Great location
The apartment is beautiful and is in a great location. An easy walk to multiple metro/rer stations as well as great restaurants and sights like the Notre Dame and the Louvre. The courtyard outside the apartment is also a great area to grab a drink in the afternoon and see many locals come play games in the park. The stairs within the apartment from the bedroom to the kitchen/living room area are a bit narrow and steep so if you have mobility issues they may be difficult to navigate.

Great apartment in a super location! Fromangerie, boulangerie, open markets, grocery store, cafes all within steps of the Samur. Well equipped with dishwasher, washer dryer, air conditioning. Balcony was a plus! Quick response when coffee maker was not working. The only thing that would keep me away in the future is the extremely hard mattress. When I researched the reviews, I noticed others commenting as well on the firmness. I wasn’t too worried as I like a firm mattress, but this one is like sleeping on a board. A replacement would be nice or even a mattress topper/egg crate kept in the closet would be great for those that find the bed uncomfortable. Other than that, I had a lovely 12 days in Paris.

40th Birthday perfection
Everything was amazing! The view was absolutely stunning and you felt like you were right in the mix until you wanted to sleep and the noise faded away. Walking distance to the best little shops and markets, not to mention the Eiffel tower! AC worked great and the bonus of an elevator was awesome. We will 100% be back -- thank you for the wonderful memories!! :)

AMAZING APARTMENT
Two weeks at the Volnay apartment in Paris were perfect. The apartment is large, clean and perfectly located. The view of the cafe and the Eifel Tower are almost a stereotype of Paris, but it's real! We were so comfortable there. Baguettes and croissants from across the street. Great cafes and restaurants all around. Easy transportation by Metro and bus anywhere you want to go. The boutiques and shops in the neighborhood were wonderful. Omi from Paris Perfect was a terrific help. He showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and when we locked ourselves out....he was there in 5 minutes. We couldn't recommend Paris Perfect and the Volnay apartment any higher. Merci!!!

Beyond our wildest dreams
We had the most fantastic stay in our Chambertin apartment. It is so beautifully decorated and the view is absolutely incredible!! It has all the amenities necessary and the fact that they supplied us with some starter items was wonderful. It could not have been more perfect. We absolutely enjoyed waking up in this beautiful apartment every morning and being able to just make our own coffee, run out for a couple of croissants to go with the other items that we bought. The neighborhood is wonderful and filled with great restaurants and bakeries…whatever you need. Every night the view was beyond words. When the twinkling lights came on the Eiffel Tower on the hour, we were extremely emotional. Honestly, this was a dream come true vacation in our beautiful Parisian apartment!

Could not be better, tho one caution…
Everything about the place (almost) is perfect, including the details of the place and the communications with management, which is always a relief. The only caution is that the internal stair from the entry level (where the bedroom is) to the main living area requires some caution as you go up and down. It has a curve which requires a little agility. If you’re sure-footed, good eyesight, no problem. If you’re a bit rickety, much caution required. We loved the place and we loved the location. Every detail about the place and the process is perfect, nicely thought out.

Charming Parisian pied-a-terre!
Apartment lived up to photos and descriptions except for the “step out balcony”. One balcony now holds the AC unit and the other has a folded chair between table and chair. NO view, but we were usually not looking out the windows. Certainly clean and pretty with a surprise bottle of wine and lots of pods for the Nespresso. We loved our little pied-a-terre!

Loved everything about this apartment. The bed was so comfortable. It was so nice having two bathrooms plus having the use of the washer and dryer. This apartment is so close to many great restaurants and great wine shops. The view is absolutely amazing…. couldn’t stop staring at the Eiffel Tower the whole time!

Perfect home base for our week in Paris
Wonderful stay at Paris Perfect Beaujolais! The apartment was very comfortable for our family including our young adult daughter and friend. Darling apartment, modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great shower - perfect home base for our week in Paris. Loved the surrounding neighborhood shops. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The Forez is a gem. Great part of town. Great cheese and wine and flower stores within a block. Everything you need. Lovely views from the corner. Beautiful beamed ceiling and lots of mirrors. But … it is quite a loud neighborhood given the Sorbonne is across the street and the soundproofing to the outside is minimal. You will enjoy students going home from parties and Paris‘wonderful garbage trucks on their early daily rounds. We didn’t mind it much but it is worth noting. And Thomas the host is just super

The apartment was very cozy, comfortable and well-equipped. It is an apartment that has actually been lived in, not something put together to be a rental. We had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from our windows. The nearby shops supplied all our needs. The Wednesday/Sunday open market was a ten-minute walk away. There were three subway lines nearby enabling us to get just about anywhere in the city in 30 minutes or less. After buying our monthly personal travel passes, we really felt like Parisians. Paris Perfect was always responsive to our needs. The service from Victor’s Cab Company was impeccable.

Gorgeous views, comfortable bed, great location near the metro and Rue Cler. We have stayed here twice and loved it. The balconies are truly spectacular and set this apartment apart from all others.

The apartment was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants close by. It was roomy and comfortable, immaculate when received, beautifully appointed, and provided a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower -- especially at night. I must say, it really felt like "Paris" when staying there. A very thorough orientation was provided by the company representative before taking possession as well. However, a safety note -- while the building did have fire alarms, it did not appear to have any fire escapes, nor any escape plans visibly posted, in the event of an emergency. This may be an issue for some.

A Dream!
The Merlot was the perfect base for our first time in Paris. The location was fantastic with a view of the Eiffel Tower, but also within easy walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and other sights, including Les Invalides, the Musee' de Orsay, and the Rodin Museum. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen in addition to two bathrooms. The only way Merlot could be better is if it had a full American king bed instead of a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom. We would definitely recommend and consider coming again!

I would stay here over and over again! Everything was done to perfection. The location is amazing, the apartment beautifully furnished and clean. The view is exactly what you see in the photos.
