"The place was much better than we expected. It was a spacious 3-bedroom with plenty of closet space for a long stay. A beautiful balcony and great views of the Eiffel Towel 24/7. The place was exceptionally clean and the building was very secure. The location is great with lots of supermarkets and bakeries and butcher shops close by, not to mention walking distance from Champs de Mars. All of the amenities, the pots/pans in the kitchen, the linens and towels were top grade and made the stay very comfortable. Moreover, since we stayed for a month, when we had questions or needed some help with a few things, the Paris Perfect team were outstanding in their response and support. Definitely recommend it."

It was a great stay! The Eiffel Tower looked so powerful and beautiful from the room. Not only the Eiffel Tower, but also the roadside trees in front of me and the wonderful apartments like Paris at dusk were wonderfully beautiful. It was a nice and sunny apartment with the best ventilation. I'm grateful that there are several supermarkets next door. There was also a large park in front of the Eiffel Tower, and I could take a walk almost every day. The bath is big, and when you look up at the window while soaking in the bathtub, you can see the Eiffel Tower with great power. The facilities are perfect, and the rooms are gorgeous with Parisian design and lighting. It was a great satisfaction. Highly recommended!"

"This apartment completely exceeded my expectations. The host was kind enough to give us a tour of the apartment and answer any questions we had. The location couldn't get any better and we were able to make breakfast every morning with a spectacular view of the tower. This apartment was an experience in and of itself and absolutely made the trip that much more enjoyable than if we had settled for a random hotel somewhere. Highly recommend!!!"

"The chance to spend the second Paris lockdown of 2020 in utter luxury - priceless. Building is beautifully renovated and you are in the true heart of the city. It is like being at a luxury hotel while having all of the amenities and comforts of home. Walk out the door and you are literally steps from Pont Neuf to watch the magical sunsets and see the Eiffel Tower sparkle. I spent a truly magical 11 weeks (!) at Loupiac. Not sure when I will ever have this kind of opportunity again. My stay was truly « Paris Perfect ». Merci."
