"This apartment is truly “Paris Perfect.” The apartment is comfortable and has plenty of storage. The view from the living room window is spectacular, especially at night. The location is excellent, there are two cafes a few doors to the left as you exit the property and a small grocery store to the right just a half block away. We found an outstanding Italian restaurant on Rue Monttessuy called IL Sorentino, left out of the property and left on the first street. (About a block) The staff members of “Paris Perfect” are outstanding. They respond quickly and have very helpful information. This is a quality and professional company that is reliable. We used “VictorTaxi” for service to and from the airport. I highly recommend them. We had a fabulous time in Paris, I wish all have the same experience."

"This apartment is absolutely perfect! The location in Place Dauphine is ideal. It is right in the middle of Paris, but on a quiet, tree-lined plaza lined with several great restaurants/cafes. The apartment is completely equipped with everything your need including full kitchen, laundry machines, dishwasher, coffee makers, etc. Having an extra half bath made getting ready in the morning a lot easier. The bedroom and living room are spacious and beautifully decorated. The view of the plaza is wonderful. It is nice having an elevator for your suitcases. We attended two concerts at Saint Chapelle, right around the corner from Place Dauphine, which were wonderful. Victor cabs transported us from CDG and to Gare Nord and they were on time and extremely professional. We had a wonderful week in Paris, and we were THRILLED with this apartment. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Paris. We will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful apartment! Great value and location. Coming to Paris for the first visit, we struggled with choosing where to stay, I wanted something comfortable with a view but not very expensive, since most of our time was spent touring. This apartment fit the bill perfectly. My daughter found the fold out comfortable. Air conditioning was nice and they supply a fan to help cover the whole apartment. Washer Dryer combo a must as we had a week touring the north of France. The only downside was it is a distance to sites like the Louvre but transportation is easy with Metro, taxi, Uber, or scooter. "The place is located on one of our favorite square's (in this case triangle's) in Paris My husband and I and often our teenager go to Paris twice a year and have stayed in many air b n b's. This place was one of our favorites. The apartment is super comfortable and perfectly located. The shower water pressure was great which is always nice after a long day of walking the city. The size of the place would have easily accommodated our son if he had been with us."

We loved the Cognac. The Eiffel Tower view and the size of the balcony was even better than we expected from the pictures. The bathrooms were nice and had great water pressure. The apartment is in an amazing location with a great Italian restaurant right below it. It is close to everything.

"The apartment is wonderful. Extremely well located, just in front of the Tour Eiffel. Everything is walking distance from there. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, the restaurants, all the parks etc... The apartment is really spacious. Full bedroom, living room with great view of Paris, full kitchen and dining space, great bathroom with bathtub. Very quiet and romantic place to stay. The communication with the hosts was perfect and very diligent all the time. You will really enjoy your stay here."

"My daughter and I came to Paris and had a delightful stay at this apartment! It is nicely decorated, cheery and very clean. Check in was super smooth. We also really enjoyed the location, much less touristy than the neighborhoods we've stayed in before in Paris. We shopped at the local markets and prepared several meals for ourselves and found the kitchen well equipped. We hope to come back for another stay soon."

"As with our other stays at ParisPerfect properties, the website pictures and description are a faithful representation of the apartment. Although the address is on a busy street, the apartment itself is on an inside courtyard, therefore very quiet. Everything needed is there. Specialty food shop and grocery store are a few yards away. Great welcome from the caretaker. The apartment is a 15 minutes walk from Vantre, a "must visit" small bistro with the "wine list of the year 2021" according to La revue de vins de France."

"My family and I spent a wonderful ten days at the Châteauneuf. Excellent location - a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and lots of shops, restaurants and a nice playground nearby. The apartment was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. "This place was such a hidden gem located in the most beautiful neighborhood in Paris. We had an easy access to many bars, restaurants, shopping centers, and touristic spots. The apartment was super charming with most of the utilities needed for two people for a short stay. Although we had some issues with the elevator initially, the management was super communicative and on top of the issue. Note to my fellow Americans, if you are traveling during summer time be aware of the weather since Air conditioning systems in France do not blast as of those in the USA. But overall, we enjoyed our stay in Paris and will recommend Paris Perfect for a perfect stay in Paris. We will come back in a heartbeat because of their high quality service. Many thanks."

The location could not be any better. Restrauant as were close by as well as many groceries. We cannot recommend this apartment enough. So glad we chose this place!"
