We loved everything about this apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped. The neighbourhood was fabulous. Lots of shops for groceries of every kind. A little shopping trolley was available to take to all of the little markets. Hair and nail salon just around the corner. Rue St. Dominique just at the end of the block has the best restaurants and shops. We would rent this one again in a heart beat.

"We had a wonderful stay at the Bergerac. Loved the apartment and the neighborhood but the best part was being able to look at the Eiffel Tower morning, noon and night. The apartment was beautifully appointed and a welcome refuge at the end of a busy day of site seeing. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming with everything you could want -- nearby cheese, meat, wine, bread and pastry shops, plus charming little restaurants and cafes. The only downside was that we only had five days. Can't wait to go back."

Great location, bright and very well laid out apartment. Lots of closet and cabinet space. Clean and open kitchen. Great Eiffel tower view from the balcony. If you like to cook, the kitchen might be a tad limiting with an induction burner and a combo microwave/oven. Not much in the way of roasting pans, mixing bowls etc. But, there are good basics to put together your meals (great pots and pans, good knives, etc). There are so many great farmers' markets around the neighborhood as well as all the awesome specialty food shops. Super easy to get around Paris from this spot and great walking along the Seine! Paris Perfect was very thorough with all kinds of information on the city, the neighborhood and the apartment. I hope to work with them again on finding an apartment in London as well as a return to Paris.

"Our apartment was perfect for our visit. The location was conveniently located a block from Notre Dame, excellent markets, and bistros. Wine, cheese, tea, juice and snacks had been graciously placed in our refrigerator for our arrival. Questions not covered in the comprehensive information emailed to us were answered either in person by our greeter or with a quick telephone call. And, I have been sharing with friends decorating ideas gleaned from staying in such a cleverly designed abode. Our expectations were surpassed, and we have already recommended Paris Perfect to friends."

"There was nothing we didn't love about Macon apartment in Paris. Its was close to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, shops, and transportation. We lacked nothing inside the apartment. I was traveling with my daughter, her husband, and two children. There was space for all of us. My daughter's husband had been very concerned that this would not work out very well, but he loved it too. We only wished we could stay in Paris longer. I will rent from Paris Perfect again. Thank you."

"The apartment was perfect for us. Nicely appointed, spotlessly clean with a little balcony overlooking the golden dome of Les Invalides. And it was quiet, especially considering the vibrant neighborhood. We walked out the door to a wonderful market and great restaurants (check out the 'Top 10' in the manual provided by the company - you won't be disappointed!). We loved just exploring the area on foot. And an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, the Rodin Museum, etc and close enough to the Metro that the town center is just stops away. The people from Paris Perfect that we dealt with were helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process from making the request to handing over our keys as we left. Highly recommend, and will use this company, and maybe even this apartment again."

"This was my fifth stay in the amazing Champagne apartment, and my sixth stay with Paris Perfect. Both the apartment and the company are wonderful. The apartment has everything you need, and you may not want to leave, with the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower and street life below. Paris Perfect provides a level of personal service that is hard to find in this era of online everything. I think you will be happy with any of their apartments."

Of the 4 Paris Perfect apartments we have stayed in, this was probably the nicest. Two full bedrooms and baths, plus a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Our only complaint was noise, as Avenue Bosquet is a major thoroughfare between the left and right banks. It was warm, and leaving windows open for ventilation at night or using the portable A/C units, which must be vented out a window, proved challenging, at best. I would suggest either central A/C be installed, or ports in the windows or building for the portable A/C exhaust. Other than that, this was a lovely apartment, very well-located in the area of the 7th that we love.

"Everything is not only as advertised, but better than advertised. This was our first trip to France, and while in Paris we desired to have the most quintessential Parisian experience possible. Staying in an apartment offered us the chance to shop and cook and really enjoy all that the 7th arrondissement has to offer. We were not disappointed. In fact, our experience was SO good that we are already making plans to return as soon as we can. We will definitely arrange to stay with Paris Perfect when we do. While not everyone may enjoy walking as much as we do, we had no trouble walking everywhere we wanted to go: The Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, the Latin Quarter, and Eiffel Tower just to name a few. The location could not have been better. The apartment itself was beautiful and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and clean. Many thoughtful items like a rolling shopping cart were included for the convenience of guests wishing to shop Rue Cler, which was much closer than we had realized. If you stay here, make sure to take advantage of the rue Cler market. Paris Perfect does a wonderful job of offering guests lovely accommodations and a true Parisian experience. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Muscadelle. From the bedroom window you could see L'Invalides. From the lounge room chair you could gaze upon the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was luxurious, very clean and fresh. Our 17 days there was a real holiday. Thank you!"

"This apartment is located on the perfect street. It has every kind of food store, for example, cheese, meat, coffee, pastry, chocolate and wine shops within a 2 block area. My granddaughter, age 10, was with my son and I. We could go to the shops and gather what we needed for breakfast and dinner. The apartment kitchen was equipped and allowed us to fix these meals easily. This is the 2nd time I've stayed in this apartment and would do it again for my next visit."

"We appreciate Paris Perfect and their staff meeting us at the adorable Morey Apartment as soon as we arrived from the airport so much! Like all transatlantic passengers, we were bleary-eyed and needed to check in. A huge thank you for this great service!! We also loved the three tours we booked via Localers Tours on the Paris Perfect website -- the neighborhood orientation tour our first morning, a tour of Versailles with one of their engaging guides, and a Sunset Champagne Luxury Cruise in a beautiful Venetian wooden boat on the Seine. I cannot recommend the sunset cruise enough -- especially if you have a special occasion to celebrate as we did! The Morey apartment was charming and had all the conveniences we needed with one caveat. We had read about the street noise from the establishments downstairs in past reviews, but we underestimated the decibel level in the apartment until 4 am, even with earplugs, white noise machines, and the air conditioning running. We are not light sleepers but found the shouting and singing at the top of the lungs until 4 am to be disruptive. This problem could be alleviated by noise- and light-cancelling curtains such as those found in hotels on busy streets or the provision of some Bose noise cancelling headphones. We realize that we had notice of this noise - we just underestimated it and take responsibility for that. We hope to rent again some day with Paris Perfect at a quieter locale."

"The Cognac apartment was as shown in the pictures on the website. In short, it was very clean, updated and impeccable. The Paris Perfect team was excellent to deal with and made our arrival easy. They provided a very detailed document listing amenities around the apartment and Paris in general, which was very helpful, as well as information on how to get around using taxis and the transit system.

They made the check in very simple and the check out equally as simple. One item of note, the Cognac is on the 6th floor and therefore is approximately 120 steps from the ground floor. They have a small elevator which takes about 2 people and 2 pieces of luggage. Having said this, the steps were a great way to work off a big lunch and dinner.

I would recommend the Cognac as well as the Paris Perfect team."
