"Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The views of the Eiffel Tower are incredible and you can really appreciate its size from this apartment. The Metro and RER stations were a block away so getting to all the museums and other sightseeing was very easy. The Seine River is basically out your front door for Batobus riverboat rides. As for the apartment itself, everything was just as shown in the photos. It was a real luxury having three nice modern full bathrooms and there was plenty of hot water for all. Everything worked fine and there was so much room to spread out all of us could find a spot to have a little private time to read, view I-Pads or Facebook. Having a washer and dryer allowed us to pack light and made room for all the clothes, bags, etc. acquired since the famous Paris sales were going on that week! The elevator was small but very modern and worked fine. We scheduled our dream trip months in advance and the Paris Perfect team was responsive and informative every step of the way up to and including the day of our arrival. Victor's Taxis were prompt and polite. We would love to return and would not use anyone else except Paris Perfect."

Muscadelle
"My husband, children (ages 11 and 13) and I had an amazing time in Paris! We loved staying at the Muscadelle apartment. It was situated where we could easily enjoy the shops and cafes on the Rue Cler. We could take short walks to hop on the bus and Metro or dine in nice restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt comfortable and homey. After a long day of sightseeing, we looked forward to watching the twinkling light show on the Eiffel Tower from our living room window. I can't wait to go back!"

Maranges
"Our second stay in Maranges, perfectly situated on the corner of Blvd St.Germain/Rue Du Dragon, close to all our favourites spots. Well appointed apartment, it felt like home, thanks PARIS PERFECT! See you next year!"

"Very quaint well-appointed apartment that worked perfectly for our family of 4. Location was fabulous! Close to nice restaurants and cafes, grocery, tourist sites, metro stop. You don't have outdoor space with this apartment, but the unique apartment and quiet street were positives. We would stay here again. The convertible sofa was very comfortable for sleeping (not your typical sofa-bed) and the kitchen and bathroom were very modern. We had some trouble working the range - written instructions need more detail. Also, the combo washer/dryer did not work, but a repairman was sent quickly. The step-ups into kitchen and living area, and curved narrow staircase into apartment might be tricky for some travelers. We liked the character it added to the apartment, but less-mobile travelers might prefer a different apartment. Overall, the company's description of the apartment is spot-on, and the location is a big selling point."

"Perfect pied-a-terre for our family of 5: my husband and I, 2 teenage girls and one 12 year old grandson who loved the fold out coach in the living room. We arrived late at night and were greeted by a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had the best combination of charm and modern conveniences. The location, short walk to the Seine, was ideally located to many major attractions. The neighborhood boasted many good restaurants as well as the famous Rue Cler open market, the very same one that Julia Child shopped when she first lived in Paris. We will definitely use Paris Perfect again."

Beaujolais
"
Our family of 5 just returned from a wonderful stay at Beaujolais. We loved the apartment and its fabulous location near the charming Rue Cler (with a fabulous market and lots of fun restaurants and food shops). Our greeter at the apartment was very helpful and informative when we arrived. The apartment was in great shape and was beautifully decorated. Our only "disappointment" was that we could hardly see the Eiffel Tower at all due to the trees. It's worth noting that the beautiful Eiffel Tower views shown in the pictures would only be available in the winter months. Nonetheless, we loved the apartment and would easily stay there again.

La Tache
"
The location couldn't be better being just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. We had freshly baked croissants every morning from a local bakery. The apartment had everything we needed, it was beautifully furnished, and about the view - it was just perfect. Happiest 10 days in Paris. Thank you!

Lalande
"This was our second experience with Paris Perfect. Our apartment was wonderful and ready (early) upon our arrival. Loved the accommodations and everything about the Lalande apartment. It has all the high end conveniences of home and for Paris, was remarkably roomy. Four of us had plenty of room over 10 days so everyone had space to themselves. Not a huge fan of the the washer/dryer but it was sufficient for a short vacation :-). The location is terrific and we will be back to stay!"

"The apartment was great, position perfect for us and we just loved being there. One problem is that the height restriction was mentioned for the mezzaine level but not the bathroom 1 which my 6'6" husband found very difficult - he had to kneel in the bath to have a shower!!! The bath is raised and was only just high enough for me (5'3"). We didn't use the lift, too small and had advice that sometimes these lifts get stuck, the stairs are fine to use. Lots of great places to eat and have a drink or two. Look for the black door, my boys said a great place!!"

Saint Romain
"The Saint Romain apartment was simply perfect! Charming, clean, comfortable, decorated beautifully and stocked with everything we could need. But perhaps the best quality of the Saint Romain apartment is the location. Rue Cler is a quintessential Parisian apartment location that will make you feel like a true local. Everything you need from the fromagerie, to the patisserie, the butcher, wine shops, flower shops -- and the fresh produce market and cafes -- are right out your door. Plus you are 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, and one quick street away from boutiques and some of the most sought-after restaurants in the city. Even so, Saint Romain is the perfect place to cook-in and enjoy some downtime. We were pinching ourselves on the balcony with a view of classic rooftops and the golden dome of Les Invalides. We are already dreaming about returning to our beautiful, special, apartment with one of the most incredible cities in the world as its backdrop! C'est magnifique!"

Muscadelle
"Muscadelle was lovely, it was just as quintessentially Parisian as the photos suggested. The neighborhood was a true delight, literally steps from the cute shops and cafes of the Rue Cler. The apartment was clean, spacious and quite. We wouldn't hesitate to stay with Paris Perfect again!"

Quincy
"We truly loved our stay in the Quincy apartment! It was my fifth and favorite trip to Paris- largely due to the experience of renting an apartment with Paris Perfect. In the past, as a family of four, we have felt very cramped in hotel rooms designed to sleep two adults with two children. It was so relaxing to have what felt like an actual home in Paris! We truly enjoyed shopping at the local markets and creating delicious, as well as nutritious meals (our 11 year old is a somewhat finicky eater). The neighborhood was very nice and non-touristy which we really enjoyed, and we walked to the Eiffel Tower with ease. The beds were very comfortable which is not always the case when traveling. Our kids are already asking when we can go back (and we've been home for one day)! We will definitely go back, since Paris is the cultural center of Europe, and renting with Paris Perfect made the experience a complete delight!"

Alicante
"Our first overseas holiday in 40 years and what a perfect stay in the most beautiful city in the world, Paris. Just so incredibly a wonderful people and place. There was so much to love about Paris. Amazing history and monuments. Breathtaking views from the Eiffel and from atop the Arc De Triomphe and how do you describe the everywhere cafe's and restaurants that served up equally irrestable breakfast, lunch and dinner. We could not believe how friendly and helpful and even funny Parisenes were given our limited French that was so often appreciated and commended. The Taxi rides are truly something to remember as they were more of an adventure than a trip. Well we could talk about the shopping too and macaroons as well!
Te Alicante apartment was just exquisite and in the midst of everything. It was secure and charming and provided everything we could possibly desire.
Just no doubt that this was an experience of a lifetime to be repeated. Loved Paris. We will return!
Could go on forever."

Marsannay
"This apartment was "perfect" for my mom and I as we experienced our dream come true trip to Paris. The neighborhood was quiet yet there are plenty of good restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The apartment was beautiful and quite large for European standards. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing.
The staff at Paris Perfect was so helpful and we really appreciated the 30+ page guide that was sent to us prior to our arrival. This was the best travel guide that we used the entire time for restaurant recommendations, etc. Free phone calls to the US and free internet access - what more could we ask for! Thanks Paris Perfect!"

La Tache
"
We loved our visit to Paris in late April/early May and our apartment, the La Tache, was a large part of our pleasure. We liked everything about the La Tache physically, including the wonderful kitchen, luxury baths, fabulous storage and comfortable living room. Beyond that, the location of the apartment was fabulous. We had a great view of the Eiffel Tower from our living room, we were just around the corner from an excellent patisserie where we got our fresh bread and pastries every morning, and we were a short walk from the popular rue Cler neighborhood. To top it all off, several of the high-quality restaurants we went to were only a wander away from our apartment. We really felt we lived the Parisien lifestyle during the two weeks we were there and our apartment was a key part of it.

Clairette
"This was our second time to stay in one of your rental apartments. Both times we have been very happy with every aspect of the apartment. This year we spent almost three weeks in Clairette. The apartment was furnished in a comfortable French style with the perfect areas to lounge, read a book or just nap after a morning of sightseeing. It was always bright and we enjoyed the street scenes from the two large windows. The kitchen was tiny but had everything you could possibly need.
There was a large window over the sink for fresh air. The bathroom had a fantastic walk-in shower and good lighting. The location could not have been better. There was a great little boulangerie just downstairs for breakfast croissants, a great wine shop across the street for champagne, a very nice butcher where we bought roasted chickens, and a grocery where we bought the basics. The cab stand and bus stops were just steps away. We could walk to a large selection of very good restaurants and the wonderful Marche President Wilson was
not far at all. One weekend we took the train to Geneva. When we returned it was like "coming home".
The staff was very helpful and the information in the apartment was very detailed.
We enjoyed our time staying in Clarette and plan to return in the next year or two."

Châteauneuf
"We had a wonderful time, and felt like royalty while staying in our lovely apartment! The view of the Eifel Tower was particularly magical, especially for the kids. Just the right amount of space - for sharing with friends, and then even after they left! We appreciated the kitchen immensely, and it was wonderfully appointed. Our location suited us perfectly as we shopped daily on the street below: fresh croissants, organic produce, wonderful cheese, meat and wine! Having the Camps de Mars so close was fantastic for the kids. They particularly enjoyed the 100-yr-old hand-cranked carousel! Discovering the "Batobus" made it easy to get to all the sites in wonderful relaxed style.
Thank you Paris Perfect, for all your information.
Our one suggestion: if you are providing televisions/dvd players or other technology, only do so if it is of good quality and in working condition. Even the systems that did work were of such poor quality, their presence was more of a frustration than a benefit as they cheapened the elegant atmosphere of the apartment.

Marsannay
"We had such a lovely stay in one of your other apartments last year that our only concern this year was whether our expectations for this year's stay would not be met. Let us assure you that was not the case. The Marsannay was an excellent blend of tradiitonal archecture with beautiful ceilings and elegant furniture and spacious and modern bathrooms and appliances. As we have now come to expect from Paris Perfect's managemment of its apartments, the Marsannay was equipped with every convenience and necessity to facilitate our having a great vacation and creating the feeling at the end of each day that we were simply returning to our home. We thank you for making this a memorable trip, and look forward to making this an anuual habit on both your and our parts."
