"We had a lovely 1-week stay at the Volnay apartment. It's about 630 square feet which we found to be the perfect size for our family of 4 (two adults, a 5- and 9-year-old). The view of the Eiffel Tower to enjoy the Bastille Day fireworks from the living room was the highlight of our stay. The kitchen and dining room were wonderful, and the couch that turned into two twin beds for our girls was perfect. Lots of excellent bakeries and restaurants nearby. Communication ahead of our visit was solid and Paris Perfect provided lots of information about the city ahead of time. Kevin checked us in, gave us the apartment orientation and he was wonderful. The perfect place to stay if you want to be steps from the iconic Eiffel Tower."

"Our stay was great at this beautiful apartment. We have been to Paris a few times and this neighborhood was new to us. Residential, not so crowded as others, lots of restaurants and shops close by. Metro station at walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacies, shopping stores every close by. I even found a laboratory 2 blocks away that gave us the COVID test results working 12 hours, a requirement to get back into the US. The beautiful Eiffel tour from the window… We had a great time at this apartment."

"This was an absolutely beautiful apartment for my first visit back to Paris after the pandemic! Could not beat the view, wrap around floor to ceiling windows keep the apartment super bright, which I love. While it is not a large apartment, (1BR), the space is used well and you never feel cramped. The double pain windows were terrific in keeping out street noise, when you want to. I actually enjoy Paris street noise, most of the time. It's on a great street in the 7th so you are near a ton of "local" place to eat and shop. The building is also good, maintained and quiet. Would highly recommend and plan to stay here again."

"My daughter and I just spent 5 wonderful days at the Cabernet apartment. The view from the apartment is every bit as beautiful as the pictures show. The balcony is narrow, but with the windows open, the entire living and dining area is like a balcony facing the Eiffel Tower. The king sized bed is comfortable, and the bedroom facing a courtyard is quiet and relaxing after a busy day of taking in wonders of Paris. The kitchen is well equipped. We actually stayed in one evening a cooked a meal ourselves. The air conditioning worked perfectly for the little bit of hot weather we had. The elevator, though small like all Paris elevators, was welcome after hours of walking in the city. The washer and dryer work very well. In addition to the excellence of the apartment itself, the location is fantastic. Right outside the front door are restaurants (we recommend Cafe Constant and La Fountaine de Mars), patisseries, fromageries, grocery stores: all you need. The metro and a taxi stand are close by. If I could, I would live in this apartment!"

"The Chambertin apartment was lovely, just as pictured, and very well equipped with wonderful linens and toiletries. Hairdryer, shampoo and soap were supplied, as well as kitchen basics such as salt and pepper, which was very helpful. The AC unit worked well although our stay was not during very hot weather. The area is quiet and has many restaurants, and of course the view of the Eiffel Tower was spectacular. It was fine for one adult and two teenagers. The nearest Metro was several blocks away, so if you plan to spend much time in the center of Paris, this location might not be the most convenient. The toilet room and shower are small, if you are a big person, take note."

Rue Saint Dominique is a great little neighborhood street with amazing restaurants, bakeries, and green grocers. The location is convenient for all sightseeing in Paris. I wish we could have stayed longer!"
