Muscadelle
"My daughter, my son's 13 year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Muscadelle. The apartment was amazing with a fabulous view of th Eiffel Tower. We made use of the fully equipped kitchen every morning for breakfast and some evenings for dinner after a long day of touring. This was such a convenient location being within a half block of the Rue Cler with all of the wonderful markets.
Having an apartment when traveling with several generations gave everyone the space they needed to relax after a long day. It exceeded all our expectations. We will certainly recommend Paris Perfect to others!"

"The apartment is beautifully presented. You take the lift up to the 4th floor and once you open the front door you walk along a small corridor and up a flight of stairs to the apartment.
We loved the apartment. Our teenage children loved the free internet. We had good space for 4 people and the kitchen was extremely well laid out with choice of coffee machines, utensils and cooking equipment provided. the sofa bed is one of the easiest sofa beds we have ever used and it turns into two single beds which are the same height and can be folded up every day. The grandparents visited and we had some lovely meals in the apartment. We could walk to so many attractions, the location is superb."

"This is a lovely two-storey apartment right in the heart of the 7e Arr. There is ample room for two adults and two children...and the apartment is laid out well. Comfortable. Roomy. Pleasant. The views of the Eiffel Tower are lovely...and can be seen from the balcony, bedrooms, and living room.
The neighborhood is busy (touristy) but convenient for bistros, several boulangeries, and easy access to the Metro.
As we were here in July, it is a somewhat noisy apartment, as it sits at the junction of three major streets. But it didn't really didn't take away from our experience.
Very, very nice."

"Our family of 6 stayed in the beautiful Chateauneuf apartment July 12 - 19, 2013. The apartment is in a great location, spacious, light, and breezy with the windows open. Our view of the Eiffel Tower was wonderful, and we watched the incredible Bastille Day fireworks display right from our apartment window!"

La Tache
"
This is the second time we stayed in the La Tache apartment. We are very familiar with Paris and were impressed with the location. A short walk takes you to different bus stops, and many wonderful restaurants to choose from. Being walking distance from rue Cler means bringing a fabulous dinner 'home' is an easy and delicious alternative. The supermarket, boulangerie and wine shop are just around the corner. The building is well maintained and the lift is ALWAYS operable, something we cannot say for other apartments we have rented. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is great - the water pressure is good. Two toilets are good to have, a 'his' and 'hers' as we've used them. Just can't say anything but good things!

"Absolutely beautiful apartment and unbeatable location! We splurged on this apartment so we could be near Eiffel Tower on Bastille Day--14 July. We were not disappointed; we had a wonderful time.
We were concerned that during the rest of the week that the location would add time to get to other sights/areas, but we were pleasantly surprised. Metro for line down the Seine is literally across the street and down the block. Switching to other trains was never an issue. Great restaurants, easy walking, one block from Seine---really terrific.
We also weren't sure about needing the space, but we used it. Even the office area was helpful to both of us as we faced a couple of work deadlines during our vacation!
We would recommend this apartment!"

Beaujolais
"
We had a wonderful visit to Paris, made all the more memorable by our lovely accommodations in the Beaujolais apartment. Located on a beautiful tree lined street with a view of the Eiffel Tower, it was steps away from open air markets, amazing bakeries, and some of the best restaurants in Paris. The apartment was gorgeously furnished with plenty of storage and all the amenities of home. It gave us the chance to experience Paris as if we lived there, rather than merely visiting. The staff was warm and welcoming and available if you had questions, and the owners had thoughtfully provided a guide to the surrounding neighborhood and all that it had to offer. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer!

Romanée
"Romanée was conveniently located & comfortably appointed with a delightful view of the Tour Eiffel. The beds were comfortable, the showers quite decent (even by spoiled American standards), the kitchen nicely outfitted with all the necessary appliances & the neighborhood very Parisian. 4 of us fit quite comfortably in the 3 beds (1 of which was a Murphy bed) & would happily return to Romanée. Thanks for a lovely stay."

Incredible. We stayed 10 days in the apartment. Everything was top shelf from the get go. Paris Perfect's communication was extremely good. When we arrived at the apartment, they met us and went through everything at the apartment. The apartment was as advertised. First, it's in one of the best locations in Paris, St Germain 6th district. Perfect to see anything in Paris. It was a party of six. My wife and 4 children. The apartment is wonderful. Well stocked. It has the owners personal items but still doesn't force you to not touch anything. They have a wonderful kitchen that was very well stocked with every utensil needed. We had a private chef fix dinner each evening and he came with 3 knives and his food. Everything else existed. The TV room had an incredible collection of movies and music. Games were on site, etc, etc. Very spacious, 3 bedroom apartment. Other living areas are very spacious too. Wonderful linens on the bed and bathrooms. Nice bathrooms (which is not always the case in Europe). Well maintained, stocked and clean. Wonderful stay. Only small items: Internet did not work for a while but they stayed on it and just replaced the modem. Worked thereafter. Beds are a little hard (normal for Europe). That's ok for some people but not for others. Water pressure and hot water could be a little inconsistent. Dryer vents into the laundry room so its get a little hot and humid in there. If these are the only complaints, you can tell it was a wonderful experience. Item to note, we continued our vacation to London and unfortunately Paris Perfect did not have any available units there. So we rented from One Fine Stay. Let me tell you that was one terrible stay. Classless organization. Terrible service. Misrepresentation of the property and its quality. It was awful. I would not go anywhere else but with Paris and London Perfect. They are a great organization with great properties. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

"This lovely apartment was our home for over a week this July and we loved it. It is in great neighborhood that has just the right amount of atmosphere to be enjoyable but not overwhelming. An easy walk to the Metro makes for great access to the city's many beautiful sites. Everything was in great working order and it was a real treat to have three comfortable showers and a great washer and dryer. The kitchen was well appointed and comfortable. The large living areas gave everyone a chance to spread out and relax. The staff was super helpful with getting us into our apartment and keeping our bags for us on our last day while we enjoyed one last day in the city (thank you Sam). Will definitely stay here again next year!"

Pomerol
"An amazing trip in a perfect apartment. This was my fourth trip to Paris, but first to stay in an apartment. I stayed in the Pomerol apartment and the location couldn't have been any better. The market was 10 steps from my door and a Metro station and Taxi stand was less than a 5 minute walk. There are many shops in the neighborhood and rue Saint Dominique, a street with many fabulous restaurants, was a 5 minute walk. The street it is on is a main street that connects to many areas so directions were easy, and although it was a main street, it is in an area that does not get a lot of traffic and was a very quiet. I could walk 15 min in one direction on this street and be on Avenue George V or walk 15 minutes up the other direction and be at the Eiffel Tower.
The building itself is a little old, but once inside the apartment all the comforts of home were there. Everything is new and updated, from the bathroom, to the furniture, kitchen, washer, even the dishware. Anything I needed was there and knowing I could call Paris Perfect any day of the week was a relief. The apartment is small but quite cozy. I stayed alone, but it would be great for a couple. There is a daybed with trundle, so a family of four could stay, but would be crowded and would have to share one bath, but definitely could be done. I also appreciated the guide Paris Perfect sent me after booking my apartment. It had great information that went to good use. I will definitely be renting from Paris Perfect again and no doubt would stay in Pomerol again, as well."

Alicante
"Our stay in Alicante was absolutely magnificent. It's in a great position and very private and secure. Heaps of cafes close by made dinner choices very easy. It was great to be able to have a few meals in the apartment, particularly when travelling with our 11 year old daughter. Our greeter Paul, was wonderful. He made us feel at home straight away by stocking the fridge and pantry with a few essentials. It was reassuring to know he was able to be contacted if we had any problems. We would definitely recommend Alicante to anyone who wants to stay in a true Parisian apartment."

Clairette
"Paris Perfect lives up to its name and our week long visit to the Clairette was wonderful. The apartment was exactly as described and Paris Perfect even had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival. The neighborhood is great and it was only a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower or to the metro. My wife and I are already planning our next trip and will use Paris Perfect and London Perfect for that trip too. Thanks Paris Perfect for making everything great."

Bordeaux
"My husband and I and our 17 year old daughter stayed here for a week in June/July. It was not long enough! The location was ideal - nearby bakeries, wine shops and cafes were too numerous to count and there was a grocery store a few doors away. Rue Cler was a few blocks away and was delightful. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and it was wonderful to have space to spread out. Best of all, we got to see the Eiffel Tower light show every night! We would definitely stay here again."

"Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The views of the Eiffel Tower are incredible and you can really appreciate its size from this apartment. The Metro and RER stations were a block away so getting to all the museums and other sightseeing was very easy. The Seine River is basically out your front door for Batobus riverboat rides. As for the apartment itself, everything was just as shown in the photos. It was a real luxury having three nice modern full bathrooms and there was plenty of hot water for all. Everything worked fine and there was so much room to spread out all of us could find a spot to have a little private time to read, view I-Pads or Facebook. Having a washer and dryer allowed us to pack light and made room for all the clothes, bags, etc. acquired since the famous Paris sales were going on that week! The elevator was small but very modern and worked fine. We scheduled our dream trip months in advance and the Paris Perfect team was responsive and informative every step of the way up to and including the day of our arrival. Victor's Taxis were prompt and polite. We would love to return and would not use anyone else except Paris Perfect."

Muscadelle
"My husband, children (ages 11 and 13) and I had an amazing time in Paris! We loved staying at the Muscadelle apartment. It was situated where we could easily enjoy the shops and cafes on the Rue Cler. We could take short walks to hop on the bus and Metro or dine in nice restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt comfortable and homey. After a long day of sightseeing, we looked forward to watching the twinkling light show on the Eiffel Tower from our living room window. I can't wait to go back!"

"Very quaint well-appointed apartment that worked perfectly for our family of 4. Location was fabulous! Close to nice restaurants and cafes, grocery, tourist sites, metro stop. You don't have outdoor space with this apartment, but the unique apartment and quiet street were positives. We would stay here again. The convertible sofa was very comfortable for sleeping (not your typical sofa-bed) and the kitchen and bathroom were very modern. We had some trouble working the range - written instructions need more detail. Also, the combo washer/dryer did not work, but a repairman was sent quickly. The step-ups into kitchen and living area, and curved narrow staircase into apartment might be tricky for some travelers. We liked the character it added to the apartment, but less-mobile travelers might prefer a different apartment. Overall, the company's description of the apartment is spot-on, and the location is a big selling point."

Romanée
"Perfect pied-a-terre for our family of 5: my husband and I, 2 teenage girls and one 12 year old grandson who loved the fold out coach in the living room. We arrived late at night and were greeted by a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had the best combination of charm and modern conveniences. The location, short walk to the Seine, was ideally located to many major attractions. The neighborhood boasted many good restaurants as well as the famous Rue Cler open market, the very same one that Julia Child shopped when she first lived in Paris. We will definitely use Paris Perfect again."
