"We loved our time our Volnay! It is the perfect location, bustling with activity yet quiet in the apartment. The bus stop and taxi stands are convenient, and the shops along rue st Dominique are the quintessential elements that give this part of the 7th its village feel. Our kitchen was outfitted with all the utensils we needed for a couple of dinner parties we had, and the internet and television worked flawlessly. We were so happy with our apartment and will definitely rent Volnay the next time we are in Paris. The only criticism is that the light on our floor outside the elevator was not working, but we forgot to notify anyone about it. Thank you for such an amazing 10 days!!"

"Very last minute we found out about Paris Perfect and cancelled our 4 star hotel booking. We stayed in the Moselle apartment for 6 nights and we really enjoyed it! It was romantic, comfortable and perfect location.



Everything was as we could have hoped for. The staff is very helpful and the Paris guide that comes with the apartment was brilliant. The elevator was though quite small, fits only 2 persons and our stroller (quite big graco trekko) and baby car seat almost did not fit into the elevator. But compared to everything, it was such a minor thing that it did not bother us. We would recommend the apartment and Paris Perfect anytime!



Sometimes when you book a hotel, the pictures on the website is nothing like reality, here that's not the case. Looks nice on pictures, and it really is nice!"

"Our family of 5 had the pleasure of staying in the Margaux apartment for 8 nights in February. Everything has been thought out in the apartment - it lacks for nothing. All of the beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms are modern work well, the linens were of high quality. We enjoyed standing on our balcony to watch the lights of the Eiffel Tower come up before heading out to dinner. Sam, our greeter, was friendly and patient with our questions. I would highly recommend Paris Perfect, and look forward to staying again soon in the future!"

The name "Paris Perfect" sums it all up. Beaujolais was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Let's start with LOCATION: great street; close to terrific markets, amazing food shops/bakeries, incredible restaurants, and central Metro/RER stations. And the Eiffel Tower. My wife would always steal the prime seat at the dining table for the breathtaking view. The APARTMENT: perfectly appointed; everything was considered; great layout, design, and not only two baths, but two toilets! You did not feel like you were living in someone else's apartment...it felt like your own. The STAFF: everyone we interacted with at PP was so helpful, passionate, and eager to make the experience great. They could not have done a better job! And we were even happy about the SEASON: don't be afraid to try Paris in the Winter. I can't think of a moment where we waited in a line! I would recommend this apartment, as well as Paris Perfect, to anyone!

For the absolute perfect Valentine's day we chose the Volnay apartment. It was the most adorable, clean, romantic apartment! We watched what I liked to call the, 'Twinkle Light Show' of the Eiffel Tower every night from the living room and even chose to sleep in the living room a couple of nights just for the view! It was a great location, the Eiffel Tower is literally, right around the corner from the apartment, and there is a taxi stand right across the street. We were greatly surprised to find that the apartment had free WiFi and telephone calls to the US. This was wonderful because we were able to keep in contact with our family easily, as this was the first time we left our 12 month old daughter. It was really a experience to live as a Parisian!

The location was near most restaurants recommended by Rick Steves and very near the museums and market. The master bedroom and living room had beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. We have stayed at Paris Perfect apartments for two visits to Paris. Everything was easily booked on-line, a staff member met us at the apartment when we arrived, and answered all questions we had. We highly recommend Paris Perfect to you for a wonderful stay in Paris."

Our third visit staying at a Paris Perfect apartment - as usual efficient , prompt and superior customer service. The apartment exceeded the photographs on the website- it was superb in every aspect. The Eiffel Tower was almost close enough to touch and our 2 teenage daughters literally could not believe the view when we walked in - the glamour the space the furnishing and the layout of the apartment delivered the best holiday accommodation in Paris yet! The two bedrooms were a very good size and the 2nd bathroom was fantastic for 2 female teenagers - who did make up and hair before every outing. My husband and I watched the light show of the Tower every night at bedtime. The lounge and dining room areas were filled with light and from their windows we waved to friends who were on the Tower. The TV room/study/ third bedroom provided a separate second living area - not commonly found in an apartment. The kitchen was very well appointed and allowed us to prepare the most wonderful Christmas Day lunch we have ever ! Would i recommend - Absolutely!!!

"This last stay with Paris Perfect was our 7th or 8th visit. When selecting an apartment I look for what I consider, 'the best view of the Eiffel Tower'...This apartment not only has stunning views from both seating areas in the fronts rooms but a balcony with a view that is hard to step away from. In fact I don't go to sleep at night until the last lights go out. Location location location. Walk out our door from Cognac and you are standing steps away from the best of everything! I am not kidding or overstating...steps from the best bakeries, cheese and food shops, NOT to mention all three of Christian Constant's restaurants. I hate to sleep when I am in Paris! I force myself to go to sleep, b/c I cannot wait to jump out of bed and start my day with fresh croissants and bread, nespresso and 'my view' of 'my girl'...Thanks Paris Perfect for your attention to detail. In every way all of their apartments are really perfect. High end, new kitchens with all you could need, beautiful bathrooms with heated towel bars and comfy beds. Time for me to start planning my next trip!"

"We stayed at the Cabernet for eight nights and everything was wonderful! The location, a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower, a few blocks from Rue Cler and right on Rue Saint Dominique was great! Excellent wine, bread, cheese, meats and restaurants were all within a few steps of the front door!! We were sorry to have to go and we will definitely return."

We loved the Beaujolais apartment. The location was excellent with a very romantic view of the Eiffel Tower out of the living room and master bedroom windows. The Beaujolais is a spacious, well designed apartment, perfect for our family of four. I liked the separate kitchen and the dining table was a generous size, perfect for enjoying the delicious food we bought at the nearby Rue Cler market. The Rue Cler market is no more than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We found everything we needed there at the most magnificent gourmet food shops. There is also a supermarket and of course a boulangerie where they baked fresh bread throughout the day. The Beaujolais is also close to two different Metro stations and within walking distance to many landmarks and interesting areas.

"We spent the New Year week holidays in Paris and loved having a Paris Perfect apartment as our "home" base. So much cozier and more intimate than a hotel. The area around Carignan had two metros within a very short walking distance and a lovely street of shops for food, wine and general needs. We had breakfast at home everyday and we also made dinner twice during our stay - the kitchen is fully equipped and also contains basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, spices, etc.). We also received a welcome basket with some basic food stuffs. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. This was our first trip to Paris and we will be back next year and look forward to renting Carignan again!"

"We are a family of 5 with almost all teenage kids (11, 13, 15). We made a last minute decision to travel to Paris for New Years Eve week. After looking for a place to stay for a few day (who knew everything would be booked), we were very lucky to stumble upon the Saint Amour apartment! We LOVED the apartment and it fit our family very nicely. One bedroom had bunk beds that our two younger kids slept in and our oldest son slept in the very comfortable pullout bed that is so cleverly hidden in the couch. We loved that the master bedroom doors could be closed or open as part of an extension to the quaint living room. It was also nice to have 2 toilets and 2 showers that came equipped with all the necessities. The apartment had everything we needed and only required us to go to the grocery store around the corner for groceries or to the fabulous bakery below. The proximity to the Eiffel Tower was absolutely AMAZING and an easy walk to the Metro, which we took the entire time we were in Paris. The restaurants close to the apartment were also fabulous. We would absolutely stay in the Saint Amour apartment again and have already recommended the apartment to several friends since we've been back to the US. Merci Beaucoup for a vacation to remember, we have memories that will last us a lifetime!"

"I was pleasantly surprised with this apartment. It is so much bigger than on the photos! There are 2 living areas both looking out onto the Eiffel Tower (and each morning I just had to make sure the Eiffel Tower is still there). The long balcony overlooks the rooftops and is the ideal place to have your morning coffee while seeing the sun rise over Paris. My favorite place was the open plan kitchen and dining room. We spend a lot of time there, in the mornings enjoying fresh croissants and baguettes from the bakery just downstairs with espresso coffee and in the evenings sharing our stories and experiences of Paris during the day. The bedrooms ensure a quiet night as they are at the back of the apartment, away from the street. Being on the top floor means no noise from outside anyway. This is an apartment I would come back to year after year!"

"I wanted to bring my entire family to Paris to celebrate my birthday, a big one, and the apartment was perfect. In addition to my husband and myself there was my older daughter, son-in-law and 9-year-old grandson and my younger daughter. The Lalande was the perfect size and accommodated all of us with enough room,privacy and bathrooms for all. Having a kitchen and laundry was such a huge plus. The location was amazing. Looking out the window and seeing the Eiffel Tower was a dream come true. The short walk the the Ecole Militaire Metro Station was so convenient. Do buy a five day Metro pass and take the Metro -- it is so easy to get around. The Rue Cler Market, a cobbled pedestrian street lined with shops, selling everything you will need to prepare an amazing meal or just breakfast before you head out for a day of sightseeing. There are any number of excellent restaurants within a very short walk -- we had a fine meal at Le Bosquet on the corner of Rue du Champ de Mars and Rue Bosquet but there is also a Sushi restaurant and a Japanese restaurant on the block. There are at least three grocery stores nearby and several bakeries that open early so you can get croissants for breakfast. Be advised that the elevator is teeny, tiny but works well. Also the Nespresso coffee maker in the kitchen is great but when you run out of pods you cannot buy more in the grocery store and there are only a few Nespresso Boutiques in Paris and non very convenient to the apartment. I plan to return to Paris again and again and each time I will most certainly first check with Paris Perfect about an apartment rental. They handle everything with efficiency and professional aplomb. We were very impressed with Kevin who met us at the apartment and gave us a quick tour and explained most everything to us. There are some differences when it comes to appliances and also shower water & temperature controls in Paris. We could have also used a third set of keys to the apartment but we worked through that without too much difficulty. All in all it was a wonderful experience and Paris Perfect makes, well, Paris perfect."
