Perfectly situated with outstanding restaurants, cafés and the Rue Cler right at hand. Comfortable furniture and good storage space. If you are noise sensitive, you should know that the early morning market deliveries and the late evening restaurant and bar crowds below are lively.

Wonderful Apartment

Paris Perfect is perfect. We recently rented the Chambertin apartment for 12 nights in mid-September 2021. The apartment was very well located in the 7th arrondissement (district) and was very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, the metro and the train. It was also within walking distance of a number of points of interest. We have previously stayed in two other Paris Perfect apartments, the Cognac and the Vonay. All the apartment were very comfortable and very well equipped. The pictures and descriptions on their website were very accurate and we were quite pleased to find everything as pictured and as stated. The apartment booklets were very helpful describing the area, restaurants and points of interest. Since we have enjoyed staying at their apartments, we have now booked their Clairette apartment for mid-September 2022. Paris Perfect is Perfect.

First off Paris is always amazing, but this visit was so special. Everyone is so happy! Tourists, Parisiennes….. everyone is ready for travel and excited to see one another. Volnay is a slice of heaven. Beautiful apartment with a spectacular view. No matter what we did that day we ended by coming home, opening the windows, pouring 2 glasses of wine, talking about the day while watching the Eiffel Tower twinkle at night. The location of the apartment was perfect. You have everything you need just a quick walk out your door. Great food, delicious wine, necessities and more! It’s also very central and easy to get everywhere. Oh and if you’re a bit adventurous take a Retro motorcycle and sidecar tour through Paris with Retro Tours. Amazing! We loved having a nice sized kitchen, washer, dryer, an elevator after long days and a very comfortable bed! Be sure to visit Patrick (owner) and Pauline (server) at La Campanella down the street. Please say Scott and Sally sent you. That was our neighborhood spot. For something next level visit Divellec and be sure to tell Bob we sent you. Amazing food and service. And lastly thank you to everyone at Paris Perfect for assisting us with everything. There was definitely more planning needed this trip with Covid passports, testing, paperwork etc., but you made everything easy. We can’t wait to come back and the only decision is how soon! The apartment was perfect for our week-long holiday. Super clean, so well designed, incredible position. We spent many hours just sitting on our small balcony with wine and charcuterie boards taking in the sights, sounds, smells of Paris! We will definitely return the next time we need our "Paris Fix"! Great apartment

This apartment exceeded our expectations! It was very comfortable and bright, and very well located. The street nearby has tons of cafés, markets, shops and it was very accessible to a metro stop as well as many things within Paris that we wanted to see. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. One of the bathrooms is quite small, which is important to note if you have a group staying and need the second bathroom.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect location. Clean, beautifully maintained. Staff very helpful in the check in process, explaining how everything worked. Access to a printer in the lobby was a pleasant surprise so we could print boarding passes, etc. Everything exactly as described in the description and photos. You will not be disappointed with this apartment.

"Beautiful, clean, and comfortable apartment with an absolutely iconic view. Check-in was seamless, shower pressure is great, the building has an elevator, and we really appreciated the book of restaurant, cafe, and bakery recommendations etc. put together for us.

"I surprised my wife with a trip to Paris for her birthday in June, as soon as France opened up. We were lucky enough to stay at Paris Perfect�s Cabernet apartment in the 7th. Views of the Eiffel Tower alive at night with lights that twinkled. Easy access to the Metro. Nice residential street with wonderful restaurants, shops, and grocers. The Cabernet is perfect for a couple with a spacious living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms. Kitchen is small, but very efficient - and who comes to Paris to cook, anyway?"

"Beautifully modernized, clean, very well equipped & charmingly decorated 1BR apartment in a quirky Paris building (5th floor, 2 person elevator) in an excellent left bank location near des Invalides. Just the experience we were looking for. #8 Metro stop across the street & access to many useful bus routes close by. Lovely neighbourhood streets of rue de Grenelle, rue Saint Dominique, rue Cler all on your doorstep. Many restaurants, boulangerie, excellent food shops close by.
The apartment is well laid out, beautifully decorated, quiet, very comfortable & perfect for two people.
We chose Marcillac as it met my personal list of �comfort requirements� in an apartment.
Living room reading lights, bedside tables+lights, counter space in the bathroom (who designs those hotel bathrooms with nowhere to put ones travel toiletries?) not a problem in Marcillac - oodles of bathroom storage, large double sink vanity with plenty of counter & cupboard space. Central A/C as our two week stay was in August. French press coffee & a Nespresso machine made it feel like home.
Full size washer & separate dryer & a very well equipped kitchen.
We have been to Paris a number of times but Paris Perfect was our best experience yet.
Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful & very professional - and all spoke excellent English.
If spending time in Paris is in your future I highly recommend renting an apartment through Paris Perfect. They have something to suit everyone in some of the best locations in Paris.
They provide a huge amount of useful information ahead of time, & although I wouldn�t say they are cheap, they do provide excellent value & top notch service.
We also used their recommended Victor Taxi Service from & to CDG Airport. Good decision�for not much more than a regular cab (& no line up) you get met by name, transported in an extremely clean vehicle to your apartment. The driver calls ahead en route to notify Paris Perfect of your arrival time at the apartment so your �Greeter� is there to welcome you.
We have already booked a 2BR apartment for next year when we visit Paris again with friends. Can�t wait"

"Our stay at the Volnay apartment was simply magical. It was so spacious and beautifully appointed! Of course the best feature was the view of the Eiffel Tower from each and every window, made even more special at night when we were treated to the amazing light show. Talk about romantic! We loved exploring all of the shops and restaurants on Rue St. Dominique and the surrounding streets, and best of all on Rue Cler just a short walk away. What a respite it was to come back to this apartment for each of our five nights for our stay in Paris!"

"We had an amazing stay at Banyuls! It was in the heart of where we wanted to be in Saint Germain. There were multiple options for m�tros, plenty of places to eat and shop, and we could look out the window and see live music happening each night. This is the 5th time we have been to Paris as a family, and this was our favorite place to stay. The flat was spacious and beautifully decorated. There were notes in the flat to guide us around the neighborhood, and a market across the street. It was a quick walk to Pont Neuf and the Seine. We couldn�t have been happier. Thank you!"

"The apartment is on Rue Cler you have lots of great amenities at your door step. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is equipped with all and extra supplies which was very helpful after traveling for 10 hours. The bed was a harder mattress then I prefer, but after being out all day at museums and walking 10 miles I was pretty tired so I sleep ok. I did have a bit of problems running the AC, but the company sent someone out in 2 days to fix. The building is cute and classic Parisienne building with elevator."

"This is a great apartment! My 7 yr old daughter wants to live there forever. What a magical view of the Eiffel Tower - and location is perfect especially for a first visit in Paris. The apartment has a everything you need for a comfortable stay. The introduction that people complain about in other reviews is confusing because it's necessary and full of information on the area to maximize your stay. From how to open the door to where to get a sanitary pass. 5 stars and I would absolutely stay there again. With my husband and daughter or a couple of girlfriends."

"We had a magical week in Paris. The Viognier apartment was exactly as it was described and pictured online and everything worked well. The view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower never got old. The apartment was close to an underground station and lovely cafes and the beautiful avenue Rue Cler. We particularly enjoyed having a guide the first day, for two hours, to take us around the neighborhood and acquaint us with the shops and cafes and walk us down the Rue Cler. She also took us to the underground station and helped us to get a pass for the week that was plastic with our pictures on it so we never had to fumble for tickets and we were able to travel easily all over the city on trains. Of course, the weather was lovely and there were very few tourists so all the sights and restaurants were easy to get in to. We can hardly wait to return and we will definitely stay at another of your Paris Perfect apartments."
