"My wife and had a very good week at the Alicante. Greeted by Paul who was so helpful in introducing us to the apartment and the area of the City in which it is located. The apartment is in a 17th century building and it has been totally renovated and updated. It is charming and very functional. The apartment is in the 5th Arrondissement commonly referred to as the Latin Quarter. The apartment was located one half a block away from the Seine, right near the point that Ile de Cite meets Ile Saint-Louis. The other end of our very short street, Maitre Albert, is Place Maubert which is on Boulevard St. Germain and which has a range of food purveyors as well as a three time a week market. We experienced some wonderful meals in nearby restaurants recommended by Paris Perfect. All in all, a wonderful stay."

The staff was very accommodating and the apartment was an excellent fit for us -- modern, convenient, well-appointed, clean, comfortable with beautiful views. We had some Parisian friends visit and they marveled at the Eiffel Tower view from our windows! What a special time it was for us. We can't wait to go back!"

"My teenage daughter and stayed at the Quincy apartment for 6 nights in June. We loved the apartment! We especially loved seeing the Eiffel tower sparkle for a few minutes on the hour late at night.
The apartment was much larger than I expected - and was very comfortable for the two of us. Everything was exactly as pictured on the website photos. The living room and bedroom are beautifully decorated, the apartment has an abundance of natural light from the large windows. The Paris Perfect Guide is an invaluable resource to help find anything in Paris. Quincy is well located near a metro stop, in a quiet building tucked on a quiet street. We could easily walk to three markets for groceries, several bakeries, restaurants and many shops.
I realize that you are not able to improve upon the bathroom arrangement, but it was odd to have the shower and toilet in separate rooms. Functional - just took a bit to get used to. Also people should be aware that they must take the trash and recycling down six floors and out to containers in a locked courtyard. Again - not something you can change.
Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for it's comfort, style, view of top of the Eiffel Tower and it's location. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The apartment is small but well appointed. The best part of the two small reception rooms which are gracious and usable - nice sitting and dining rooms, very well furnished. The double glazing works to keep the noise out, but you will need to open the windows to ventilate the apartment - if the temperature rises into the 20s it gets very hot. There are air conditioners but they are noisy and not that effective, plus you have to drain them of water from time to time. The double bedroom is again small and the air con unit gets in the way but again very comfortable with lots of wardrobe space. The bathroom is good - but shower only. The kitchen is tiny, but has absolutely everything - brilliantly appointed. It only fits one person and has zero bench space so don't plan to do serious cooking there. You can do all the basics however.
This apartment is very well situated, on the edge of the Eiffel Tower tourist area, in a street that boasts a wide selection of restaurants and excellent food shops. The boulangerie nearest the apartment has excellent baguettes, croissants etc and good lunch snacks. There are two good greengrocers (the furthest away does fresh squeezed orange juice), a good butcher and wine shop just across the road and there is a foie gras shop around the corner in Rue Augereau. The Rue Cler markets are 8 mins walk - very good poissonniere and charcuterie there. Patissier - Le Notre - go to the end of Rue Cler and turn right.
5 mins walk to the Metro (Ecole Militaire - Line 8) - change at Concorde for most other lines including line 1. 10 mins Les Invalides on foot, 15 mins Musee d'Orsay. You are within walking distance of many right bank attractions, including the Troc, Grand Palais/Petit Palais and the Avenue Montaigne (5-15 mins). Louvre, Notre Dame etc - metro.
If you need a taxi, do to the rank diagonally opposite the apartment - they come within a few minutes - we were never let down.
Restaurants: Cafe Constant (trad Fr bistro no bookings line up), Les Coccottes (it's bar dining but very nicely done again no bookings) or the Violon d'Ingres (bookings, pricey and good - has a star I think). Lots of others - didn't get the chance to try them. Bit further away: Atelier de Joel Robuchon (Rue Montalembert) - officially no bookings but you can get them - about a 1 star std although has more. 2-3 star dining - special night out - Arpege in the 7th on the other side of Les Invalides. Wonderful food respecting ingredients/terroir etc - modern style 3 star dining."

"We had a wonderful visit to Paris and the Alicante apartment was lovely, updated, conveniently located and even provided an espresso machine! Paris Perfect was extremely accommodating in all respects and any time we had questions, etc. they were very prompt in responding to our needs and requests. LOVED extra touches....NESPRESSO, WINE, SHAMPOO, small supply of kitchen items. We would do it all over again. TWIN BEDS in sofa were brilliant for our girls!"

"We had a fantastic stay! We were a family of five, with kids aged 12, 9 and 4. And the Merlot worked perfectly for us. The kids immediately fell in love with the fun sinks and the charming bedrooms. My girls even named the bird paintings in their room. My son took the pull out bed in the living room. I was worried that we would feel congested due to the pull out bed at first, but it easily tucked away each day and was no problem at all. There was plenty of room for us in the apartment and it was close by to everything we needed. Easy access to the Metro, restaurants and the Rue Cler, and of course, the Eiffel Tower. We anxiously awaited the twinkling lights each night and then simply stepped out on our balcony. Paris Perfect staff was also very helpful with information and tour assistance. Would use Paris Perfect again without hesitation."

"This is indeed a well-appointed and comfortable apartment with a very convenient location. It's been our kid’s first trip to Paris and the bonus has been to sleep with the twinkling lights of the Eiffel. Overall, it's been a memorable stay.
In terms of suggestions, only one would be to have a few umbrellas added - otherwise every other amenity was there; and a fan for the hot summer days.

"The staff at Paris Pefect was so friendly and helpful. The Bergerac apartment was very well appointed. Having three bedrooms was terrific for our family of four for two weeks. The living area was comfortable and we loved the kitchen with new cabinets and appliances-all were top notch.
While Avenue dela Bourdonnais is a more busy street with tourists, it was nice to explore further into the nighborhood and find great cafes, boulangeries, epiceries.
The apartment was very clean when we arrived and we loved having the maid services after our first week to freshen everything. We would definitley use Paris Perfect again!"

"Great apartment that has everything you need from dishes, fans, umbrellas, iron and etc. The best thing about the apartment was the location: backery, fish, meat, desert stores and fantastic places to eat are all in walking distances. It is true what they say; Location, location, location!!!!! Since we were near Champs de Mars, we were able to get our usual excercise. Everything was truly wonderful and we plan to use Paris Perfect again. The Paris Guide provided was excellent. We took cooking clases, had a professional photographer take photos, used the transportation services reccomended. For people who want to spend time in Paris, this is company to use."

"St. Amour and Paris Perfect provided an excellent stay for our family trip to Paris. The location was great and the convenience of traveling within the city was so very convenient. The apartment was a good size for our family of 5 adults and everything we could have needed was there...in a practical place...even umbrellas! The accommodation was much more than is visible in the photos online. The personal attention from the Paris Perfect team was also excellent. It's like having an adventurous stay on another continent...with a gracious safety net, just in case. Perfect. "We were favourably impressed by Muscadelle. It was close by to all amenities: metro, bakers, butchers etc. There was lots of storage for all our clothes, so our suit cases were emptied. The kitchen was well provisioned for those who want to eat in, while there were many restaurants in the immediate area. Both cable TV (with both English language and French channels) and WiFi is available and both were used during our stay. The Paris Perfect staff were very helpful especially on arrival (the welcoming gifts were useful) but also when we had problems in the apartment. The information booklet supplied by Paris Perfect was a great idea as it gave suggestions for where to and where not to buy services. Their suggestion of Victor's Taxi Service was also great as it made travelling from CDG to Muscadelle quick and hassle free. The Paris Perfect Team certainly made our stay in Paris perfect."
