Nice stay by the Eiffel
Chambertin is a lovely apartment near the Eiffel, but more importantly near Rue de Cler and Rue Saint Dominique. We loved exploring the shops and eateries in that area. The apartment was well appointed and pull out bed comfortable. We were there in the summer so the view of the Eiffel was obscured by the trees. The top of the tower was viewable by looking up from the terrace. The neighborhood guide binder was on point and provided several good recommendations.

Lovely apartment.
This is a lovely apartment. There are supermarkets and various restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. The apartment was exactly as described in the pictures. The most impressive thing is that the person who received us was very friendly. Our family of three had a wonderful holiday here! Highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous apartment in a magical location
The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the sitting room is magical, particularly when the light show takes place at 11:00pm. There are numerous restaurants within metres of the entrance to the building and a well-stocked Franprix supermarket about 60 metres away. The Avenue de la Bourdonnais is a beautiful avenue with many shops and restaurants along its full length. There are various attractions within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Beautiful Paris apartment....
Located in the 7th. Apartment was a spacious 1 bedroom equipped with all the proper accessories! Bathroom spacious with toiletries; kitchen, again, all the right equipment to make the stay comfortable. Quiet apartment, much appreciated. Great location, cafes, brasseries, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, retailers, & the metro & taxis right across the street! Staff available & helpful. All in all a wonderful stay!

From the time we arrived to when we left, everything was exactly how we expected it and was communicated to us. Victor cabs was at the airport when we arrived and our hosts were there to greet us and get us settled when we arrived. Perfect! The view was incredible from the balcony as we were fortunate to have excellent weather during our stay. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go, and when we needed to use the transit, there was a station nearby. Perfect! When it was time for us to leave, the instructions were clear and we appreciate the flexibility to allow us to depart an hour later as that time allowed us to better align with our departure timing. Perfect! We will definitely look toward using this service again in the future.

Amazing tower view.
Amazing tower view. It's just amazing to be able to rent a room with such a good location when there's a shortage of hotels in Paris. Thank you for your attentiveness. The surrounding area is also very convenient to eat ~ Super suitable for many people to stay in Paris for 3-4 days!

Very Nice Stay
All in all, a great experience. Having a space heater from the start, due to the cool weather and the heat turned off in the building, would have been nice. Once one was provided, the weather warmed up a bit. That's the way it goes. Our greeter was lovely as well - charming, responsive and on time.

Perfect location! Center of Paris! The Greeter was very kind and patient at checking in. She explained everything in details. The apartment is a small penthouse yet with every amenity we needed. The lobby is welcoming and perfect for after check-out to store luggages. It’s even equipped with wifi! How detailed their service is! We enjoyed our 4-day stay very much, and will definitely come back. Just one thing for people who are not good going up and down stairs, the living /dining /kitchen is upstairs with a balcony, the bedroom is downstairs. No problem for us.

Nice place, great location. Needs a bit of freshening up but overall good. Note the Air Conditioning...if you expect central air that is not what you get. Portable window units for two of the bedrooms and you have to stay on top of emptying the water out. Worked fine...just a bit of a pain. Only one working television but wifi was great. All in all...a nice place. Property Manager, Paris Perfect, was a joy to work with.

This was my second experience with Paris Perfect. The LaLande apartment truly IS “perfect” with a magical view of the Eiffel Tour, lovely decor and absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location in the 7th is very convenient to shops and groceries and only a couple of blocks from Rue Cler’s enchanting markets and restaurants. We never took the Metro during our stay because strolling through the charming neighborhoods on our way to restaurants and museums was half the fun! I so appreciate that the Paris Perfect team answered every question, kindly stored our luggage when we arrived early, graciously welcomed us with an informative tour during check-in, and surprised us with treats in our refrigerator. I especially love their suggestion for using Victor’s Cabs to and from CDG, as Victor's team truly are The Best, always punctual, professional, kind and caring! My only “complaint" about our stay is that our week flew by much too fast, but I look forward to planning future trips with PP!

Beautiful apartment with killer view of the Eiffel Tower.
Beautiful apartment and perfect for 4 guests. Would be very crowded with more than that as some luggage needed to stay in the common area due to very limited space in the bedrooms. View of the Eiffel Tower was fabulous! Kitchen was well stocked and very nice to arrive to coffee supplies, a bottle of wine, orange juice and cookies. Bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioning was great. Hot water supply was limited. Check in was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend this apartment. It was lovely.

My husband and I have just returned from staying at the Morey while on 2 weeks vacation in Paris. From the moment you cross the threshold through the large solid, aged doors you are drawn into a lovely little French courtyard bathed in soft sunlight. Once you make the easy ascent up the stairs and enter the spacious, beautifully decorated apartment you feel right at home. The apartment hosts were waiting for us on arrival and readily available to communicate with for the few needs we had during our stay. It is an open concept kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped but with all of the wonderful restaurants steps away we didn’t need to cook. If you want to enjoy the local nightlife, there are oh so many cafés and bars to sip a glass of wine or have a cocktail. The apartment is very quiet and despite the nearby establishments we were not disturbed. There are sound machines provided if needed but we did not use them. The king size bed was extremely comfortable after a day of touring. There was plenty of closet space for clothes storage as well. The central location of the Morey makes it an easy walk or Metro ride to the Parisienne sites. The nearest Metro is a 2 minute walk away as well as the grocery, pharmacy, and the breathtaking St Sulpice Church. For a relaxing afternoon stroll, walk 10 minutes or less to the Jardin du Luxembourg, have a cup of Angelina’s hot chocolate then head over to the Medici fountain to relax. It was truly an ideal place to feel at home in Paris, hopefully we will return in the not so distant future.

Fantastic apartment!
This apartment was very French for American visitors but still had the amenities Americans want (for example, a real shower). It was clean and comfortable, and all the space was very efficiently used. I really got the impression that Paris Perfect had thought of everything in equipping the apartment. Highly recommended!

It Was Perfect
We have been to Paris many times and stayed in hotels and apartments in many locations. We enjoyed Loupiac more than any place we have ever stayed. The location was absolutely incomparable. We walked literally everywhere with only one exception when we took a cab to a restaurant near the Eiffel Tower. The Place Dauphine is lovely, quiet and has so many restaurants and stores we loved it. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and lovely decor. It is equipped with everything you could want. The "bible" explaining everything was so complete we never needed help with anything. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!
We loved our stay in Paris at the Maranges property! For us we most appreciated the location (in the 6th on the border of the 7th and 1-2 blocks from 2 separate metro lines - also 10 -15 minute walk to Jardin du Luxembourg, Musée d’Orsay, Pont Neuf, Marche Raspail). We also loved the apartment - everything worked well; the “issue” with the stairs that we read about was NOT a big deal; nicely appointed; QUIET; good light and yet no one could see into the apartment; good size for a married couple. Our only suggestion for possible improvement Would be (and it was not a big deal) - we didn’t love the mattress in the bed. Not sure if the issue is that the mattress is old or that it’s 2 single mattresses squeezed together to get to a double — but not the best mattress… Highly recommend in any case!

A Perfect Month at La Musique
We spent a glorious month in this amazing apartment and had the best time ever We have rented many apartments in the past 20 Years in Paris, but none compared to La Musique It is well spaced for two couples with each of us having the comforts of home The design and decor were exactly as pictured and quite beautiful. Being situated on the inner courtyard gave us privacy and quiet, although we were only a block away from a major Metro line We had a few minor requests that were addressed immediately and our apartment manager, Dorsaff, made sure we were happy and everything was perfect If you have the opportunity to spend even a week in this apartment you will Realize what a gem it is in the Paris rental Market
