Parisian dream

This was our first time staying with Paris Perfect but it won’t be our last. We loved our stay in the Clairette apartment. It was very clean, well equipped and well decorated. The location is excellent. It was spacious enough for 3 adults and the beds were very comfortable. Apartment was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back to Paris!

Neighborhood charm

Will try to touch on things others haven’t already mentioned. First, we arrived unexpectedly, very early. I never had everything go so right from an airport before, plane left on time, customs was breeze and zero traffic. The point for mentioning this for the apartment is they sent someone over right away to let us in early! Thank you! Keeping with travel theme; there is a designated Taxi/Uber pickup spot at the door! This makes it very easy to launch your day. The Big Bus stop is also easy walking distance. I also need to fit this in the top - CLEAN- the apartment is very clean. Over the years I have had many rentals at this price point that were not; Thank you again! The apartment comes stocked with essential supplies but you should know this is a very charming, functioning neighborhood. Everything is steps out the door. Grocery, bakeries, pharmacies, fruit stand, butcher, there is no bad coffee in Paris so coffee is everywhere. Just remember as soon as you walk in, Bonjour! It’s the custom and feels odd from what we do in states but it turns on the nice switch for these local shop keepers. What is great about this neighborhood is it is an embassy neighborhood so a lot of the people that live here are quasi natives but visitors as well. It works great for us as introductory visitors. As someone going for the first time, the location near the Tower was important. It’s an easy first order of business to enjoy it and no picture does it justice. I will end the review like I started. Get back to the Airport extremely early. We left 4 hours early because we wanted to shop at this great high end mall they have in the airport for some final gifts. Instead that time was spent waiting with thousands and thousands of people being checked through customs by two guys! We just made it!

We truly could not have hoped for a better experience renting in Paris…from pre-trip planning, quick response time, cleanliness/amenities/security/location this experience was very good. Our greeter, Monique, was clear and concise, and provided helpful tips for our apt. stay. We found Anjou to be well appointed for our family of four, everything was clean, the layout was well thought out, and there was able closet/pantry/bathroom shelf space. We appreciated the inclusion of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, washer tablets, and dish soap; it was such a surprise to also have milk, juice, and wine chilled for our arrival. We will happily recommend Paris Perfect to others, and look forward to future bookings for our next family adventure. Merci beaucoup!

Best value is the location

We spent a great handful of days in this property in Paris. Best value is the location, cleanness and quietness. The apartment is a good mix of traditional style and well maintained, renovated bathrooms and kitchen. The third-floor walk-up was fine for us, there is a small elevator available. Very quiet apartment, great for sleeping and resting, good daylight and views. Perfectly equipped, amazing service and communication from the manager.

Very responsive and prompt with replies - this is incredibly important in distinguished yourself vs. other apartment rental outfits So so helpful!! Maybe leave 3 sets of keys for large parties & make sure codes given are correct before arrival as guests are tired from travel Wish you had properties in Spain.

Perfect Parisian Apartment

Beautiful Parisian Apartment at the base of the Eiffel tour. Super convenient, safe, walkable. The main bedroom and bathroom are spacious. The second bedroom and bathroom are a little tight. The sofa turns it a double bed so that’s a plus. If you are traveling with large bags, you might have to plan multiple trips up the flight of stairs to the third floor as the elevator can fit only one medium sized bag at a time.

Beautiful apartment with exceptional location in the heart of Paris. The only reason you 4 stars is because the elevator was out and that was an inconvenience especially for my wife and her bad knee. It would have been nice to have been offered some type adjustment in lieu of that but certainly not angered or upset it was not offered. We will continue to use your company in the future

Perfect place for family trip for 5

The apartment was a perfect place for family trip for 5. The room was exactly what was described on Airbnb and so clean. The surrounding was also a big advantage with 3 wine shops, 2 supermarkets and many good groceries for fruits, breads, butcher shops etc. in 5 mins walk. It was really convenient to have nice meals everyday. I would definitely stay here again when in Paris.

Our host Lena was great, gave us clear instructions on how to navigate the apartment and building. Extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and local supermarkets. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Exceptional Location

We enjoyed our stay at St Amour. The place is as described, a mix of an oldish apartment, well maintained and renovated. The location is excellent, it is quiet and clean. We were a family of 4 and fit comfortably. The reception and communication was outstanding. Three flights walk-up is manageable. Were somewhat unlucky with the cooking habits of a neighbor two floors below.

Perfect location with views of the Eiffel Tower. Check in was super easy as the host met us and gave us a tour of the apartment with detailed instructions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Staying in the heart of everything

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. You will be staying at the heart of everything. Having the Eiffel Tower within 100 meters is priceless, you will feel that the tower is with you all the time. We stayed with my whole family, my wife and my 3 children.

Perfect in every way

We spent 3 weeks in the Maranges flat, roomy enough for the two of us, and having lived in Paris for years, were looking for a place we could use as a base for re-emerging ourselves into life there. This was the ideal location, and had everything we needed to entertain friends or enjoy a light meal at home. Location is close to everything we love, and we walked everywhere. Good restaurants, good grocery options, as well as clothing. Great florist just around corner. Luxembourg Gardens a stroll away, many museums within short walk. Lovely building, and very quiet even being situated in a busy street area near Blvd St Germain etc. The staff in Paris was just wonderful, helping us to relocate after a hiccup in arrival, and made certain everything we needed was taken care of quickly. I can not say enough good things about the experience we had, and will definitely use them again for our next stay.
