Whilst the apartment was great, and in a fantastic location (kids watch the Eiffel tower whilst eating dinner, instead of watching TV), the most positive, important and useful thing about booking with Paris Perfect was the staff. From the initial telephone enquiry, to making our booking, to being met and shown through the apartment (thanks Sam), everyone involved was pleasant, professional, and helpful. When we needed some DVDs to entertain our children (fed up with watching French cartoons), Paris Perfect were able to deliver emergency supplies the next day. When we locked our passports in the safe and forgot the code, they retrieved them before we could be deported, without fuss. The apartments were extremely well equipped, there was everything there we needed, from bottle openers to laundry detergent to wine. The most useful piece of equipment however was the Paris Perfect manual. The section about how to use every item in the apartment was practical, but much more fun was the section about Paris and the neighborhood. If you like good food, you couldn't go too far wrong by eating your way through the list of local restaurants in the guide. The section on visiting the Paris flea markets indicated we could even bump into Bill Gates there. We followed the directions, but saw Brad Pitt instead (honest). Fantastic week in Paris!

"We rented the Moselle apartment at the very last minute. We are so glad we changed from our hotel! My husband took me to Paris to celebrate my 50th birthday and the Moselle was a cozy and quiet home-away-from-home (and a good place to nap in the afternoons!) Paris was in a deep freeze with 4 inches of snow - when the weather was too miserable to walk we went back to our haven and planned the next expedition or next good restaurant! We highly recommend both the Moselle apartment and the Paris Perfect team. Thank you for making our big "half-century" celebration a success."

"If, when arranging a trip to Paris, you want to LIVE in Paris rather than just visit like a tourist then a stay in this apartment is a must. Beautifully decorated and spotless are just the beginning. You are in a true Parisian neighborhood and you will be rubbing shoulders with the residents of the 7th arrondisement at the grocers, the pharmacies, the bistros and, of course, the patisseries all of which are just steps away in this beautiful area. The rental agents are endlessly patient and really go out of their way to be helpful with any and all questions. This is our second stay in this agency's apartments and we plan on another."

"A great apartment on a wonderfully quiet street considering how close you are to the major tourist area near Notre Dame. The kitchen is well equipped for anyone who wants to cook and for coffee fans, the Nespresso machine is most welcome! The efforts of the ParisPerfect team to accomodate our Christmas Day arrival was beyond-the-call of duty and we really appreciated it.

"We have been to Paris at least twice a year for more than 15 years. Over that period of time, we experienced many hotels and apartments (some good and some...bad). Since we found Paris Perfect a few years ago, I can honestly say that they have the best apartment rentals in Paris.

Last month, we stayed in Merlot which was again just...perfect!Very quiet and confortable, great location in a wonderful neighborhood. The appartment was a bit small (a least for 5 people) but sufficient. You never get tired drinking a glass of wine with the Eiffel Tower view from your apartment.

The staff of Paris Perfect are professionnal and very helpful.
Don't waste your time searching elsewhere if you are looking for truly perfect stay in Paris.

We are going back to Paris next month and as usual, we already booked with Paris Perfect..."

"Our family of 4 stayed at the Merlot for a week in late December where we planned to welcome the New Year 2013 whilst enjoying the view of the Eiffel Tower from our apartment. The 2 bedroom apartment seemed small initially but it was compact, with lots of clever storage. We had everything we need at the apartment including a shopping trolley to purchase our groceries. We chose Paris Perfect because of the good reviews from the Tripadvisor & we were not disappointed. There were supermarkets, fruit & veggie & patisserie shops which were all very close to the apartment. The nearest Metro is about 10 minutes walk away. What we valued most out of this experience was being able to feel at home almost immediately because of the very detailed firsthand account of the area (eg where to shop for what, where to eat) & how to live like a Parisian from Paris Perfect even before we flew into Paris. The staff at Paris Perfect were very helpful & Victor the cabdriver was worth his weight in gold. He took us everywhere & introduced us to good Chinese food in Paris !"

"Quincy is a well appointed charming apartment. In a good location close to transport, restaurants/cafes/bistros, markets and supermarkets. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well - equipped kichen - our family had an awesome time! We cannot find any fault with the apartment or the staff of Paris Perfect. When we return to Paris, we will stay in a Paris Perfect apartment again!Just one word of caution - Customs At Charles de Gaulle Airport is frustrating with regards to return of VAT. Allow a lot of time to deal with French bureaucracy."

"The apartment was everything we had hoped for. Very nicely and comfortably furnished and very well equipped. As there were only two of us we were spoiled with two bathrooms. Central for shopping, museums etc and we loved the evening view of the Eiffel Tour with the twinkling lights. We have been to Paris several times before but still found the information book with tips and recommendations extremely helpful."

"We stayed in Margaux for 12 nights, enjoying Christmas Day there before departing on 26 December. Our only complaint is that we can never again happily rent an apartment or deal with a rental agency because none of them can ever live up to the stunning beauty of Margaux nor the professionalism and attention to detail of Paris Perfect. A spotlessly clean, well furnished apartment where everything works perfectly is a rare treat. Attention to detail included such niceties as a Nespresso machine with a variety of Nespresso pods supplied, a sensible starter pack of milk and juice, washing and dishwashing tablets, and in a cold winter much needed moisturiser in every bathroom! If you are looking for perfection in a Parisian holiday then you have found it."

"My husband and I had a marvelous stay in the Cabernet at the end of November 2012! It's a wonderful time to be in Paris with all the holiday lights, Christmas windows and the fun Christmas market on the Champs-Elysees. As always, the Paris Perfect team was a delight from our first response to the friendly greeting at the Cabernet when we arrived. The apartment looks just as it does in the photos ... but the views of the Eiffel Tower are even more magical in person! We loved watching the light show every evening from the living room and even from the dining table while eating. In fact, we chose to eat at home many events because the view was so romantic and the apartment very comfortable. The kitchen is a great size and has everything we needed during our stay. The entire apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom, and we felt very much at home right away. We love the 7th arrondissement and this apartment is perfectly situated for enjoying the Champ de Mars gardens, evening strolls along the Seine and easy access to buses and the metro for moving about Paris. We'll be arranging our travel dates for our next trip to Paris to make sure we can stay at the Cabernet again. Thank you Paris Perfect for a romantic and magical stay in Paris!"

"We had a wonderful visit to Paris over Christmas staying in the Beaujolais apartment provided by Paris Perfect. We were entirely comfortable in this charming apartment. We had all of the amenities we needed and a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower upon our return each evening. The apartment is located around the corner from the Rue Cler Market which was very convenient (and delicious). However, the apartment is not located near the Metro. So it took longer to get where we wanted to go each day.

We were very impressed with Paris Perfect. They were prompt upon arrival, helpful with planning and have very high standards for their properties. They also provided a very complete booklet in the apartment with information to utilize all of the appliances (helpful) and recommendations for tours and restaurants (we used several). The entire stay was lovely and magical. Our children will always remember this trip!"

"We found your website while searching for a five star hotel to stay in for our first trip to Paris with our teenage children. The stay at the Merlot apartment surpassed the stay at a five star hotel. The amenities, decor, style, and architecture of the apartment was exceptional. All three of our teenage kids said having a "home" in Paris is what made their trip so enjoyable and comfortable. The staff at Paris Perfect was more than accommodating and we appreciate so much the expertise and professionalism of your company. We are planning our next trip to London and Italy and will rent apartments thru London Perfect and Italy Perfect for both trips. Once you experience a "Perfect" apartment you simply cannot go back to hotel living!"

"We stayed in Bergerac November 9-16 and we had an outstanding stay. We were met by our greeter and told everything we could ever hope to know about the apartment. The apartment is very well appointed and is just as it looks in the pictures provided by Paris perfect. The view is second to none, in the evenings after dinner we would sit in the living room with a glass of wine and talk while staring at the twinkling Eiffel Tower, it was truly enchanting. The neighborhood is SO great! We had amazing food at the restaurants that are all walking distance ... Cafe Constant and Reed Restaurant really stood out. The boulangerie on the corner of Bourdonnais and montessuy was one of the best we went to while in Paris. I would go early in the morning and buy us a baguette, croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast. The apartment has a Nespresso machine with cartridges so we would have that with breakfast. I'm running on here, but I could not recommend this apartment any more, it was a magical stay for us."

The Margaux was just perfect for our party - family members visiting from West Virginia & Florida in the cool Paris fall. The radiators provided just the right amount of heat and the towel warmers in the bathrooms were a delight (they were a treat for us Americans, who have not embraced this luxurious concept!). Although a bit too cold to dine on the terrace, we stepped out many times for: views of the Eiffel Tower - wonderful of course on the hour in the evenings, but also very moving in the morning fog - the shining dome of Les Invalides, the beautiful Ave. de la Bourdonnais and its great Haussmann buildings, and the well-kempt courtyard. By lowering the red awnings, we were able to identify and photograph the apartment from down below - wonderful photos through the autumn trees. The morning light in apartment was very special and the view of sunrise from the terrace over Les Invalides was breathtaking. The attention to detail in the Margaux was appreciated - from the running lights on the pristine wooden floors to the beautiful tile work in the bathrooms to the spacious closets. Free wi-fi was much appreciated by all of our iPad users, and the free telephone was much appreciated by our 92-year-old mother who enjoyed our daily calls! Coming back to the Margaux each evening after seeing the sights all day was like coming home. We would stop at Carrefour right beside the Ecole Militaire metro, buy our wine and cheese and be all set! The Paris Perfect staff was Paris Perfect! Beginning with advice on things to do until we could check into the Margaux (e.g., visit Rue Cler as the shops open for the day, a cafe down the street with a TV so we could savor the American presidential election results, and Café Constant [a must for anyone] for lunch). Sam was extremely helpful and cheery as our Margaux greeter/orienter. A word of advice: Do take the time to acquaint yourself with the 7th arrondissement, to stroll and window-shop and enjoy all that it has to offer. I'm afraid we were so busy seeing the "sites" that we missed much of what was right under our noses!
