This well appointed, clean and comfortable property is perfectly located in the heart of Paris. Walkable to anywhere you want to go in the city. Would highly recommend to anyone who asks me where they should stay when visiting Paris.

This was my 4th time staying here, since it is my favorite of all the Paris Perfect choices. Knowing all the places to shop and the restaurants I like, it really is like being at home. Lisa and all of the Paris Perfect team are great. I have been coming to Paris and staying in one of their condos since 2011 with the exception of the Covid year.

The Bergerac apartment was a wonderful place to stay for our family's visit to Paris. From the warm and timely welcome, to the administrative support and organization throughout, to the cleanliness, decor and location of the apartment itself -- nothing could have been better. Location, decor, attention to detail, all perfect. The only comment and this was minor for us, was the bathroom could benefit from another light source. We've stayed with Paris Perfect before and have not been disappointed.

All reviews already stated but I’ll confirm again that this place was perfect. We had a family of 6. There is a pull out trundle bed in the living room and the beds, were actual beds, not like flimsy sofa beds you see in motels. Only issue we had was the safe in the master bedroom was locked prior to our arrival but really wasn’t an issue as the apartment itself was safe. Lena was there to greet us and went through the entire apartment. Fridge was stocked with a bottle of wine, milk and OJ. There is a grocery market with all your needs right around the corner. On the day of checkout (10am) we were able to walk our luggage to a storage and leave them there until we left. This essential can give you another day in Paris to explore. Metro and bus stops are all a short walk away. Looking at the Eiffel Tower light up every night from your balcony does not suck. If you are on the fence of booking this unit, just do it! You won’t be sorry.

Amazing View and Location!

Romanée is the location for the best Eiffel Tower View straight from your apartment. The apartment is in like new condition and provided for all of our needs. I cannot recommend this apartment enough for anyone who loves Paris and the Eiffel Tower! 6 out of 5 stars!

Perfect and charming apartment!

Besides the stellar view of the Eiffel Tower, the location was just perfect. The neighborhood was charming and had great restaurants and plenty of market shopping. Using their recommended taxi service made arriving and departing a breeze. We had such a lovely time!

This apartment is adorable. Just the right size, nicely done bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Every day after a lot of walking, we'd come home and breathe a sigh of happiness that we could return to this cute apartment. The only drawbacks are that the apartment building is located at the corner of a busy intersection and a couple of floors above a cafe, so there is street noise. I used earplugs at night. Also, the lobby of the building needs some attention. It needs some air freshener, better lighting, and a fresh coat of paint to start.

Wonderful for Family

The apartment is comfortable, beautifully decorated and a great space for family group. We stayed with daughter and 2 teenage grand children, each had their own space. The location gives easy access to most of the central Paris landmarks for site seeing and the surrounding food establishments provide options for all. The metro stop is across the street and the grocery store is one block away. The small bar room was a great place for us adults to have a bit of quiet time. It was a rather cold, damp time in Paris, we came ready with outer wear but the apartment had difficulty keeping the heat up.

Great location at the tip of Isle de la Cite

Great location at the tip of Isle de la Cite. Used to be a hotel, now rebuilt with one apartment per floor (I think). Bigger than I expected (apartments in Paris tend to be around 25 square meters). Has all amenities, and is quiet as it faces into a court yard. Great service, with good hosts. Highly recommended!

Excellent! From responsive host to early check-in time to accommodating us and fabulous location and walkable. The apartment was immaculate and well-stocked., will certainly look to come back again hopefully soon… perfect studio for myself and my husband for our daughter attending university in Paris. Cute Parisian flat

Truly the most beautiful Airbnb experience I have ever had. The pictures do not do this Airbnb justice - everything is pristine, beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out. This is a cute Parisian flat, in a perfect location and we loved every moment of our stay. The Paris Perfect Team was a joy to work with and they were so responsive to our questions. The house guide was so thorough and we greatly appreciated how much work went into making sure our stay was perfect. The flat itself was lovely. 2 stories with a lovely balcony. It is modern and had every amenity we could ever want. The bed was comfy enough and we loved having 2 bathrooms. The upstairs living room with the kitchen was one of our favorite places to relax and we didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much, Paris Perfect!!

Gorgeous view, well maintained, walking to many shops and restaurants. Paris Perfect staff was extremely helpful in suggested transportation and opportunities for purchasing tickets. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet location and close to the Eiffel Tower! Beautiful views!

Enjoyable stay. A special thank you to Philippe for meeting us early and also being available to solve heating issue. There was an issue with the heat in the living room. Several days it wasn't operating and we had to rely on the bedroom heater.  Everything else was very thoughtfully planned/anticipated for/maintained. Would highly recommend

Outstanding apartment and location

Our stay was wonderful for our group of 8. The apartment was perfect for our group. We had plenty of space to recharge and relax after long days of shopping and sightseeing. The apartment is perfectly to explore the nearby shops, restaurants and local attractions. The staff was attentive to every detail and was very welcoming. They were also very helpful in locating and returning a lost personal item in the apartment after checkout. We will definitely return to one of their rentals and highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect stay in Paris.
