"Our week-long stay was not even close to long enough, it was so wonderful! The apartment is a wonderful size and layout for a couple who had been on the road for four weeks already, and worked perfectly for us. The location is stunning, from the absolutely gorgeous views of the Eiffel Tower and surrounding neighborhood and seemingly all of Paris across the neighboring rooftops, to the wonderful neighborhood. Being able to step out the door, and walk less than a block to shop at first the butcher, then the wine shop, then the vegetable stand, and finally across the street to the patisserie, and have the makings of the night's meal in a couple of bags within 15 minutes, was a treat unique to Paris, and a process we repeated several times during our stay. The fresh local foods bought every afternoon from friendly and helpful merchants, to cook in our own apartment that evening was a treat. We are already planning our return next year, and once we have our travel dates verified, will be (hopefully) reserving this same apartment for next year, and for more than one week."

"We have just had a 6 night stay in the Volnay apartment. I have one word for this place - "sublime". This was the first time we have stayed in an apartment in a major city before and we did have a few reservations before we arrived. These fast disappeared when Sam from Paris Perfect met us there and spent time going thru everything in Volnay.
Everything is there for a perfect stay, the place is spotless, spacious for two people and that view over the Eiffel Tower just topped it off. We would certainly book thru Paris Perfect next time we are planning a stay in Paris."

My husband and I stayed in the Clairette for our first visit to Paris. It was just what I dreamed a Paris apartment would be, complete with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Friends were staying in the 6th arrondissement but we chose this location as we are not big shoppers and wanted a quieter sleep, plus it is near Rue Cler and several excellent restaurants. Also, I should mention, as we only had 6 nights in Paris, our choices were limited to 6 apartments, as most of the apartments require a 7-night minimum stay. I feel we were very lucky the Clairette was available. The first morning we joined a walking tour that our friends had arranged, Paris By Martin, which was excellent. The guide picked us up at the apartment and we used the RER at Pont de l'Alma to join the others via the Saint Michel stop. I mention this because we ended up using the RER even more than the Metro at Ecole Militaire. We also used Victor's Taxi service, as recommended by Paris Perfect, both from the train station to the apartment and from the Clairette to CDG. They were excellent also - on time, friendly, and despite a meter which read much more than our quote on booking, due to it being unusually busy on Heritage Day, they stuck with the quoted price. The apartment itself was lovely and had absolutely everything we required, and more! We used the stairs, except when arriving and departing with luggage, as the elevator was small (as expected!) and slow. The information package which Paris Perfect sends upon booking was most useful. To summarize, we had a fantastic visit, would definitely book again with Paris Perfect and would most likely try to stay at the Clairette again. It did feel like we were returning home each evening; home with a view of the sparkling Eiffel Tower!

"We had a wonderful time in Paris. Morey was extremely comfortable for our group (2 couples). We enjoyed making breakfasts at home (terrific bakery and markets nearby); happy to have a washing machine. Some extra towels would have been nice. It's a perfect location to walk EVERYWHERE. The only negative is the street below gets very noisy at night and into the early morning hours. Young people hang out in the short street and create a roar of voices. We dealt with this by closing the windows and using the air conditioning. The "white noise" allowed us to sleep well. Next time we may look for a quieter street - if there is such a thing in the left bank!"

"We stayed in Cabernet for 8 days in mid-October. It was perfect - Paris Perfect! The location is ideal. There are so many restaurants, specialty food shops, markets etc. that eating in or going out are both extremely convenient. The apartment itself is beautiful. The furniture is very comfortable and attractive. The beds are luxurious! It was especially nice to have two bathrooms. Not having a second toilet was not a problem - we just enjoyed having separate vanities and showers. The kitchen, while small, is ingeniously designed with all the necessary cookware and appliances. We used the washer frequently because it is small and can only take small loads. It worked better than any other washer we have ever used in Europe. Finally, the view, what can we say? It is magic. Eating dinner while overlooking the illuminated Eiffel Tower - does it get any better than that?"

"The Bordeaux was even nicer than the photos show, and the views of the Eiffel Tower were just as my husband had requested. The kitchen was so lovely, my first thought was to become the official cook, but we took advantage of the local restaurants, boulangeries, etc. There are two Metro stops close by, which made transportation easy. Victor's cab service was reliable, comfortable, and on time. The Bordeaux is located on the confluence of a busy intersection, and opening the window at night wasn't an option. Bring excellent ear plugs if you need fresh air to sleep. Other than that, we were absolutely delighted with our apartment."

The kitchen was updated and marvellously efficient - not that we used it much being in the 7th with all those amazing restaurants within mere feet of the front door. The décor was charming, the apartment spotless, even the sheets were of good quality. We were so charmed we started looking at real estate to buy but then reconsidered now knowing we can have a great experience with Paris Perfect, feel like we are home and have none of the worries. The view from Champagne is stunning: 5 sets of french doors open to the sparkling tower, so close you feel you can reach out and touch it. Give this place 5 stars. As classic "americans" we sought everything that's hard to find "all in one place" in Paris: stylish address, signature view, elevator, large master bed, air-conditioning, american-style coffee maker, modern kitchenette, modern bathroom, washer and dryer, and pull out sofa option for our 20 year old who's studying in paris for the semester. Champagne met our every wish. Neighborhood is bustling with grocery, cheese, wine, and patisserie all in the same block. Walk to Eiffel is 2 blocks. Street is well known to cab drives so no problems getting 'home' from various parts of the city. There is street noise. Apartment building is secure and very attractive. Neighborhood is upscale. Elevator is for 2 people or bags + 1 person but fast and worked well. The floor plan is efficient--master bedroom has 2 closets with bed somewhere between queen and king size, and double doors. AC works great, but fan + doors keep great breeze. Lovely furnishings and very good towels and linens satisfy picky wife. Toilet is off the hall close to master--tiny WC only. (fair warning--a heavy person literally would not fit in that room) The "bath" with double sink, shower and laundry are in room next to WC --this is spacious, clean as a whistle. plenty of water pressure and hot water. Laundry is a tiny all-in-one Washer and Dryer. Ok for light loads. Views from the LR & DR and Kitchen areas all amazing. Many nights we'd pop champagne, open cheese and just watch the eiffel sparkle. Daughter used the pullout couch two nights-- very comfortable. Not a USA style unfold, rather a proper twin-sized mattress that pops up with a similar pop up underneath it to sleep two with plenty of room and no "bars" to sleep on. Nice linens on this bed also (ready made up) Kitchen very well appointed with new appliances and large american-sized fridge, and freezer with ice trays. We did use Victor for transfers--great help. Picking up the key was a bit of a hassle because we came in after hours. We wished Victor could have brought the key but ParisPerfect is firm on doing a "house how-to" briefing which I have to respect We ended up having our daughter collect it rather than an after hours meeting, as they did teach our daughter a few things we might not have figured out. Great bandwidth from internet. bookshelf stocked with @ 20 guides to Paris so leave yours home. House has wheeled basket for shopping, umbrellas, plenty of hangers, etc. We'd definitely recommend and would use this again.

My husband and I just completed an 8-day stay at the wonderful Saint Amour. The apartment was sparkling clean and even nicer than the photos. Our children (3 yrs & 8 yrs) loved the bunk beds and having a second WC made getting ready for outings so much easier. The location of the Saint Amour can’t be beat with views across to the Champ de Mars park, and of course the Eiffel Tower looking out to the right. A 5-minute walk to the Marionette theatre in the Champ de Mars park which was a hit with our children. Bus routes #42, #69 and #87 are literally steps from the front door. Routes #42 and #69 are the sightseeing routes taking you past the best parts of Paris. The Ecole Militaire Metro is an 8 min walk away and is across from a large Carrefour City Market. A lovely bakery 30 seconds from the front door, opens at 0700hrs for your morning pain au chocolat and a butcher across from the bakery sells delicious rotisserie chickens perfect for stay-in dinners. The G20 next to the bakery, carries all you will need grocery-wise with a good wine selection too. Staying at an apartment is so superior to staying in a hotel room - once you try an apartment you will never go back to hotels - Paris Perfect made our stay just that - Perfect! A special thank you to Sam our greeter, who gave an excellent intro to the apartment to travel-weary guests. Special mention as well about the Paris Info booklet - everything you need to know is in the booklet - very helpful and the Paris Perfect team provides a copy in the apartment so you don't have to carry yours overseas. All in all a great stay. Thank you to the friendly, helpful Paris Perfect team - we're already booking our next stay in Paris with Paris Perfect.
