"Absolutely loved this location! We had everything close at hand. Wonderful markets, shops and restaurants. Th apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were lovely and the view of the Eiffel tower was breath taking. Every evening we would open our windows to take in the beautiful sounds and sights of Paris. My daughter and two granddaughters also enjoyed their stay and thought this apartment was exactly as they envisioned a Paris apartment to be. Thank-you. I have already recommended Paris Perfect to my friends and family."

"We spent the week just prior to Easter in the Quincy apartment in the 15th Arr., and we would like to give some of our impressions of our stay.
My wife likes milk in her morning coffee, so the "Welcome Basket" containing a bottle of white wine, orange juice, butter cookies, and low fat milk was most appreciated.
We also liked the personal touch of having an apartment greeter waiting for us when we arrived. Chris was very friendly and showed us all the amenities the apartment offered. He showed us the washer/dryer, how to operate the stove and microwave (note: microwave was only non-user friendly appliance we encountered), where to take the trash, and gave us some "neighbor-friendly" rules of etiquette.
Since we didn't activate our cell phones, we depended on using my laptop e-mail to communicate with some local friends, as well as contacting the U.S. The free WiFi was much appreciated and used daily to check weather reports, local restaurants, etc. We did use the land line phone a couple of times, and we found it handy.
My wife is a planner, and the apartment guidebook of the local neighborhood and city guide was needed and consulted daily. Along this same line, we also found some of the books in the apartment quite helpful, particularly the restaurant guidebook.
We also listened to a couple of the music CD's that we found in a basket in the bedroom, as my iPod charger wasn't compatible.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention our transportation to and from the airport. We employed the Victor Cab Service that Paris Perfect recommended and has a working relationship. Upon our arrival at the airport, we easily found our young driver at the baggage area holding a sign with our name neatly printed on it. He was on time, and we knew how much we needed to pay up front, so that eliminated some possible anxiety that may have occurred with a rogue taxi. When we were ready to head back for our return flight, our driver was again right on time, and got us to the airport in plenty of time.
Back to the apartment - Small 1 bedroom, but clean, well appointed with up to date appliances. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and comforter.
In summary, we would recommend our experience with Paris Perfect as being fairly close to the name implication - Perfect!"

"Wow! We have been to Paris several times before but always stayed in a hotel. Staying with Paris Perfect is the only way we will stay again! We loved the charming, clean, comfortable apartment with absolutely spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower. We got to live like real Parisians and discover all the gems in our lovely neighborhood- cafes, groceries, patisseries, boutiques, creperies. We had our two young daughters with us and the apartment gave us the space and amenities of home making it a relaxing trip for us all. Thank you Paris Perfect for the trip of a lifetime!"

"We had a spectacular time. I had always wanted to rent an apt in Paris and this was the perfect way to enjoy Paris. The location was extraordinary. I loved the neighborhood and all the tips that were provided regarding where to eat and shop. The apt was very small [perfect for two] but the views of the Eiffel Tower were out-of-this-world. Falling asleep watching it was priceless. The only negatives were the fact that the entrance and courtyard to the building were being remodeled and it was a bit shocking when you first walk in. Also the elevator is VERY small. I am sure that when the entrance is finished, it will be beautiful. I highly recommend the Paris Perfect apts. They make your visit to Paris a marvelous experience."

location was truly perfect! Everything you could need was
literally within 2-3 blocks, (bread, cheese, wine, restaurants and metro). This was our first trip to Paris and Paris Perfect will be our first call when we plan a return. We were met by someone on their staff, apartment guide and tips they left were great and they even called a day or so later to see if there was anything we needed......first class service! We also used Lisa Buros who was fabulous!"

"We had a fantastic week in Paris at St. Emillion. The apartment was all we expected and more. It was roomy enough for 2 adults and 2 young children. The views of the Eiffel Tower out the front windows are amazing. We quickly felt at home there. The apartment was very well laid out and stocked with every amenity we could need, including toiletries, laundry detergent, even a bottle of wine. The kitchen also had everything we needed to prepare great meals at home. The greeter who met us for our welcome visit was very friendly and informative. All of the information that Paris Perfect gave us before the trip was very helpful, including help with transport from the airport, travel insurance, etc. We especially liked the information book which told us where to go to eat and shop in the neighborhood. We will definitely come back to Paris and rent from Paris Perfect again!"

"Our Paris Perfect apartment was everything we dreamed of and more. The convenience of its location in the 7th, the it-feels-like-we-live-here experience compared to a hotel room, and most of all, the spectacular view of the Eiffel tower made the Saint Emilion ideal for our family of four. We ordered groceries for delivery upon our arrival from Houra and took advantage of the compact and extremely efficient kitchen for lovely breakfasts 'in' before heading out sightseeing. Having access to kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and the bedrooms/baths being separate from the living quarters was fantastic. Returning 'home' each evening was such a treat. The staff at Paris Perfect were helpful and pleasant from our initial online inquiries straight thru to check out. All the special touches, local resources and recommendations were great. The apartment really made our dream vacation perfect."

"The apartment was in a fabulous location, could see the Eiffel Tower out of the windows without having to feel crowded. The apartment was very clean and modern. While the second bedroom was small the kids loved it. The location could not be beat, with fabulous restaurants, green grocer, butcher, wine store and patiserries just around the corner. The apartment is located just above a cafe and with the sun shining in, several times we opened the French doors and had our afternoon cafe experience, without the smokers, which my children could not tolerate, we had our own smoke free cafe. Great location, great people (both the greeter and the driver organized through ParisPerfect) great apartment.
As an overall note I would advise that I have highly recommended your organization to several colleagues who are looking to travel to London, Paris and Italy. In fact I have reviewed your sites for Italy, which is coming up on our agenda. I have found your organization extremely professional, and your properties live up to their billing. Both my wife and I, who both travel on business and are use to Four Seasons quality accommodation, were very pleased with your apartments."

"We had a few snags in the beginning of our trip but Sarah made sure that were well taken care of! Because of that alone I would book with Perfect Paris any time! Her professionalism, genuine caring and sweet nature were everything you would want when dealing with a Vacation Rental.
The apartment was very lovely too. There were times that I just wanted to stay home and sit at the window and watch the snow fall and the people walk by and gaze at the sparkling Eiffel Tower. I can still see that picture in my head and will forever hold that memory fond.
The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen was fun to cook in. There were plenty of Bakeries, Cafes and Markets to satisfy your every need within walking distance.
I look forward to returning soon in the summer or spring.

"Our stay in the Apartment Cabernet was so comfortable, charming and well appointed and the framing of the Eiffel Tower in each of the windows was so spectacular!! Our cooking class at the Violin de Ingres was much fun! We are planning a "Night In Paris" dinner party for our friends. We enjoyed shopping Rue Cler's open markets, dining in the neighbor-hood restaurants and most of all, living as Parisians!!

Although we have been to Paris numerous times, the information about restaurants and services right in our neighborhood was perfect. "I just returned from a week long stay in the Cabernet apartment. After looking and planning a stay in this apartment for more than a year, my expectations were very high. Well, it was all that I thought and more! The location, the info greeting with Kevin (who was so great), the comfort, the decor and of course, the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. I loved the neighorhood, everything we needed was a stone's throw way. My only complaint? The week went by way too fast! I will definitely recommend Parisperfect to my friends."

"We loved the apartment and especially the location. The Tour Eiffel directly out of the window sparkling every night was very special. My wife's 50th birthday was spent doing the cooking class at Violin D'Ingres with Stephan Schmidt and we had an absolute ball, with a fantastic meal at lunchtime. Then on to the Tour Eiffel for dinner, champagne and a great view over Paris.
The apartment was everything we expected. The Rue St Dominique has nearly everything needed for everyday living and the access to the buses across the road ensured that we could easily get around Paris. We generally took a bus to wherever it went in the morning and spent the days walking back through the streets to the apartment for a freshen up and an aperitif before dinner somewhere.
A great 8 days, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"The Pomerol apartment was truly "Paris perfect" for our week vacation. From the reservation process to the check-in on site at the apartment everything was handled professionally. Even Victor's taxi from CDG and back was perfect.
The apartment itself was clean, well equipped, nice towels and bedding, nicely decorated and homey, and so well located for visiting all the major tourist spots. We loved the Rue Cler market and being able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and metro. The guide to the neighborhood and Paris attractions were also very helpful...can't complain about a single thing...and such a great value! We will be back and will recommend to all our friends and relatives. AAA *****!"
