We arrived in Paris after a marathon tour of Israel. The Volnay was the perfect place for us to land! It was like settling into a home where we could do all our laundry, relax, walk the neighborhood streets and see The Eiffel Tower from our room. Our past stays had been in Five Star Hotels and we wanted more space since we were traveling with our daughter, and this saved us money over getting a suite. The apartment was nicely furnished and well equipped and spacious for city living. I would definitely recommend Paris Perfect for anyone going to Paris.

"Unbelievable vacation! The team at Paris Perfect were so accomodating and informative, we truly felt taken care of during our first-time stay in Paris. We loved it so much that we are quickly scheduling our return trip. The Cognac apartment was everything the description and photos suggested, and booking during Bastille Day was a spectacular bonus. The balcony provided an exquisite view of the fireworks and festivities due to the proximity of the Eiffel Tower. We truly enjoyed being in a true Parisian neighborhood and felt this was a much better option than a hotel. We didn't cook much, but certainly enjoyed our wines and spectacular finds from rue de cler (5 min walk from the apartment), having the kitchen, dining and balcony area was very convenient. We are hooked on Paris Perfect and will definately book our next vacation through them. The apartment neighborhood had so much to offer: our favorite fromagerie, patisserie, brasserie, choclatier, wine shop and so much more. Everything at your fingertips, what more could you ask for? All the major attractions were a very short walk or metro ride, so easy to cover the city from the apartment location. This was our first trip to Paris, and are so happy that we did everything right...beginning with booking with Paris Perfect!"

We had the most amazing time in Paris and a big part of this was thanks to our perfect apartment! We really felt at home and enjoyed all the apartment had to offer. The view of the Eiffel Tower, washer/dryer, full kitchen, comfortable beds. We loved our experience and have told everyone about Paris Perfect and our Bordeaux rental. Thanks Sara for making it so easy to check in and out. We were a little nervous as to how that would go but it was seamless. Oh and cannot forget Victor. His drivers made our trip to and from the train station & airport so carefree. I highly recommend calling him. He was terrific! Thanks again and we hope to be visiting Paris again very soon! We know where we will be staying!

Great location for DDay and Bayeux. Very nice vacation - took train in to Paris one day (2 hours each way), perfect."

My husband and I were very happy with our accommodation in La Tache for the 8 days we visited Paris. We found the apartment very comfortable and exactly as described. It was well located near the Eiffel Tower and to quite a lot of very good restaurants, our favorite being Christian Constants restaurant - they were very friendly and all spoke English.   We would be interested in staying in La Tache on our next visit. "We had a wonderful trip to Paris, thanks to the dedicated team at Paris Perfect.

It was our daughters' first time to the City of Light, so we absolutely wanted to make it perfect for them. The location of Calvado was ideal, with the stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. Each night, our daughters would gaze upon it, waiting for it to light up. Pure magic every time, it really never gets old.

Madelyn and the team really ensured that everything we needed was there. No details were spared. We found the folder full of information and suggestions most helpful, from the restaurant suggestions to the Rue Cler shopping tips, it made our trip so much more 'local'.

We cannot wait to return and try the other apartments.

"The apartment was perfect in every way. The location was great and we never tired of seeing the Eiffel Tower from our lovely balcony. All the little touches were especially nice like the hand soap and body lotion. We had a very comfortable stay here in a fantastic neighbourhood. We especially loved buying our croissants and pain au chocolat every morning from one of the many boulangeries at our doorstep. Thank you Paris Perfect for a great stay."

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. We were a party of six, including our daughter and her husband and our two teenage grandchildren. It was great having a place where we could all be together, but the apartment also afforded each of us our own individual space - a great luxury.

The location is perfect - close to many restaurants and shops, with easy access to the metro and bus lines. I'm still dreaming of the view of the sparkling Eiffel Tower as I drifted off to sleep. It probably doesn't get much better than that!"

"My wife and I recently stayed at the Quincy apartment and really enjoyed its location as it is close to a couple of large outdoor markets, numerous stores/bistros and public transportation. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. It's location is just a couple of blocks outside the the main tourist area of Paris and this allows you to live like a local.

We also appreciated the service and the attention to detail that Paris Perect provided us. Arriving in Paris after an over night flight I was happy that that one of Victor's drivers was waiting for me and everything about the apartment was exactly as described.

We look forward to returning to Paris in the near future.

We were met by Vincent, who was recommended by Paris Perfect to pick us up from the station, he rang and spoke to Wendy who was waiting for us. Wendy showed us around and went through everything there was too. She was delightful. We loved our apartment. It was roomy for our group and had everything we needed. The area is so much fun with lots of restaurants, food shops, bread etc.etc. we did not want to leave - unfortunately we would have loved to stay another week it was that good. I have been impressed with all the arrangements Paris Perfect have done for us, everything has been smooth and professional. Thank you for a lovely time in Paris. I will have no problems recommending you to all my contacts, as I am involved in the travel industry in South Australia.

"Chateauneuf was by far the best Paris apartment my family and I have had among the last 5 we have tried out. Paris Perfect is definitely the company we prefer to rent from. The 2 apartments we rented from them were superb as far as location (7th arrondissement) and how well equipped they were. Chateauneuf, in my opinion, was a better location. For a family of 7 including a 4 year old and an 8 year old, Chateauneuf fit our needs exactly."

"Chateauneuf was absolutely perfect for our family! We were a group of 7, made up of our teenage children, young adult children, and extended family. There was enough space (and bathrooms!!) for everyone, and free Wi-Fi kept the teens very happy, not to mention the best pizza made on site right next door! The location was ideal--easy access to the metro, grocery stores, bakeries, patisseries, restaurants, and we fell asleep each night seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkling through our window! While I would have preferred a third bedroom versus pull-out beds, no one complained, everyone slept well, and there was no lack of privacy. The kitchen was spacious enough, clean, and well equipped. And despite the 90+ degree weather, the apartment never got uncomfortable. There are street noises, which could bother some people, but closing the windows helps, and everything seemed to settle down by 1am. The neighborhood is relatively quiet,residential,and not inundated with tourists. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely use Paris Perfect again."

"This was our second time to rent an apartment in Paris with Paris Perfect. The company is doing an even better job of accommodating the needs of its guests than it did five years ago, and it was doing an excellent job back then!
The Clairette apartment was perfect for our needs - well designed, stylish, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and with every convenience. The lovely location adjacent to the Eiffel Tower park and the wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood are great perks of living in the 7th arr.
The free calls to the U S and the free WiFi for our laptops were welcome benefits that we truly appreciated.
We enjoyed shopping the local markets and shops on Rue Cler and Rue St. Dominique, and had a great time preparing meals in the kitchen while enjoying a bottle of French wine.
We also tried some of Madelyn's favorite restaurants - particularly Petit Sud Ouest, Cafe Constant, Fontaine de Mars, and Bon Acceuil - all fabulous.
Madelyn's notebook in the apartment is a wonderfully comprehensive compilation of valuable information.
It was a wonderful visit, and we look forward to the next time. Thank you, Paris Perfect!"

"We had a fabulous week at the apartment, at check in Kevin was at the apartment to greet us, warm friendly individual made us very comfortable.

The apartment is large spacious, clean and true to pictures on the website, and most important centrally located.
We had a great time in Paris, Lisa was very helpful, she is knowledgeable about the city and assisted us in planning our trips.

The packet we received prior to our trip was very helpful with plethora of information, a variety of restaurants were all within walking distance, we enjoyed great food and wine
Pick and drop off at the airport was seamless, Thanks to Victor and his driver Jean Paul.

We will definitely be back to Paris and Paris Perfect will be our apartment of choice."

"The Clos Jolie apartment was everything the Paris Perfect website made it out to be, a dream come true in the heart of the 1st arrondissement. Great restaurants and markets are all over the area, and the Les Halles metro is just around the corner. We did a lot of walking to Paris Landmarks using the apartment as a base. The Louvre is only a few blocks away. Chatelet and the Marais were practically in our laps. If you don't mind a few more steps, you can walk to Ile de Cite and the Quartier Latin very easily. There are patisseries and boulangers nearby. We would return to this apartment in a heartbeat; in fact, we could live there.

Quirks about this apartment, none of which would stop me from renting it again:
- The owner put an extra level in a portion of the apartment, which added two bedrooms and a bathroom.
- The upstairs bathroom doesn't vent very well, so it is necessary to keep the door open between showers.
- The ceilings in the two-level area are maybe around two meters high. It is tall enough for most people to walk around. However, when you stand in the downstairs bathtub to shower, you have to crook your head a little to keep from hitting it on the ceiling.
- Even though the washer and dryer are new and advanced, the cycles are very slow, making it difficult to do more than one or two loads of laundry. The European style dryer (has a water collector instead of being vented) has to be emptied of water frequently.
- There can be quite a lot of noise from the courtyard, especially when the downstairs consulting firm is open (daytime) or the restaurant is open (nighttime). If you close the windows, though, you really can't hear anything.

Things that make this apartment awesome:
- While the kitchen equipment is not as good as what we have at home, the knives and pans are adequate for cooking most things you would want to. We bought a nice bamboo cutting board and left it there, because the one in the kitchen was too small. There are a market and a greengrocer around the corner. You can save a bundle by eating in.
- There are lots of power outlets.
- Everything is quite comfortable -- the sofas, the chairs, the beds.
- There are two and a half bathrooms. They are sparking new.
- The front windows open onto a typical Paris street, but not a busy one.

We are looking forward to our next visit!"
