"We stayed in Cabernet for 8 days in mid-October. It was perfect - Paris Perfect! The location is ideal. There are so many restaurants, specialty food shops, markets etc. that eating in or going out are both extremely convenient. The apartment itself is beautiful. The furniture is very comfortable and attractive. The beds are luxurious! It was especially nice to have two bathrooms. Not having a second toilet was not a problem - we just enjoyed having separate vanities and showers. The kitchen, while small, is ingeniously designed with all the necessary cookware and appliances. We used the washer frequently because it is small and can only take small loads. It worked better than any other washer we have ever used in Europe. Finally, the view, what can we say? It is magic. Eating dinner while overlooking the illuminated Eiffel Tower - does it get any better than that?"

"The Bordeaux was even nicer than the photos show, and the views of the Eiffel Tower were just as my husband had requested. The kitchen was so lovely, my first thought was to become the official cook, but we took advantage of the local restaurants, boulangeries, etc. There are two Metro stops close by, which made transportation easy. Victor's cab service was reliable, comfortable, and on time. The Bordeaux is located on the confluence of a busy intersection, and opening the window at night wasn't an option. Bring excellent ear plugs if you need fresh air to sleep. Other than that, we were absolutely delighted with our apartment."

"We had a lovely experience with Paris Perfect. My sister and a work colleague both have stayed many times & even still I was cautious. I was so delighted when we walked into the apartment. The kitchen was updated and marvellously efficient - not that we used it much being in the 7th with all those amazing restaurants within mere feet of the front door. The décor was charming, the apartment spotless, even the sheets were of good quality. We were so charmed we started looking at real estate to buy but then reconsidered now knowing we can have a great experience with Paris Perfect, feel like we are home and have none of the worries. Thank you!"

The location is perfect for the things we enjoy.......great restaurants, museums, shops, markets. We discovered two restaurants in the "hood" we hadn't tried before: Su Misura (Italian) and Philippe Excoffier (French - wonderful fresh fish!). We look forward to our next visit! The view from Champagne is stunning: 5 sets of french doors open to the sparkling tower, so close you feel you can reach out and touch it. Give this place 5 stars. As classic "americans" we sought everything that's hard to find "all in one place" in Paris: stylish address, signature view, elevator, large master bed, air-conditioning, american-style coffee maker, modern kitchenette, modern bathroom, washer and dryer, and pull out sofa option for our 20 year old who's studying in paris for the semester. Champagne met our every wish. Neighborhood is bustling with grocery, cheese, wine, and patisserie all in the same block. Walk to Eiffel is 2 blocks. Street is well known to cab drives so no problems getting 'home' from various parts of the city. There is street noise. Apartment building is secure and very attractive. Neighborhood is upscale. Elevator is for 2 people or bags + 1 person but fast and worked well. The floor plan is efficient--master bedroom has 2 closets with bed somewhere between queen and king size, and double doors. AC works great, but fan + doors keep great breeze. Lovely furnishings and very good towels and linens satisfy picky wife. Toilet is off the hall close to master--tiny WC only. (fair warning--a heavy person literally would not fit in that room) The "bath" with double sink, shower and laundry are in room next to WC --this is spacious, clean as a whistle. plenty of water pressure and hot water. Laundry is a tiny all-in-one Washer and Dryer. Ok for light loads. Views from the LR & DR and Kitchen areas all amazing. Many nights we'd pop champagne, open cheese and just watch the eiffel sparkle. Daughter used the pullout couch two nights-- very comfortable. Not a USA style unfold, rather a proper twin-sized mattress that pops up with a similar pop up underneath it to sleep two with plenty of room and no "bars" to sleep on. Nice linens on this bed also (ready made up) Kitchen very well appointed with new appliances and large american-sized fridge, and freezer with ice trays. We did use Victor for transfers--great help. Picking up the key was a bit of a hassle because we came in after hours. We wished Victor could have brought the key but ParisPerfect is firm on doing a "house how-to" briefing which I have to respect We ended up having our daughter collect it rather than an after hours meeting, as they did teach our daughter a few things we might not have figured out. Great bandwidth from internet. bookshelf stocked with @ 20 guides to Paris so leave yours home. House has wheeled basket for shopping, umbrellas, plenty of hangers, etc. We'd definitely recommend and would use this again.

My husband and I just completed an 8-day stay at the wonderful Saint Amour. The apartment was sparkling clean and even nicer than the photos. Our children (3 yrs & 8 yrs) loved the bunk beds and having a second WC made getting ready for outings so much easier. The location of the Saint Amour can’t be beat with views across to the Champ de Mars park, and of course the Eiffel Tower looking out to the right. A 5-minute walk to the Marionette theatre in the Champ de Mars park which was a hit with our children. Bus routes #42, #69 and #87 are literally steps from the front door. Routes #42 and #69 are the sightseeing routes taking you past the best parts of Paris. The Ecole Militaire Metro is an 8 min walk away and is across from a large Carrefour City Market. A lovely bakery 30 seconds from the front door, opens at 0700hrs for your morning pain au chocolat and a butcher across from the bakery sells delicious rotisserie chickens perfect for stay-in dinners. The G20 next to the bakery, carries all you will need grocery-wise with a good wine selection too. Staying at an apartment is so superior to staying in a hotel room - once you try an apartment you will never go back to hotels - Paris Perfect made our stay just that - Perfect! A special thank you to Sam our greeter, who gave an excellent intro to the apartment to travel-weary guests. Special mention as well about the Paris Info booklet - everything you need to know is in the booklet - very helpful and the Paris Perfect team provides a copy in the apartment so you don't have to carry yours overseas. All in all a great stay. Thank you to the friendly, helpful Paris Perfect team - we're already booking our next stay in Paris with Paris Perfect.

"Just like a character in a well written novel, our Bordeaux apartment became an active participant in our Parisian adventure. Everything was warm, comfortable, inviting, charming, practical yet elegant. We looked forward to returning after each long day of sightseeing & found we actually missed spending time there while we were out. The views of the Eiffel Tower were amazing & the light show at night truly stunning! My only regret is that we had to leave! We will definitely return to our good friend Bordeaux again ~ we already miss her ♡"

"Our family of 6, four adults a 12 and 14 year old stayed at the lovely Marsannay in July for 10 days. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen, large refrigerator & freezer with a Nespresso coffee machine; along with two good size modern updated bathrooms. French Bed linens and pull out sleeper sofa lines are all superb and beds very comfortable. Good closet space and suitcase storage in back of apt. **Advice that needs to be taken into account is take medium/lg suitcases versus extra large ones; only 1 person and 1 suitcase at a time in small elevator and very tight awkward quarters getting out near steep staircase. It is an older building (well kept) and you need to adjust. Location is good with a boulangerie, butcher, wine shoppe, produce stands and full supermarket nearby within 2 blocks for those that cook - we did. Get the butchers cooked chickens - fabulous!. Male Butchers don't seem care to work with limited-french speaking (the female tries) however, other proprieters are really friendly and work with you. Especially owner of Wine shop! Numerous good cafes nearby.

The apartment is located fairly close to train stations, champs de mars, and a 6 block walk to Champs Elysses; Effiel tower views are spectacular from front of apt; bedroom views not so great.

Paris Perfect staff is friendly, helpful and very responsive! Like working with them. Victor Taxis is the only choice - his service is superior! Can't say enough good about him and his service team.

Will definitely use Paris Perfect again and try a different apartment."
