Christmas stay
I am so happy we chose Paris Perfect, and particularly this apartment. The view of the Eiffel Tower cannot be overstated! It was huge, with space to spread out and also gather together. The kitchen was amazing- We had a private chef one night and it had everything he needed. We had some difficulty figuring out how to turn down the heat/radiators, but when we couldn't figure it out we opened all the big beautiful windows in the evening to cool our bedrooms. The services provided were also tremendous - Victor Cabs, though more expensive than calling a taxi, were responsive and on time for all requests, and we used them to drive us to Versailles as well as Montmarte, and of course the airport. We even preordered a Christmas tree for the apartment, which was set up and twinkling when we arrived, to match the Eiffel. What an amazing thing to offer! We recommend you eat at Les Marches, on the other side of Trocadero, as well as Le Passy cafe (both walking distance). There are shops and patisseries and cafes only a short walk from the apartment - though the quickest way does include going up 90 stairs (we counted!). Perfect stay in Paris! Would definitely use Paris Perfect again.

Perfect Location
The Monthelie is perfectly situated & well appointed. It was a cozy haven even in the cold of December. We walked the 7th (and to the 6th) and had access to terrific food and the feel of a neighborhood even though located close to tourism area. We were just close enough and just far enough away. This is our 6th or 7th experience renting from Paris Perfect, and we are never disappointed.

Live amongst the locals.
This location is difficult not to enjoy. The apartment is located on a beautiful street, right smack in the middle of the cutest location market I've seen in a while! The greeter was super kind, helpful, and provided a lot of cool suggestions. Everything - All your favorite French foods, restaurants, and yummy pastries are within walking distance. I highly recommend this location and recommend that you do not miss an opportunity to live amongst the locals.

Best of the Best
The Saint Julien apartment can't be better. Two large bedrooms with great high tech baths, complete, well equipped kitchen to have your morning croissants from Paris's best boulangerie just around the corner. It's in our favorite Paris neighborhood, close to everything and busses and metros. We'll be back!

As so many reviews have said: the photos don’t do it justice. The apartment’s location is superb, both for the views and access to such attractions as Rue Cler. Would definitely stay again.

Winter Bliss
Staying in Merlot at the beginning of December was magical. It's a beautiful cozy glamorous apt with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Close to shops, bakeries, and restaurants as well as fantastic Rue Cler, Merlot makes it easy to stop being a tourist and to become a real Parisian for a week. It was an unforgettable trip for us. We felt very safe and completely cared for by the wonderful Paris Perfect Team. Thank you! We will be back soon!

Quintessential location
Going to bed with the Eiffel Tower twinkling outside the bedroom balcony is the Parisian experience of one's Leslie Caron dreams. We loved the romance and the intimacy. Chambertin is a well appointed apartment with a delightful main living space. Our only complaints centered on the narrow passage in the bedroom and the raised, small shower unit from which my husband tumbled the day after he arrived. Some reconfiguration of those spaces could make the unit a five-star headliner. As for customer service from Paris Perfect, we can only sing high praise. When we return to Paris in a year or so, we will definitely look into Paris Perfect for our perfect apartment.

Wonderful place
Paris Perfect "Beaujolais" apartment is a wonderful place very close to Eiffel tower and close-convenient to everything you need for a short or long stay. The staff team are amazing and were waiting for us when we arrived. They gave a personal tour and explanation of the features of the apartment. Thank you!! We enjoyed 5 nights and are looking forward to coming back in Spring 2023!!

Perfect as promised
The Saint Romain was a cozy and comfortable spot for a wintry getaway. Superb location on rue Cler with abundant shopping and dining options yet no street noise in the apartment at all. While the apartment is very small it is amply equipped with everything we needed for breakfasting and apero hour there. The bed was great and the bathroom has good storage and lighting by. Also: very solid heating during an uncommonly cold week. Tiny nitpick is that the oven directions weren’t sufficient and we had to search online for help. But beyond that, as always, Paris Perfect lives up to the name.

Fantastique !!
This place is just beautiful, very clean, and very spacious. Has great places nearby for eating and shopping within a casual 10 minute walk. Only thing is the elevator is very small. Fits only one person with luggage, so be prepared to make a few trips up and down. No worries tho. There were 5 of us and we did great. I will definitely stay here again. And that Eiffel Tower view...fantastique !!

Paris Perfect Indeed!
Wonderful apartment in a terrific location. The apartment was ideal for 2 people allowing plenty of room to spread out. And being able to have instant heat during an unusually cold spell was a real bonus. Close to many attractions and excellent restaurants - we loved it. Very well equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy breakfast daily. Would definitely recommend for a couple - it might be tight for more. Ambience and comfort were 5 star.

Perfect Place
Me and my husband stayed at Calvados Perfect location with Eiffel Tower view. We enjoyed watching every night the breathtaking Eiffel lights . Never get tired coming back to Paris. The apartment is walking distance to Eiffel, grocery, restaurants, souvenir shops. The apartment is clean, nice furnishing, I love the 2 bathrooms. I was with my daughter in Dec 2017 and we stayed at one of their apartment at Chateau Latour in rue de Grenelle, I will always use Paris Perfect when I go to Paris. Staff was very helpful. Thank you Lisa and Omi. We feel safe in the area. I highly recommend Paris Perfect. I will definitely use Paris Perfect when we come back. Merci !!

AMAZING!!!!!!!! Our stay with Paris Perfect was truly perfect! The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and a dream come true for those like myself who have always fantasized about having a quintessential Eiffel Tower view. Being able to open up the balcony doors and see her sparkle was a one of a kind experience. The staff at Paris Perfect was kind and accommodating. Paris will always be special to me because we got engaged on this trip. The Paris Perfect apartment was the perfect addition to our romantic getaway! Thank you!!!

Fantastic location
Fantastic location right near the Eiffel Tower. Easy to get around and plenty of options for restaurants. Apartment itself was clean and had big enough for the 4 of us to have our own space. Highly recommend this place. Only things to note is you need to be very quiet due to noise complaints and the lift only fits 1 person so stairs a lot easier option. Neither of these impacted our stay though so would book again.

Great Location
We have stayed in 2 other Paris Perfect apartments over the years and have been thrilled with them. We decided on La Forez this trip because we wanted to be in a different location. Positives were that the apartment was full of light and close to many restaurants and tourist sights, kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Negatives were that as others have said, it was VERY noisy late into the night because of the nearby university and there were no toiletries in the apartment as we had been told. Our greeter ran to the nearby market to get shampoo and soap for us. We wouldn’t stay in La Forez again, but would certainly reserve another apartment with Paris Perfect.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. December is cold but this apartment was not. We had a few small issues that our hosts fixed quickly and all was well. Great spot. Beautiful views. Was exactly as described. We would stay again.

Incredible Location! Amazing Property!!!
This apartment is everything as per the description and pictures and more! The kitchen is superbly equipped and it's only a ten-minute walk to rue Cler where you can find amazing food shops. For cheese, there's an amazing shop across the street and a few doors down is a very complete mini market. A total of four shops offer wine within one block. Sitting in the living room you can watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle on the hour every evening.
