I really don't want to tell people about how great this apartment is because I love hidden treasure and selfishly want to keep to myself. The apartment was very well located, close to many of the main attractions of Paris. Is not too big, but it is very comfortable and well decorated. Good relation between quality and price. We fully recommend it.

"The apartment was clean, well appointed, and we enjoyed our stay. The view of the Eiffel Tower and location were excellent. The two bedrooms were small with little room to maneuver around the beds. The bathroom set up is a bit odd. The bathroom for the smaller bedroom (two twin beds) was en-suite with a sink, toilet and shower. The Master bathroom was not en-suite to the Master bedroom and only included a sink and a shower. The toilet for the second bathroom was down the hall in a very small separate room and included a toilet and a very small hand sink. The apartment is on the sixth floor with 122 stairs. There is a very small elevator, barely large enough for one person and a rolling suitcase. Anyone with physical limitations and claustrophobia should steer clear of this apartment."

"I went to Paris with my daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday and we had the perfect stay! The apartment was in a great, safe, fun location! I was very impressed with the neighborhood packet recommending restaurants etc. We printed it out and used that as our guide most days. Paris Perfect made our trip very easy, fun and....perfect!"

"Fabulous apartment - very stylish and modern. It is right next to the Eiffel Tower - wait until you see the view out the windows in the master bedroom, dining room and living room. It's breathtaking. The location is ideal as the Seine and the park next to the Eiffel Tower are right outside.
The apartment was extremely safe and in a gorgeous neighborhood. It was very easy to get a taxi or Uber within minutes. We found the Paris Perfect guide to be extremely useful. We followed the recommendations - museums, dining, shopping, tours, etc. Take time to read their guide - it's well researched, written and a lot of time went into it. I would also highly recommend "The Moulin Rouge" - expensive but a fabulous show - never seen anything like it and likely never will. This is our second rental from this organization- they do a marvelous job. I would say they made our stay "Paris Perfect.""

"Very modern, comfortable, and nicely appointed apartment. Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of many historic sites of the city. Nice to have WiFi, satellite TV, and phone with calls for free to USA. Next time I would take advantage of renting the WiFi hotspot to take outside the building. We used the kitchen extensively, and shopped at the local markets. Also used the washer/dryer. Washer works great; dryer leaves clothes a little damp but we air dried them on the rack next to the kitchen. Nice linens, pretty comfortable bed, SLICK shower (use the rubber mat provided!). It was nice to have a bath and a half. The only thing I found missing was potholders. We used the kitchen towels instead."

"This, our fourth stay in a Paris Perfect apartment, was just as perfect as the first three. We love Place Dauphine, and Muscat is an impeccable apartment. Muscat offers a comfortable sitting area, breakfast table, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedroom with luxury linens. Paris Perfect very thoughtfully stocked the refrigerator with water, wine, milk, and orange juice, and there was plenty of coffee on hand. One perk to the Place Dauphine apartments is that fresh bread is delivered every morning - with butter, cheese, and rillettes from the market, we were always set for breakfast or an afternoon snack. The shower provides "American-style" water pressure and hot water, unlike many hotels. Once again, we are sold on the value for money of a Paris Perfect accommodation. We will be back!"

Our family of four (with 16 yo twins) stayed for 5 nights at Bellet in January 2019. The apartment was excellent and accommodated our needs very well. The apartment was relatively compact but very comfortable and had all the amenities that we required for our stay (aside from a broken electric kettle). The location was wonderful and we loved being so close to Rue Cler and surrounding streets for the food, cafes and restaurants. We were impressed with the detailed lists and descriptions of restaurants and shops provided by Paris Perfect, and found the information very helpful. We appreciated being met at the apartment as arranged and shown how everything worked.  We would love to come back and would recommend staying with Paris Perfect in the future.

The place was exactly as advertised, perfectly fitting my wife and I on our trip - we couldn't have been happier. A block from the Eiffel Tower, walking distance to shops, food and everything we needed. The neighborhood is amazingly quiet for being so close to a major tourist attraction. The greeter was great, they went through the entire apartment in detail to make sure our week in Paris would be "perfect" and it was. We will rent from Paris Perfect again!

"Great apt and location. It had plenty of space for 2 with the separate bathrooms. Quiet building, front door key is tricky, make sure the greeter goes over all the locks with you. Kitchen is adequate, just needs a tiny step stool to get into the microwave a little easier. Would definitely rent again."

"Amazing location – easy to walk to great restaurants and shops. Apartment is located on a corner so you get sun from both sides giving it a really bright feeling, even in winter. Very quiet at night and peaceful at night so easy to sleep."
