The Saint Julien apartment provided our family of 5 comfort and convenience in a fantastic location. After a long day of trekking around Paris, we sat with a glass of wine and watched the Eiffel Tower twinkle out of the living room windows. From the beginning of our trip, Paris Perfect made it simple. The apartment clean, very functional, and totally secure. We could not have asked for anything better. Thank you.

"The Calvados was a wonderful place for our family to stay over spring break. The apartment was casual yet elegant and the views of the Eiffel Tower were stunning. It seemed like we could reach out and touch it from our balcony. We opened the balcony doors every morning at breakfast and it felt like we were already out sightseeing. Having two baths, one with sink and large tub, and one with sink and shower, made it convenient for our family of four to get ready at the same time. The location was superb being one street over from the Champs de Mars Park and Eiffel Tower. We were a quick stroll to the Seine. The street is relatively quiet, with the exception of morning traffic, since it's residential. There are several small groceries nearby to choose from when needing to stock the kitchen. The building is quiet and exudes the classical charm travelers are looking for to have that Parisian experience."

"Excellent apartment. We booked as a group of 5 girls for a special occasion and it was so much nicer than being in separate hotel rooms. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the lounge is stunning, makes you feel really at the heart of Paris. Kitchen is small but well equipped (we didn't go to Paris to spend all our time cooking anyway!). Only negative comment I would make is that a couple of areas need paint touch-ups but these are probably just luggage marks. Overall we were delighted with the apartment, also plenty of amenities nearby and very convenient for Metro and RER. It was absolutely ideal for our get-together."

"We had a marvelous time at Marsannay....In our first experience with Paris Perfect i can state that it's a trustworthy and very organized company wich we certainly recommend to anyone who thinks of renting a Parisian apartment.

Everything worked so well since the first contact to our departure. Marsannay is a great place to stay with an amazing view to the Eiffel tower and a few steps from St Dominique with a variety of wonderful named restaurants in Paris .

We'll try other units in our next parisian s�jour !

"We thoroughly enjoyed our cozy Paris Apartment! The location was perfect for experiencing Paris and seeing all the highlights of the city. We took advantage of all of the wonderful shops just around the corner on Rue Cler, and the supermarket right next to the metro stop also came in handy. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our week."

"Very convenient location with many restaurants closely. Only a 5 minute walk to metro stop Maubert. We waited about 5 minutes for Paul the greeter. He quickly breezed through the apartment rules and familiarization. There were 3 sharing the apartment. Found it spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our complimentary wine and snacks.

Complaints....for me, it was the sofa bed mattress.....a little too thin for more than a few nights stay. My back was beginning to get sore after a week.

The shower drained seemed a bit plugged as water drained rather slow."

"Paris Perfect was just as it implies- perfect! Our apartment was well located, immaculately clean, and stocked with everything we could have wished for. Paris Perfect surprised us with milk, orange juice, and snacks to get us started. The kitchen had every tool imaginable.

The staff was responsive to our emails and phone calls during our planning stages and our stay. We had trouble figuring out how to work a faucet and a representative was at the apartment within 5 minutes to help us.

We enjoyed staying in the 7th for the excellent restaurants and grocery shopping excursions, as well as 2 close Metro stations. All of the dining suggestions you sent were wonderful.

Lalande provided the perfect space (bedrooms and bathrooms) for our family of 6 with 4 teenaged daughters. We all enjoyed the clear view of the Eiffel Tower each night from our window.

"Wonderful from the second we arrived. There were my wife and I, two kids, and my mother-in-law. Fabulous views, fabulous views, and fabulous views! About 5 minutes from the subway, 75 yards from the Eiffel Tower and 30 seconds to a nice meal from one of the restaurants near the apartment.

Kitchen was small, but practical. Dining and living room were great. We used the phone to phone the US a couple of times (no charge). Rooms were fine and we never tripped over each other. Never watched TV but they had it. Plenty of towels and I did laundry while I was there.

My wife and I are unsure if we will ever have a vacation where we stay in a hotel again if we can help it. Certainly we will use Paris Perfect in Paris or London. I forgot his name but the guy who greeted us was simply awesome (Sam?). We actually ran into him a couple of times after near the apartment. I rarely review things but I felt compelled. Probably the best vacation ever."

The Beaujolais was perfect for two couples. Clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. And the view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing!! Easy access to the Metro, great markets and restaurants in the neighborhood, and walking distance to most of the major sights. The Paris Perfect team was great, and their colleague Lisa at yourparisexperience.com provided fantastic concierge service. So glad we chose this charming place over an impersonal hotel!

"The Bergerac was perfect for our family of 5. We brought our 3 children (15,14, and 12) to Paris for their Spring Break. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location cannot be beat! What a beautiful view of the Eiffel tower. We ate so many delicious meals right in our neighborhood. The tips in your Guide to Paris were perfect. My 16 year old daughter and I had so much fun shopping in the boutiques you mentioned in Rue du Commerce. Au Petit Sud Ouest was our absolute favorite meal. We cannot wait to return!"

Our Bordeaux apartment was absolutely perfect. We are a family of 4 with two teenage daughters. The location was the best. A grocery, bakery, cleaners, wine shop, drug store, ATM, plus multiple delicious restaurants and cafes are literally only steps away...I can't see how there could be a better location. The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable! And the Bordeaux apartment is completely updated with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a top to bottom marble master bath...so luxurious! Even the towels were divine! Ken, who works with Victor, picked us up from the airport. He knew exactly where to go and called Paris Perfect for us when we left the airport. A greeter met us at the apartment and showed us around. He was so helpful and I felt that we could have called for anything had we needed anything. I would never want to stay anywhere else in Paris. We seriously could not have loved it more.

"We returned this week from a 10 day stay in the Cognac aprtment on the Rue de Grenelle, about a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. As a prelude to my comments on the apartment, I have to state how flawless and helpful the Paris Perfect staff were in recommending apartments that fitted our vacation schedule (although it is hard to believe that any apartment could have been better than Cognac), communicating the details for meeting with the Paris Perfect staff at the apartment, and recommending a wonderful cab service for the trip to and from the airport. The Cognac apartment was perfect for the two us with a large living room with comfortable furniture and French doors leading to a balcony with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night. The apartment possessed all the modern conveniences including a full kitchen, modern bathrooms, high ceilings, comfortable bedrooms and an immense amount of closet space. We had dinner out 6 nights and there were at least 10 first rate restaurants within a ten to fifteen minute walk from the apartment. For the nights that we ate in our apartment, we had delightful choices just within our block among butchers, a green grocer, a cheese monger, a boulangerie/patisserie, and two wine stores. Grocery stores were close by along with a frozen food store that sold high quality prepared meals. The apartment was located close to a metro stop and the primarily residential area of the 7th arrondisement was very attractive. When, not if, we return to Paris and use Paris Perfect, it will be difficult not to choose Cognac again. It was a 5 star experience."

"My family of 4 (myself, my husband and 2 daughters, ages 16 and 20) stayed at the Calvados apartment in early March, and all I can say is WOW! Talk about location! You are right in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, under the shadow of the Eiffel Tower and just a short walk from the Seine! We didn't use public transportation that much, simply because we found Paris to be such a walkable city, but I can say that the #69 bus and RER C are close by. The apartment is close to rue Cler, an incredible and not-to-be-missed market street. And you MUST go to one (or all!) of the incredibly fantastic restaurants on rue St-Dominque! Definitely take the recommendations on the Paris Perfect website when it comes to restaurants and cafes! When we return to Paris (and we will!!) we will most assuredly rent with Paris Perfect again!"

We had all found the apartment to be wonderful. The location is perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and charming. The staff was very professional, and helpful. "The apartment is very well located, just a couple of blocks from the Louvre Museum. Is closer to everything, so just walking we can visit the main attractions of this beautiful city. The apartment is nice, very well decorated in a classic style. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 clean and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is elegant and luminous, and the dining room very comfortable. Nevertheless we spent the whole day visiting Paris, it was a pleasure to come back in the evening to rest, hear music or just share the experiences of a busy day, feeling at home. We were very happy renting this apartment, and we recommend it in a 100%."

"This apartment certainly lives up to its name: "Paris Perfect." Everything was exactly that, perfect. We had 4 adults and 3 children; there was plently of space for everyone. Some of the amenities I never thought I would use suddenly became very important. When there was a problem with my ATM card, I was able to call my bank stateside and correct it. The kitchen had everything I needed to provide meals for the family. The laundry was a godsend. There was plenty of hot water and bathrooms for the comfort of all. And, the beds were fine. The location was incomparable. The Eiffle Tower was an easy stroll, while Notre Dame and the Louvre were also walkable. Paris Perfect seems to think of everything you might need even before you realize you need it. I highly recommend Paris Perfect for the price and quality of their apartments."

My wife and I had a wonderful week in Paris staying at the Paris Perfect apartment. It was so nice to have an apartment to come home to -- not just at the end of the day, but anytime throughout the day! We truely felt like we were living in Paris instead of tourists with a tiny hotel room. The apartment was professionally decorated, with updated bathrooms and kitchen. And the location in 7th arrondisement couldn't be any better with so many great restaurants, boulongeries, patisseries, and fromageries within blocks to choose from! Can't wait to return...
