Great Apartment...but some considerations
We stayed a week with 4 people - including our twin college-age sons. POSITIVES: - The greeter was great, knowledgeable, apartment spotless upon arrival; cab service they recommend (Victor Cabs) was always on point / ahead of schedule (very nice for type A folks) - Location - a block away from the Eiffel Tower (this is a blessing and a curse); blessing because it's close to the Tower, Seine, major transportation, taxis and a lot of great stuff (cafes, etc.), curse because it is crowded and loud much of the time - The apartment - it is beautiful, kitchen is large and well-stocked (but whoever is cooking in Paris on vacation should have their head checked), laundry capabilities are super helpful because you don't have to overpack, primary bedroom and bathroom are great and quiet (comfy king bed, large bathroom, large closets) - Sofa bed - not joking, truly one of the most comfortable beds ever slept in and easy to pull out and put away during the day CONSIDERATIONS: - The street noise because you are above two "super-touristy" cafes that can be loud all night for those in the 2nd bedroom / sofa bed (think tired wailing infants along with general cafe cacophony); the funny thing is, this can be totally cured by the owners if they just let the guests use the AC / climate control and close the windows, which are double-paned! - Second bedroom is really small and while it does have an ensuite shower and sink, the toilet these guests must use is in the common area, like right in the middle of the common area. This is fine for kids (even college kids since they are used to being on top of each other), but maybe not so much for other adults. Anyway - more positives than negatives - and a great experience overall.

2nd stay at Morgon
In June we stayed for the second time at Morgon. The apartment is ideally located for walking to the Seine, the major museums and throughout the 6th and 7th, but also is close to various metro stops. It is incredibly spacious for an apartment in the city center, and is well equipped for every need. We were accompanied this time by our son, his wife and two teenage grandchildren, a boy and a girl. The middle bedroom worked well for the kids as it has two single beds, an en suite shower room and a separate wc across the hall. There are many good cafés and restaurants nearby.

Phenomenal location
Phenomenal location. The whole building is owned by Paris Perfect and so it is customized for short term stays. The square is exceptional with restaurants and an excellent pastry shop downstairs. The only caveat is make sure you are small and healthy! The stairs to the balcony are extremely narrow. Also the place is very small, much smaller than we expected from the pictures, although absolutely perfect for us as a couple. We loved it!! Highly recommend Paris Perfect!!!!

Location, location, location!
Location, location, location! Great spot in Paris to experience living like a true Parisian. Easy access to all amenities needed for apartment living and super close the Eiffel Tower, but not the crowds. So you can marvel at it with your morning coffee and your glass of wine at night while it sparkles in your window. Paris Perfect was responsive and accurate with information listed. We had a wonderful time.

Stunning apartment with Eiffel towers view
We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect for our family of 5. We even made friends with the 2 dogs and cat who live in the courtyard.

Lovely apartment
As others have remarked, Moulis is both well located and a very quiet retreat from the endless tourist hustle of its Eiffel Tower neighborhood. The area is normally well-served by its city busses - our favorite way to get around - at least until construction projects and the threat of public demonstrations closed many of the nearest bus stops. It is next to the Musée Quai Branley - a favorite oasis in its own right - and a five minute walk to the pedestrian bridge Passarelle Debilly and its access to the right bank, the Palais de Tokyo, Musée de l'Art Moderne, and more bus routes. The bridge is also a cultural destination, serving one week as a viewing platform for the "Cliff Diving World Series" and the next as a runway for Fashion Week. The owner of Moulis has done an excellent job decorating the apartment, and while its interior courtyard location denies it a view, it is brilliantly illuminated by the sun reflecting off the opposite wall, so it always felt cheerful and warm. There was plenty of space for party of two or three, everything - laundry, wifi, TV/streaming services, appliances, bathrooms, etc - worked as advertised, and whenever we had a need over our 2-month say, the owner was cheerful and very quick to respond. As others have noted, the neighborhood is pretty renowned for its markets and restaurants, so it was easy for us to actually live affordably and take advantage of how Paris is organized to make day-to-day life a pleasure.

Stunning apartment
Le Grillet is a stunningly beautiful apartment in an upmarket area of Paris. The apartment is large and spacious, with multiple living areas. It is all beautifully decorated using amazing modern art but at the same time retaining the beautiful old heritage features of the original building. The entry to the apartment block is pleasant and there is a very quiet lift that always comes promptly. Each night after 10pm we were thrilled to see the Eiffel Tower shining brightly from the living room window. It is a very short walk to the metro station and we found a couple of excellent neighbourhood restaurants and a boulangerie come cafe very close by. There is a small supermarket in the street and a Carrefour quite close to the apartment. Monique always replied promptly to any queries and we really felt we could not have done better in all of Paris.

Picture Perfect Location
The magnificent location of this apt indeed makes it “Paris Perfect” and the neighborhood restaurants and shops add to its appeal. The kitchen is well appointed, bathrooms clean, and AC wonderful for summer in Paris. The only improvements suggested are a cleaner, less worn living room carpet and more comfortable sofas. To wake up each morning with coffee on the balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower is a dream come true!

We enjoyed our 10 days at Savennieres. The kitchen had everything we needed to make 4 course meals. Why would we cook while in Paris? The balcony was truly amazing with a full view of the quiet Place Dauphine in the heart of Paris. We had coffee every morning on the balcony and dinner at least 5 times. The bed and sofa bed were quite comfortable. Though the stairs are quite difficult but if you use them with caution all will be fine. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. We plan on returning

Awesome experience
Our family of five enjoyed an amazing week in Paris staying at The Chateau Latour. The apartment was clean, well appointed and located in a great area, the 7th Arrondissement, with lots of cafes, bakeries and markets within close walking distance. However, the main attraction is the magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower right out the windows of the apartment. We took advantage of the view every night over a nice glass of wine! The team at Paris Perfect was very well organized, responsive and provided lots of great recommendations of places to eat, drink and be merry. We highly recommend Chateau Latour for your next trip to Paris.

Amazing location, incredible view of the Eiffel Tower and so convenient to Rue Cler and great places to eat (the boulangeries and markets are excellent!) Lively neighborhood. Apartment is well-appointed, clean, roomy for 1 or 2. (the toilet water closet is very small and bathroom would be tight fit for 2 at once fyi). Great kitchen with high end appliances! A/C works great and that’s huge during summer. Wrap around terrace and full-length windows is such a treat! Super charming place! Best apartment rental type experience I’ve ever had - no surprises, as pictured, professional company and nice details. Will use Vacation Perfect only and always from now on!

Great Experience
My family of four stayed at the Bordeaux property for five nights in June 2023. It was conveniently situated in the 7th with a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower, within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and the Metro. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We loved the little porch, and were so happy to have the washer/dryer available to use. We were made aware of the A/C situation (window units), and this ended up being just fine. The Paris Perfect representatives were responsive with all of our questions leading up to our stay, were waiting for us upon arrival to show us the property, and the transfers to and from the apartment were convenient and nice. Overall, a really great experience. We will be back!

Felt like a dream
This was a fantastic flat for a family Paris experience. The location is magnificent. Obviously proximity to the Eiffel Tower and the view was key, but also all that surrounds that area with restaurants and cafes and walking distance to the museums made it so easy with my two young kids. I loved being able to go for runs on the Seine every morning too--- felt like a dream. The flat itself is beautiful and darling and looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean and fresh, including all linens. Having a powerful AC was much appreciated during our summer visit. The essentials to feel like home (milk, coffee pot, tea pot, etc) were all there and easy to use and it let us feel "settled in" almost immediately. The Paris Perfect team was wonderful to work with. We had one glitch and they were wonderfully thoughtfully attentive. For us, the added bonus that they helped us organize easy transport to and from the flat was a really nice touch that eased the family experience.
