with a microwave and clothes washer/dryer, and an eating area. It was relatively cool although the summer was quite hot. There was a type of air conditioner that had a vent to the outside and some small fans. We highly recommend this apartment."

"First, Paris Perfect was amazing to work with. Always responsive to any questions, and they made arrangements for us to check in once we arrived in the morning from our overnight flight.

The views of the Eiffel Tower make this apartment amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings to gaze at the Tower. Very safe area and easy access to everything you need!!!

With all that said, the apartment was much smaller than it appeared in the website photos, and it was a bit too small for our family of four. I was expecting the living area that has the pull out sofa to be much larger than it was. The bedroom was also very small and we couldn't find room to put our suitcases. We booked this apartment 8 months in advance, knowing it was one of the smaller apartments offered with the view.....but it was also the only one in our price range given we were visiting in peak season. I was disappointed to see that this apartment was drastically discounted several months prior to our stay. For a discounted rate, this apartment would have been perfect. For the full price, I would not choose to stay here again. However......I do not regret renting this apartment for our first trip to Paris. It was important to me to have the view instead of having more space. I just don't think I would pay this again on our next trip."

"My granddaughter and I spent 8 wonderful days doing all things Paris, based in the Saint Julien apartment, as we celebrated her 16th birthday. This was my third Paris Perfect apartment, her second and we agree that it really was perfect for this trip! We both loved being so close to the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower, especially for the spectacular Bastille Day fireworks. We had a bird's eye view of the street celebrations before and after the French World Cup Championship win. The location is ideal for walking the city and convenient to two metro stations and all the favorite bus routes. The neighborhood is full of wonderful cafes and restaurants, interesting shops, and the amazing markets of Rue Cler. And there is no better way to enjoy the City of Light than in a Paris Perfect apartment, where your every need has been anticipated and provided. The staff is friendly and accommodating, from initial contact through the booking process, helpful during the planning stages, right through arrival, your stay and departure. Thank you, Paris Perfect, for another perfect Paris vacation. I am already dreaming about the next one!"

"The apartment was lovely and easily accommodated 7 adult women. The two baths with sinks/showers and the extra bath with the toilet and sink made it very convenient. The location is exceptional with direct access to Rue Cler. We were greeted by a very friendly staff who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment is very roomy, light and airy. We very much enjoyed our stay there for a week."

"The Volnay is a perfect little getaway which is clean and centrally located. We loved staying there! My husband and I stayed there with our 20 year old daughter, who was able to take over the little living room as her primary headquarters for the 5 days and we resided mostly in the kitchen area, which was absolutely fine. Clean and comfortable with great light.

The people at PP were accessible and met us as promised. We never quite figured out the television, so spend extra time truly understanding how to use it (turn it on and test) while the PP representative is taking you through the apartment.

We would recommend the Volnay to anyone and would stay there again."

Whilst the temptation to stay in a hotel is normal, I would strongly suggest living like a Parisian in an apartment of your own. There's simply no substitute for nipping into the boulangerie for a morning baguette or shopping for dinner in the market.  La Tache provides a perfect base to explore everything Paris has to offer with the knowledge that a comfortable "home from home" awaits with an elegant, well-equipped nest. Trust me on this......!

"We had a wonderful stay at Saint Romain, right on Rue Cler. We found it more fun to grocery shop on rue Cler and eat home than going to restaurants. We didn't really cook because we could simply buy amazing seafood, meat, and veggie dishes made and sold at Jeusselin and Davoli.
We spent a lot of time on the balcony in the evening, eating dinner and enjoying wine and the view.

Staying a short stroll from rue Cler was a privilege. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to comfortably spend nine nights. There was a bottle of wine, orange juice, and an Eiffel Tower charm key holder as gifts.

The bedroom was small but comfortable with quality sheets and had a good size closet with many hangers. The bathroom had a good storage space and a good size tub. Everything worked, including the washer (we didn't use the dryer because it would take a long time to dry - there was an easy-assembly hanging rack for drying clothes). We made good memories at Saint Romain and would return to enjoy being a temporary resident again. Thank you Paris Perfect."

Our only remark is that we would have loved to have more TV channels in English."
