A dinky studio which manages to combine all necessary facilities (including a dishwasher and washing machine) with the feeling of spaciousness. The balcony was an added bonus. Very convenient for many bus routes and excellent shopping facilities nearby.

"This is the fourth different apartment we have rented from Paris Perfect and like all the previous rentals the apartment did not disappoint. It was in a wonderful location near the Eiffel Tower and the neighborhood had some terrific restaurants. The apartment was very nice and very clean. We will be renting from Paris Perfect again."

"We loved this apartment! This is the 3rd time we rented an apartment (a different one each time) from Paris Perfect and the check in went very smoothly and they were able to check us in early which was wonderful since we arrived early in the morning. The apartment is in a wonderful part of the city--right by Rue Cler so you have only to walk out your door and a fromagerie, poissonerie, grocery store, fresh fruit & vegetable store, flower store, many wine stores are all within a block or less!!! It felt like we were real Parisians, getting our baguette or croissant every morning and able to eat lunch or dinner in our apartment if we chose. There are many great restaurants within easy walking distance. We particularly like Le Florimond, Il Sorrentino, Au Bon Accueil and discovered Bistrot Chez France this trip which is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. One of the best things about this apartment is that when lying in bed you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower!!! My husband and I discovered this our first night and enjoyed the light show every night!

Our apartment was spotlessly clean and the towels and sheets are fabulous. It's such a pleasure to stay in such lovely surroundings. If you need something or have a question Paris Perfect is only a phone call away and they are happy to help. We're thrilled with our experience renting a Paris Perfect apartment and will definitely do it again!"

"The Merlot apartment was a perfect location for our stay in Paris. The two bedroom, two bath apartment provided everything we could possibly need. It was comfortable, spacious, secure, beautifully decorated and what could be better than the Eiffel Tower right outside your door? The Pars Perfect team was accommodating and available to respond to our needs. If I return to Paris, I will certainly be use Paris Perfect for my accommodations."

We had a wonderful stay in late March at the lovely Bellet apartment! This was our first stay with Paris Perfect, and we will certainly be repeat travelers. The Bellet was a perfect size for our family of four (including our two daughters, ages 10 & 15). We absolutely loved the location - a quiet side street that was an easy walk to the Metro, grocery, shops, restaurants and perfect for a nightly stroll to watch the light show at the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed, large enough for us all to have space, and furnished with comfortable beds and couches for those afternoon naps after long days of sight-seeing. Thank you for helping make our girls' first trip to Paris a perfect experience!

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The area is convenient with many options for shopping, restaurants and easy access to a cooking course attended. It is definitely an apartment for 2 adults and no more as the space is small and the stairs can be tough to navigate. We will be back!"

"What can I say about our stay at the beautiful Cognac apartment? When I walked in the apartment, the first thing I did was open the doors to the beautiful terrace. I was looking forward to our amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and it did not disappoint. We watched the Tower light up every evening and it took our breath away. The beautiful furnishings and decor along with the comfortable bedding made our stay certainly a home away from home.

The staff at Paris Perfect was so helpful in introducing us to our apartment upon arrival and all of the literature with instructions were helpful in making sure we knew how to work each appliance.

This trip was a bucket list trip for me as I battle terminal cancer. Being able to spend time in Paris with my sister and two best friends in the luxurious Cognac apartment was truly a dream come true."

Close bakeries for breakfast goodies, nearby Metro stops for our day's adventures and wonderful restaurants close by to end the day. This apartment was recommended to us by friends and we will certainly do the same. The Paris Perfect staff was so helpful from the very beginning of our trip planning process. They made our stay in Paris unforgettable.

"The Clairette apartment was perfect for my 13-year-old grandson and me. It was cozy but gave each of us some space, and it was equipped with everything we needed. And the location really was perfect: a grocery and vegetable stand just steps down our street, and the Metro just a couple,of blocks away. And, of course, a view of the Eiffel Tower from our living room window. The apartment was spotlessly clean, a feature I've come to expect from Paris Perfect properties. The beds were comfortable, even the trundle in the living room.

The Paris Perfect staff continues to amaze me. Over the phone, a staff member walked me through the intricacies of the DVD player with enormous patience and good humor (in my defense, it was complicated - there is no way it could have been done with written instructions; even my tech-savvy grandson couldn't get it to work). Did I hear a baby wail in the background at the end of our phone call? Guilt and apologies!


This is the fourth apartment I've stayed in with Paris Perfect over the last 14 years, and each one was charming and comfortable. I've recommended Paris Perfect to many friends, and I look forward to exploring more of Paris Perfect's offerings."

"As soon as we walked in the door at La Place Dauphine we felt at home. It is a beautiful apartment looking out at a charming square. The apartment was very comfortable and was so welcoming after a long day of walking and seeing the sights of Paris. The location is perfect, affording us the luxury of walking to many places on our list, yet very easy to catch a bus when the distance of our journey was a little long. Every morning we had breakfast in, enjoying the baguette along with cheese, jam, and coffee. The local restaurants were excellent, and it was fun to just walk across the street to a charming and delicious meal. We would stay here again in a minute."

"We loved the Morey apartment and had a wonderful stay! It's beautifully renovated and decorated with every comfort in mind. And it's in a fantastic location and neighborhood. The description is very accurate and does caution that it may not be the best choice for light-sleepers, as there is a festive bar scene on the street. But that said there are terrific restaurants and bars -- as well as gelato & macarons, bakery, groceries, etc. -- all a stone's throw away. Beyond the apartment, Paris Perfect's tips on the neighborhood and activities were invaluable (and we had a fabulous cooking class with Charlotte Puckette). We were very happy to find the Morey apartment and would definitely recommend it!"

"The apartment is impeccably decorated and pristine. The sheets and towels are of high quality, and the kitchen provided all the basics one might need. The location, on a quiet square, provides a calm retreat that is perfect for exploring neighborhoods on both the Left and Right Banks. It was an ideal apartment for my adult daughter and me. (My husband, who did not travel with us, might have had difficulty managing the narrow spiral staircase linking the two floors.) The history of the building is fascinating. Paris Perfect did an amazing job of renovating the entire building. I am certain that every apartment in this building is wonderful and would book one of the Place Dauphine apartments on my next trip. I also highly recommend Victor's Cabs for transportation to and from the airport. We carefully read Paris Perfect's recommended things to do and enjoyed taking the Batobus instead of the Metro as a novel way to navigate the city via the Seine."

"Another wonderful stay in Paris thanks to Paris Perfect. The apartment is lovely, the bed super comfortable, and the kitchen the best part - spacious, really well equipped and even has a full sized refrigerator. The location can't be beat for easy food shopping, right on the market street of Rue Cler. If you walk past the Musée de l'Armée mornings and evenings you can see all of the bunnies busily cropping the lawns. And if you stand in just the right spot and look across the street, you can see the reflection of the Eiffel Tower sparkly light show in one of the windows. My only tiny quibble about the PP apartments is the lack of storage space for suitcases and small personal items - always closets, but no dressers or shelves. It was manageable for one person, but if my husband had come we would have had trouble finding room for things, as there wasn't any place to comfortably 'live out of a suitcase'. So pack light - always a good idea anyway. The PP team is friendly and responsive, and as an older woman traveling alone it gives me a great sense of security knowing they are there to help. They provide not only lists of the standard recommendations for shops and restaurants but also doctors and dentists, a real plus. I can't wait to plan my next trip and hope I can stay with PP again."

"My husband and I stayed in the Cabernet for a mid-March trip to Paris. The location was perfect as the apartment is on a unique street - close to the Eiffel tower and the Champs de Mars - but still with a neighborhood feel. Everything you need is at your doorstep - multiple boulangeries, fruit/vegetable markets, a G20 (Paris local grocery store), Pharmacie's cheese shop, and wine stores. The apartment is also close to many very good hidden restaurant gems and close to several metro stops. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple. It was nice to have a second bathroom so each of us had our own sink - although the second shower is very small. Very light filled and comfortable for relaxing mid-day to refresh before heading out again to enjoy everything that Paris has to offer. We were definitely spoiled with the direct Eiffel Tower view and enjoyed the view in the mornings over breakfast and in the evenings during the Eiffel's light shows every hour on the hour. We would definitely rent this apartment again."

"It was always a dream of mine to rent a place in Paris to live like a local and this experience was that dream come true! The apartment was excellently maintained and clean and the location was magical. The large balcony was my favorite feature as I loved sitting out there every morning with coffee and a book and evening with champagne and charcuterie enjoying the views of the rooftops and the sounds of the people below. Everything one could need or want was located on these 3 enchanting blocks. The people of the management company, Paris Perfect, were very helpful and readily available to answer any questions. They have laid out clear instructions to the apartment operations as well as the rules. Please note that, while the other Paris Perfect tenants to the left of the apartment observe the quiet courtesy rules, the tenants to the right of the apartment, who are not associated, do not extend the courtesy so if someone is a light sleeper you may want to keep this note in mind. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay and I would most definitely stay there again. Thank you, Paris Perfect!"

Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable! The Bordeaux apartment was well appointed, clean, organized, and decorated beautifully. The towels and linens were soft and comfortable, everything was in working condition, and the view made us so happy! The location has wonderful restaurants and bakeries just down the street. I highly recommend and hope to be back. Book with no hesitation!

"We loved our Paris apartment! Our location was perfect, a block from the Seine and Notre Dame but on a quiet, narrow street where the noise was minimal. The apartment was charming and ideally set up, with wood beams, a very comfortable bedroom, and a thoroughly modern bathroom. Paris Perfect (and Danielle) met all of our needs and were quick to respond if we had any issues. We were close to everything we needed (the Marais was just on the other side of the Seine) and a couple of blocks away from a fantastic 3-day-a-week market, where we bought beautiful vegetables, fruit, and jaunty hats and scarves. Could not have been happier with the entire set-up, including the connection to Victor, for a great airport pickup and drop-off."
