"I loved and was very impressed with the service of Paris Perfect! Our apartment was so central, and it was so nice coming home to it after a long day. The only downside was the soft mattress. My husband, who is used to harder mattresses, found it hard to sleep. Otherwise, having your own small pad complete with everything we needed was just great. Thank you Paris Perfect!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Saint Emilion! Paris Perfect was wonderful and the apartment offered many amenities to enrich our stay, including many helpful books and guides, lovely shampoo/conditioner/soaps, and OJ and milk in the fridge all ready for us. The view of Eiffel from Saint Emilion simply cannot be beat, and the location was wonderful--steps from a grocery store and many lovely restaurants. Our only complaint was that the 2nd bedroom smelled a bit of mildew. Everything else was perfect!"

"This was our second stay in the Volnay. After our first stay, we wrote a long and glowing review. We won't repeat that, but suffice it to say that we now consider the Volnay "our apartment" and the only place we'll stay in future visits to Paris. The location is exceptional. Busy street, yet quiet on the third floor. The size of the apartment is perfect for two people. And, being foodies, we loved buying fresh produce from local markets and butchers and cooking it in the well-equipped kitchen. And seeing the Eiffel tower from every window was the piece de resistance!"

"Place Dauphine was beautiful. We loved the apartment. Cozy but plenty of space, including ample storage space. Everything (appliances, lift, hot water, electronic door locks, etc) worked perfectly. The decor was tasteful and comfortable. The location was quiet and convenient. We will definitely stay there on a future visit."

"Once owners of a nice pied a terre in the 7th, we are very familiar with Paris and my wife and I are both highly fluent in French, so it was a sort of homecoming to celebrate a birthday and devour 6 art exhibitions. We have stayed in several other Paris Perfect apartments, so we know the high quality of all the options we have tried previously. Our former stays in our own Paris place and Paris Perfect apartments have circulated around the superb location of the 7th arrondissement with it central location, great transportation, excellent restaurants and the famed market street, La Rue Cler. The Saint Romain apartment is right in the middle of the la Rue Cler, which is a great advantage in every way and not an encumbrance to be on a largely pedestrian street. The apartment was the right size for a couple, but access to the bathroom (separate small space for les toilettes) passes through the one small bedroom, so that could be a challenge for any third or fourth adult guests using the living room pull-out sofa. As all Paris Perfect apartments, the kitchen and dining needs are abundantly stocked, and the appliances are cleverly built into the cabinets along the long apartment wall. Tastefully and nicely decorated, the apartment is on the top floor of the building and it is very functional--with a view of the golden dome of les Invalides-- but it does not have the high ceilings nor the wall and ceiling moldings of many traditional Paris apartments."

"Our greeter met us at apt and gave a brief tour and answered all our questions. Apt was clean, comfortable, centrally located and spacious with all amenities. Fresh bread provided each morning. Recommended."

"We were so pleased when we checked into Marcillac! It's a beautiful top floor apartment with all the comforts of home. We loved having coffee in the mornings with the windows open to the courtyard. The location is perfect, right across from the subway station and within walking distance to so many great cafes, bakeries and the Eiffel Tower. Two of the days we were in Paris, the temps were in the high 80s and the central AC was a very nice perk! Paris Perfect took great care of us and we will highly recommend them and their apartments to anyone traveling to Paris!"

"This apartment was exquisite and very comfortable! Located in the 7th with a view of the Eiffel Tower, it was the perfect location for exploring all that Paris has to offer. A quick walk to the La Tour Eiffel, the Seine, Rue Cler, world-renowned restaurants and shopping...who could ask for anything more? The service from Paris Perfect was top-notch!"

"Great apartment - small but perfectly appointed and exactly what you need. I adored the balcony (coffee in am, wine at night) to feel and see Paris - was such a great element of the stay. The bed so comfortable and awesome shower. I loved Place Dauphine - right in Ile de Cite but away from crowds and walking distance to all neighborhoods. We had a wonderful stay - the apt is clean, well decorated, well appointed and a treat to stay in!!"

"Chateau Latour is a lovely apartment and is a perfect location to explore Paris. The neighborhood provides easy access to great food, the metro, and the Champ du Mars. Views of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace are stunning. Our family of four had plenty of room and enjoyed being a part of the area."

"Really enjoyed our stay at this Paris Perfect apartment. The location was perfect as there was a lovely restaurant just below where we had breakfast often. There is also a lovely cheese shop and chocolatier, as well as a grocery store, post office and pharmacy, on the same street so we had everything we needed.
The apartment was just fine for us and the bed was very comfortable, although difficult to make each morning because it is against one wall/window. The bath/shower room was very nice, however no place to plug anything in because the warming towel rack blocks the one outlet in the bathroom. There are two large cabinets on either side of the sink to store products. We only were provided one face towel and we should have asked for more and I'm sure they would have responded accordingly, but we were busy sight seeing and managed without.
The kitchen had everything we needed (wine glasses). Lovely large refrigerator to keep water and wine cold. We did use the washer/dryer once and were happy to have it at our disposal, although it is a bit challenging to use. We read the directions provided, but I think an update to those instructions may be helpful to others. Thank you!"

"The Moselle was lovely and very comfortable for two adults. The neighborhood was wonderful.....grocery stores, a wonderful meat market, fruit and vegetable markets, and a post office across the street which made it easy to send post cards....with the exception of the Champ de Mars cafe. Our first morning in the apartment, we went there for a simple breakfast and when we were presented with our bill of 50 euros, we were also asked if we wanted to leave a 20 or 30% tip. I have been coming to Paris for 30 years and have never been asked that question. Waiters do not do that in Paris.
This is the second apartment I have rented from Paris Perfect and I will do so again when I return. The staff is very helpful and very pleasant."

"Beautiful apartment and perfect location. The logistics and communication were seamless and accommodating. One minor suggestion for cooks like me who are not intuitive is to add some measuring cups and spoons to the kitchen equipment. Otherwise , everything needed was provided. Especially appreciated the fresh baguettes in the morning. Can't wait to stay there again."

"Apartment is beautifully furnished! Eiffel Tower view is amazing. Location was excellent. Close to all major attractions. Plenty of shops, cafes and patisseries. Vertite was our greeter and she did a fantastic job in explaining about the apartment. Nice building. Very quiet. Second bedroom is on small size- just be aware of that . As usual a Perfect stay with Paris Perfect. They think of everything. This is my 3rd time renting from them."

"We stayed in the Volnay for 10 wonderful nights for our 50th wedding anniversary. Beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. Overlooking a bustling intersection, we were able to people watch from the large windows in our living room and kitchen. The Volnay is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was wonderfully equipped if you like to cook. We walked all over Paris as this apartment is centrally located. This was our second Paris Perfect Apartment. Last time we stayed in the Cognac as there were 4 of us. I plan on returning to Paris in 2 years and will be staying in a Paris Perfect Apartment again. So many beautiful apartments to choose from."

"We had a lovely stay at the Banyuls apartment, our 4th stay with Paris Perfect. In true Paris Perfect fashion, the apartment was comfortable, modern, and spacious. This apartment is on a bustling pedestrian street, right in the heart of St Germain and walkable to everything. That said, it can be noisy at all hours but the bedroom is in the back of the apartment so it was quiet for sleeping. We are already dreaming of our return to Paris and will only stay with Paris Perfect for their service, quality, and locations."
