"This was perhaps our 20th visit to Paris and the second time we have stayed in an apartment. Because of our previous disastrous experience we were quite reluctant when the couple we were traveling with expressed their preference for an apartment. This visit changed our minds completely. The apartment was perfect. Whatever criteria you'd like to apply- it was met or exceeded. The staff was great, the apartment was spacious and yet very comfortable. No lack of places to unpack and hang clothing. Basic supplies were there, as well as a few extras. It was clean and fresh. And the location and view Spectacular! Thanks for delighting, rather than deeply disappointing us."

"We absolutely loved this apartment! Over the past several years, we have often stayed in apartments in the sixth and the seventh arrondissements. This one certainly will be at the top of our list - we hope to stay here again.
It felt surprisingly comfortable for four adults, despite it's compact size. One of our real pleasures when visiting France each year is to shop locally and cook often at home for ourselves and for friends. The kitchen worked beautifully for us in every regard. We had some truly memorable meals "at home" this year.

The apartment is wonderfully quiet, completely insulated from street noise and in a very quiet building. When you have had a long and exhausting day sightseeing in Paris, nothing beats perfect quiet for sleep. And that is despite the location on one of the busiest avenues on the Left Bank in Paris, on the corner of the Blvd St. Germain and Rue du Dragon. It is directly across the street from the Cafe de Flore and just steps away from some of the best shopping in Paris - you just can't beat the location."

"Thank you for such hospitality! Greeting us at the gate & a welcome basket. This apartment is very charming and located close to shops, cafes & the metro. The view of the Eiffel tower tops it off. Would suggest an oven (mini not so great when cooking/baking). Also lights for light switches in bedrooms. Otherwise, wonderful place. Merci!"

"Thank you for such a lovely apartment! We had such a great time here. The apartment is very comfortable and calm. Also I would like to thank you for all the amenities you included for us...from toilet paper down to the creme de cassis! I have been coming to Paris yearly and this is my 10th apartment that I have rented. I would certainly return to this lovely apartment...it is well located near the metro Commerce and all the shopping on rue du Commerce. If I had only one or two suggestions, it would be to install better lighting in the bedrooms and a DVD player that works with US DVDs. It would have been nice after a long busy day to come back and pop in a movie. Thank you again for everything. P.S. Our greeter was a delight to work with. So nice having someone who really cares about your stay. I look forward to seeing her again!"

"We had originally booked an apartment in the 1st, but were changed to Pomerol. I was concerned this might be too quiet, but not so. The Rue Cler area was busy at the cafes every night with lots of locals.

The Metro stop La Tour-Maubourg was an easy walk from the apartment. After some initial jitters, we found using the Metro very easy. We also used the RER and took trains to Giverny and Normandy.

The people at Paris Perfect were very helpful. We needed some maintenance done on the air conditioner and they were prompt. They also brought extra pillows at our request. Just ask.

I will say the apartment was cramped for 3 of us. If the bedroom door is closed for privacy, there is no air conditioning. Also, one of the party slept on the (very comfortable) trundle bed. That meant that the other 2 had to navigate around her to use the restroom at night. You probably need to be GOOD friends to share this apartment.

Overall a good experience. Quiet neighborhood but easily walk to lots of busy streets. Very small elevator, really just 2 persons at a time. Lots of nice local shops which we used to buy fruit, bread, cheese, wine, etc."

"Our stay at the Bergerac apartment last month could not have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in and saw that, yes, that IS the Eiffel Tower we were transported. The neighborhood was delightful. I was a bit afraid that it would be crowded with us (tourists) but despite its proximity to that magnificent landmark it is a very real neighborhood. We loved visiting "our" butcher, and baker and fromagerie. Speaking of which, shopping at Cantin fromagerie was a delight. Thanks for that suggestion and all the restaurant tips.

Having a well stocked kitchen helped in an unexpected way when one of our group had a short term health issue and could not go out. We simply stocked up at the local market across the Seine on Saturday morning and enjoyed two fabulous dinners in.

We had an absolutely fabulous time in Paris! It was our first time to Europe and it definitely will not be the last. Renting an apartment is such a great idea because it brings a little of your home to your vacation when you need the downtime between adventures. Our apartment was perfect, in a great neighborhood, with easy to access bus, RER, and walking. We ate at the local restaurants, shopped at the local markets and really lived the Parisian life for 10 days. And who wouldn't want to look out their window and see the Eiffel Tower while sipping wine on their balcony?!  We also appreciated the information given and took advantage of all the suggestions. We hired the taxi suggested and they were great. We also hired tour guides to the Louvre and Versaille - which we enjoyed immensely. My husband took a private cooking class which he absolutely loved, and we hired one of the photographers suggested to capture our moments in Paris!   We definitely planned our vacation the right way. We can't wait to do it all over again.

"What a beautiful apartment! We loved our stay at the Bordeaux apartment. It was so special to see the Eiffel Tower in all it's glory so close to us. Really reminded us everyday where we were!

The apartment was well appointed and very spacious with modern conveniences. Very well presented with tasteful decor.

Great position in the 7 th arrondissement with terrific restaurants and shops all at easy walking distances. Loved the fresh croissants every morning! It was a joy to come home every day after a long day of walking and sightseeing and enjoy a drink on the balcony taking in all the Parisian sights.

We look forward to returning to Paris in the near future and would definitely recommend staying in this apartment."

"We stayed at Medoc in early September 2013, and we were very pleased with the apartment and its location. First, the location was perfect for our first trip to Paris -- convenient to all the key sights, and a great neighborhood to hang out in after the day (cafe, bakery, and grocery store nearby). Second, the apartment was a great choice. It is in a residential building, and we enjoyed living like other Parisians in the building which has a lot of historical charm. The size was good for me and my husband. We enjoyed coming back after a long day and having a place to sit and relax. The best indicator of our experience with Medoc is that if we come back to Paris, we would definitely stay here again. The Paris Perfect customer service was outstanding. The man who met us at the apartment was friendly and fun, and told us all the practical stuff to get us started (e.g., the grocery was going to be closed the following day; how to run the laundry). In short, a GREAT experience for our first Paris trip."

"Lalande was fully equipped and clean. It is a little smaller than the pictures show. Four adults should be the limit. The beds are short on length, so not good for tall adults. The view of the Eiffel Tower is beautiful at night. We enjoyed our stay and liked the location to the market and restaurants."

"We loved our stay at the Romanee apt. Firstly, Jean- Paul the taxi driver who met us at the station was wonderful, cheerful and helpful. Then to have Kevin waiting was a bonus. He showed us how everything operated in a most friendly and pleasing way.

The apartment itself was fantastic. So much crammed into such a comparatively small space. All extremely workable.
We couldn't believe the view of the Eiffel Tower - it looked close in advertising, but to actually see it so close was unbelievable. Shops and restaurants were close by, plus the park for the children to run around in. All in all a most convenient location and a great place to stay."

"PARIS was made Perfect by Paris Perfect!!! We had a great time and the Viognier was absolutely the best place yet. We felt like we were residents and just watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night. Great place! Great location! Would absolutely come back and cant wait for the next trip. "My Husband and I with our 3 children stayed at the apartment Chateanuef in August. Though I had been to Paris several times and stayed at all the fine hotels. This was a truly unique experience. To get breakfast at the market in the morning at Rue de Cler, have my children watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle from their bedroom and to have a lovely park a block away [and to have a washer dryer! :)] - made it all a unique and perfect experience . Great 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment with kitchen, family room, and large dinning room. The bed rooms are 1 queen, 1 queen, and 2 singles, and there is also a sleeper sofa. The apartment also has a washer and dryer. You are about 2 blocks from the Louvre and 1 block from street with shops, markets, and restaurants. We were very pleased with the location. Ceilings are a little low in bedrooms and bathrooms, but it is Europe!

I wish you could be a fly on the wall to hear the oooh's and aah's when people walk in the front door. It is beyond magnifique. I had one woman seriously interested in buying it. "There are no words to describe how perfect this apartment was. I was travelling with my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. We all enjoyed this apartment thoroughly. The location was quiet which is a plus for us, but it was also convenient to all of central Paris by Metro and taxi. The view of course was magnificent - I felt like it was a movie set. The apartment amenities filled our every need and more. Paris Perfect was also the best host providing linens and a welcome basket and many other necessities. The staff always returned our few phone calls with question with in minutes. This vacation was wonderful. I hope to use Paris Perfect again and again in the future."

"We recently stayed in the Morgon Apartment in Paris - absolutely fabulous. A very spacious, beautifully decorated true 3 bedroom apartment. Lots of room to spread out so that you don't get in each others way and a great position just off B'vd St Germain. We would very happily stay there again. We would also highly recommend Paris Perfect - couldn't fault them and will definitely use them again when next we travel to Paris.
