The location is incredible.
My first reaction was "oh no this is too nice for me." The location is incredible. The fact that I was close enough to see the people in the elevator from the balcony was mind-boggling, and beyond that Gros-Caillou is a perfect neighborhood to be a visitor in. The apartment itself was lovely, with many thoughtful comforts: air conditioning in two rooms (I didn't need it but it was a treat to know it was there), TV with streaming services enabled, dishwasher, washer/dryer, many lights in every room, lots of outlets, WIFI, etc. And everything works. I really appreciated being greeted and showed how to use everything so I didn't lock myself out, commit a garbage crime, break an appliance, or look like a moron. I'm very afraid of the neighbors in Paris, but the other residents of this building were actually very kind and welcoming. Would absolutely stay again. Only suggestion would be to try to find a place for a full-length mirror (inside closet door?) Thank you thank you!

Staying in this Paris apartment was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an unobstructed, breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower that felt like it was almost within reach. The location is perfect, situated in a charming neighborhood with delightful cafes, patisseries, and boutiques just a short stroll away. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, from a fully-stocked kitchen to luxurious linens. The host was incredibly accommodating, providing detailed recommendations for local dining and attractions, ensuring our stay was flawless. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to experience the magic of Paris. Highly recommended for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the true essence of the City of Light!

Excellent Location; Fabulous Neighborhood
Our stay at Volnay was a great experience and exposed us to a new neighborhood in Paris. Previously we had stayed with Paris Perfect near the Rue du Bac metro with our sons and that was a similar excellent neighborhood. We enjoyed the neighborhood markets, restaurants and shops and found it an easy walk to the Ecole Militare metro to get around the city. Over the years we have rented several apartments through Paris, London and Italy Perfect. All were exceptional locations.

Fantastic stay!
Our family of 4 loved our stay at Clairette. The location was fantastic, the apartment was absolutely charming, and we loved looking out to see the Eiffel Tower. I was most concerned about the living room/bedroom situation for our 12 year old daughters but it was perfect. The couch pulls out to a trundle bed so both girls had proper twin size beds with a little separation vs one pullout couch. Both said the beds were very comfortable and my husband and I thought our bed was comfortable too. With the bed pulled out, we still had plenty of room with the dining table and the living room so it was very usable space. All of the instructions provided with the unit were helpful and we never needed to reach out for support. The building was very quiet, the small elevator consistently worked, and the water pressure was surprisingly great for such an old building. We would stay at Clairette (& any other Vacation Perfect properties) in a heartbeat. Such great value for what we received! Additionally, Paris Perfect recommended Karina from Travel Light Paris to help plan the specific details of our trip and she was a dream to work with and I highly recommend.

We returned to Volnay and the neighborhood we love again for one week. The apartment was the best as usual with some decorative updates done just right and Paris was busy preparing for the Olympics but as beautiful as ever. As always we will return again and again. Jim and Joyce

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful apartment so close to the Eiffel Tower and the river Seine. The apartment was very clean, the check-in when smoothly and the view is fabulous. We hope to be back some day and stay at this wonderful place.

Prime location
HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re in Paris. Prime location, very walkable, lots to do, and most importantly the VIEW of the Eiffel Tower is absolutely amazing and even better in person, you get views from multiple spots in the house! Host is very proactive and welcoming, definitely would stay here again or another listing under this same host considering the great experience.

Perfect apartment in every way!
We loved our time at Alicante. The location was PERFECT! It is close to everything you want and need: the Metro, boulangeries, grocery and any place you might wish to explore. It is located on a quiet street with first class restaurants nearby. The proximity to Ile Saint Louis and Notre Dame made it even more fun. We were there for 9 days, and still not enough! On our return, we will seek out Alicante again...it was just that perfect.

Glorious days in this Parisian home!
My bestie and I met for a few glorious days in this Parisian home! The layout is spacious, comfortable, and inviting. The outside balcony views speak for themselves. The washer and dishwasher were a nice touch. The AC actually works really well. We would surely stay again.

Santenay was perfect for our family and we couldn't have been happier. The location was excellent for just about everything we wanted to do and the kitchen made it easy to not only eat breakfast daily, but also cook a real meal, which we loved doing. Access to the Metro was great, and we loved exploring the local restaurants and shops. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful Beaujolais
We have stayed in 6 different Paris Perfect apartments over the past 15 years. While they were all special in their own ways, Beaujolais is now our favorite. The layout is excellent and the kitchen is extremely well laid out. The location is perfect - close to Rue Cler, the Seine, The Eiffel Tower, and the metro. It was such a treat to return to such a beautiful home-away-from-home after our adventures in the city. We most definitely will book this apartment again.

Great view of the Eiffel Tower
I was supposed to visit Paris in 2020. Oh, well, we made it in 2024. Perfect place in a perfect neighborhood. Enough idiosyncrasies to keep it entertaining. Great view of the Eifel Tower. Champagne chilled less than a block away, in fact pretty much anything you have to have within a block or two. We did almost 20,000 steps one day, but that got us from our apartment to Notre Dam and back, plus some more.

Lovely small apartment on Ile de la Cite
Very nicely re-done apartment (the whole building, actually!) on the lovely Place Dauphine. The space is very tight for two people. Internal staircase not for the faint of heart. Perfectly outfitted small galley-like kitchen with everything you need. Some appliances take a bit of work to understand how to use. Lovely little balcony looking over the Dauphine square. Central to tourist area, which can get very crowded and noisy during high season or holiday time (we were there during very warm long weekend including the Ascension Day holiday that Thursday). Was the most crowded with tourists I had seen in years.

Another delightful stay
I just returned from a delightful visit to Paris which included a week-long stay at the Saumur apartment. This was my fifth time staying at a Paris Perfect property and the second time at the Saumur. As a solo traveler this time, the Saumur was perfect and felt like my very own home. Access to the best fresh produce, cheese, wine and bread just outside my door along the Rue Cler was the best and made me feel like I was living like a local. The handy metro stop down the street made everything accessible within 20-30 minutes. As always check in and check out was easy and my greeter was friendly and helpful. Paris is hands down one of my favorite places to vacation and Paris Perfect apartments is always the first place I consider when booking my accommodations. I look forward to returning soon!

Charming pied a terre
We stayed at the Saint Amour apartment located literally at the foot of the Eiffel tower! The apartment was everything we could have hoped for. It was central to everything, with bus stop and metro station within walking distance. Good restaurants, bakeries and supermarket nearby. The apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our party of five to spread out. Our greeter was so kind and gracious. I would highly recommend Paris perfect, and would use them again.

Another Perfect Stay
This was our 4th Paris Perfect property and we really wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The Saint Romain was perfect for my daughter and I and the Rue Cler location is great. Ideal for grabbing a meal or picking up something to bring back. You can’t go wrong with this property.
