Quincy
"We loved our little pied a terre in Paris. The apartment is in a little neighborhood quite close to the Metro, outdoor markets, Monoprix and neighborhood restaurants. The apartment is cosy, nicely decorated with a modern, up to date kitchen and bath . Everything that one could possibly need is provided- a comfortable bed, washer, dryer, umbrellas, even a shopping cart for going to markets!
The staff at Paris Perfect is professional and responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. The information packet that is provided is comprehensive and makes for a very seamless entry into being a Parisian resident for a short time. We will be back!"

Beaujolais
"
We had a wonderful week in Paris and truly enjoyed our stay in Beaujolais. The location was so convenient, we just love the 7th arrondisement and all it has to offer. I was amazed how quiet it was too! I especially enjoyed my nightly hot baths after the long days of sightseeing and I must say the water in Paris is magnifique! The queen bed in Beaujolais was dreamy and so comfortable. The twins not so much - we Americans are very sleep-conscious (if that makes sense) when traveling and consider a good night's sleep and comfortable accommodations a must! We met so many nice Parisians this trip and will treasure the memories we made. Thank you for providing a "home away from home" at Beaujolais!

Bergerac
"Our stay at Bergerac was perfect in every way. The apartment was so very nicely equipped and decorated...once Kevin took the extra fans away! My family loved being there and my French friends were impressed with the quality of the environment and everyone with everything....with one exception which I left as a note on the signout sheet...The little single bedroom need to have a hanging closet. There are two stacks of shelves, ample for most things, but no place to hang a coat, dress etc. I think the lower shelves should be removed and a hanging bar installed.
Also I put the dressing table bench that was placed under the table in the master bedroom in the corner of the little room for some sort of place to put a bag, suitcase etc. It worked out very well there and not needed in the master bedroom. I'd like to reserve Bergerac for next year at approximately the same time."

Thank you for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful apartment. It was wonderful to be greeted and given a complete tour of everything that we needed to know. I will be using your service again and have been busily recommending you to everyone I know.

Volnay
"For a special occasion, we wanted to experience Paris as locals do. Within a block of the Eiffel Tower, five blocks to the Metro, and several blocks to the Seine, the lovely Volnay apartment provided to be a perfect location for our exploration. The surrounding area is chock full of enticing bakeries, patisseries, butcher shops, cheese shops, wine shops, and moderately priced and upscale restaurants. There is also a grocery store, dry cleaners, pharmacies, and banks nearby. An added bonus is the nearby Rue Cler with its wonderful outdoor market. Everything you need is at your doorstep or within easy walking distance. The apartment is at a busy intersection so expect to hear some street sounds during the night and early in the morning.
The Volnay apartment itself is spacious and very comfortably and stylishly furnished with many amenities. Every window has a view of the Eiffel Tower that is particularly delightful at night when the Tower lights up and sparkles for five minutes on the hour throughout the evening. All rooms have blinds or heavy curtains so light from the Tower and the street isn’t an issue.
The small but well-stocked kitchen that opens to the dining room has a full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave/oven, and a very efficient dishwasher so making a meal or two is easy. We loved the Nespresso coffee maker too. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating and a non-working fireplace (nice that it has a door that closes it off from the rest of the apartment). It’s very romantic having dinner or sipping wine with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop. You could easily entertain a small group in the apartment.
Having two sinks in the bathroom plus an overhead and hand held shower with a bathtub made getting ready in the morning a pleasure. The toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom, which is actually rather convenient. The room, however, is very small, especially as a tiny sink has been squeezed in. Watch your elbows and hips on those edges! A queen-sized bed with under-the-mattress storage for comforters, pillows, and sheets was great for my 6’ 4†husband. There’s also plenty of closet space in the bedroom and elsewhere in the apartment so a long stay wouldn’t be a problem. Having an elevator (just big enough for two) means you don’t have to lug your bags up four flights of stairs. It’s efficient and fairly fast too.
We felt right at home in the Volnay apartment and definitely enjoyed our weeklong stay there. We would certainly recommend this apartment for its comfort, amenities, and location."

"
What we loved especially was the location, location, location. Within just a few steps, is boulangerie, a boucherie, a super marche, a gourmet coffee/tea/chocolate shop, the bus hub, and countless restaurants with great variety. This is our fifth stay with Paris Perfect in this neighborhood and have always been pleased. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The washer and dryer were easy to use and efficient. The apartment is lovely and a wonderful retreat after a day out in the City.

Quincy
"We would definitely recommend the Quincy! The location was outstanding ! The Metro was just a block away, and great cafés and bistros were everywhere ! In addition, the shopping, including open air markets, was wonderful! We loved being close to the Eiffel tower, but away from the touristy and over priced shops and restaurants! Frankly, we felt our stay was perfect!"

"Thank you for sharing such a wonderful apartment – very spacious, well equipped and close to metro. Our greeter was there to greet us when we arrived late and made our first welcome to Paris so enjoyable. We enjoyed dinner around the corner at Café Commerce and also at Café Constant. However the best restaurant was in the 5th arrondissement – Le Coupe-Chou – fabulous food and the atmosphere is truly old Paris – 9 & 11 rue de Lanneau, Tel:01 46 33 68 69.
Our Paris stay was wonderful and the apartment made us feel a part of the French culture."

Saint Amour
"St. Amour was the perfect place to stay. Clean, neat and well furnished with 3 sets of lovely French doors looking out on to beautiful trees. At night you can see the lights of the Eiffel Tower sparkling through the leaves. There was plenty of room for three of us to stay and by Paris standards the apt. is spacious which would allow for an extended stay. The layout of the apartment is conducive for entertaining or for privacy. The bathrooms were new lovely and clean. There are plenty of nice restaurants just around the corner and all the Paris must see sites are within walking distance.
There aren't many draw backs. The lift is very small so if you are claustrophobic take the stairs. The second bedroom with bunk beds was comfortable but very small however storage was efficient so it didn't seem crowded.
I would definitely stay in St Amour again! Bravo!"

"We enjoyed our second stay with Paris Perfect at the Clairette. The location is great, and we love that our favorite restaurants and shops are all a stroll away. We found the apartment very well equipped and clean and ready for our arrival. We will be back again!"

"This is a perfect location for exploring Paris! We spent everyday walking in a different direction, the Eiffel Tower, Le Marais, Sacre Cour, St Martin Canal, Versailles (by RER), powershopping and wonderful eating experiences. The apartment was quiet, beautiful and centrally located to drop off shopping bags. Loved the kitchen and the appointments, made wonderful mornings possible (with the patisserie across the street). We will be back!"

"This was perhaps our 20th visit to Paris and the second time we have stayed in an apartment. Because of our previous disastrous experience we were quite reluctant when the couple we were traveling with expressed their preference for an apartment. This visit changed our minds completely. The apartment was perfect. Whatever criteria you'd like to apply- it was met or exceeded. The staff was great, the apartment was spacious and yet very comfortable. No lack of places to unpack and hang clothing. Basic supplies were there, as well as a few extras. It was clean and fresh. And the location and view Spectacular! Thanks for delighting, rather than deeply disappointing us."

Maranges
"We absolutely loved this apartment! Over the past several years, we have often stayed in apartments in the sixth and the seventh arrondissements. This one certainly will be at the top of our list - we hope to stay here again.
It felt surprisingly comfortable for four adults, despite it's compact size. One of our real pleasures when visiting France each year is to shop locally and cook often at home for ourselves and for friends. The kitchen worked beautifully for us in every regard. We had some truly memorable meals "at home" this year.
The apartment is wonderfully quiet, completely insulated from street noise and in a very quiet building. When you have had a long and exhausting day sightseeing in Paris, nothing beats perfect quiet for sleep. And that is despite the location on one of the busiest avenues on the Left Bank in Paris, on the corner of the Blvd St. Germain and Rue du Dragon. It is directly across the street from the Cafe de Flore and just steps away from some of the best shopping in Paris - you just can't beat the location."

"Thank you for such hospitality! Greeting us at the gate & a welcome basket. This apartment is very charming and located close to shops, cafes & the metro. The view of the Eiffel tower tops it off. Would suggest an oven (mini not so great when cooking/baking). Also lights for light switches in bedrooms. Otherwise, wonderful place. Merci!"

"Charming. Roomy. Beautifully appointed. Convenient location. Like living in a movie. We enjoyed everything about this apartment as we enjoyed the neighborhood markets, patisseries, bistros, and cafés. People everywhere were very kind to us. We felt like we were "living" in Paris. Each evening we felt like we were "going home". I wouldn't visit Paris any other way."

"Thank you for such a lovely apartment! We had such a great time here. The apartment is very comfortable and calm. Also I would like to thank you for all the amenities you included for us...from toilet paper down to the creme de cassis! I have been coming to Paris yearly and this is my 10th apartment that I have rented. I would certainly return to this lovely apartment...it is well located near the metro Commerce and all the shopping on rue du Commerce. If I had only one or two suggestions, it would be to install better lighting in the bedrooms and a DVD player that works with US DVDs. It would have been nice after a long busy day to come back and pop in a movie. Thank you again for everything. P.S. Our greeter was a delight to work with. So nice having someone who really cares about your stay. I look forward to seeing her again!"

Pomerol
"We had originally booked an apartment in the 1st, but were changed to Pomerol. I was concerned this might be too quiet, but not so. The Rue Cler area was busy at the cafes every night with lots of locals.
The Metro stop La Tour-Maubourg was an easy walk from the apartment. After some initial jitters, we found using the Metro very easy. We also used the RER and took trains to Giverny and Normandy.
The people at Paris Perfect were very helpful. We needed some maintenance done on the air conditioner and they were prompt. They also brought extra pillows at our request. Just ask.
I will say the apartment was cramped for 3 of us. If the bedroom door is closed for privacy, there is no air conditioning. Also, one of the party slept on the (very comfortable) trundle bed. That meant that the other 2 had to navigate around her to use the restroom at night. You probably need to be GOOD friends to share this apartment.
Overall a good experience. Quiet neighborhood but easily walk to lots of busy streets. Very small elevator, really just 2 persons at a time. Lots of nice local shops which we used to buy fruit, bread, cheese, wine, etc."

Bergerac
"Our stay at the Bergerac apartment last month could not have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in and saw that, yes, that IS the Eiffel Tower we were transported. The neighborhood was delightful. I was a bit afraid that it would be crowded with us (tourists) but despite its proximity to that magnificent landmark it is a very real neighborhood. We loved visiting "our" butcher, and baker and fromagerie. Speaking of which, shopping at Cantin fromagerie was a delight. Thanks for that suggestion and all the restaurant tips.
Having a well stocked kitchen helped in an unexpected way when one of our group had a short term health issue and could not go out. We simply stocked up at the local market across the Seine on Saturday morning and enjoyed two fabulous dinners in.
Thanks for providing a gorgeous, clean, and beautifully appointed apartment for our dream vacation."
