The location is by far , the best location in Paris....in the very center of the city between the left and right bank, along the river. "Cognac is absolutely beyond my expectations. The place is beautiful, and the view to Eiffel Tower breathless. The staff of Paris Perfect was in communication, gave super clear directions and helped me with Victor booking for transportation. By the way, Victor is the most amazing guy, he picked us up at the airport, gave us his car wifi access, picked up our luggage on the day we left the apartment (for an extra fee) and took us to the airport, where he indicated us the Booth for check in and boarding gate, absolutely recommend to hire him. About the location: is perfect, several restaurants, (even 5 with Michelin stars) convenience stores, boulangeries, pastisseries, fromageries... walking distance to L'hotel des Invalides, and to Eiffel Tower. We went to celebrate my parents 48 marriage anniversary, and we all had the most amazing time. Thank you to all Paris Perfect team for an outstanding experience!"

The site is in a very good place to visit the tourist-attractions but was also very practical for me for work-purposes. Supermarket nearby. Just brilliant!"

"This apartment is very very nice and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants just downstairs. Also a park across the street and just a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower & the river. The unit is clean without dust nor bugs. Plenty of soap, toilet tissue, trash bags, etc. Kitchen is fully stocked. The bed is very very soft and comfortable. I could lay in it all day. Definitely high quality mattress and sheets. Overall a great place to stay and I highly recommend.â€"

"This is the most amazing apartment situated in a picturesque setting in the heart of the Ile de la Cite with easy reach to transport, shops and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and the greeter (Virgile) was there to greet us on arrival. If you are looking for a comfortable and luxurious place to stay in Central Paris then this will take some beating."
