"We stayed in Bergerac in December and really enjoyed it. You simply can't beat the location -- just a block away from the Eiffel Tour with great views of it through the windows! How many times did we sit in the living or dining area at night enjoying the view while consuming some fabulous pastry procured earlier that day?

The apartment is comfortable with lovely furnishings and plenty of room for making meals, eating together, relaxing after a full day of sightseeing, etc. The building is exactly what you think of when you think of Paris. It's right in the heart of things and yet there isn't much in the way of street noise. I'm a very light sleeper and there was nothing that kept me awake. Enjoy a wonderful home every night, then step out the front door every morning and into the next Parisian adventure!"

"Our family of 4 stayed in the Quincy apartment for a week at Xmas. The apartment is beautiful, and had everything we needed and coud wish for. The lounge was large, and coud be separated into a second sleeping area which was perfect for our children. The views of the Eiffel Tower were spectacular, especially at night. The bedroom faced into a courtyard, and the whole apartment was quiet both day and night. The apartment is situated in a great area, with shops and a metro station close by. We were surrounded by great cafes also. It was a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the 7th arrondissement.

Our booking was completed easily and efficiently online by the Paris Perfect staff. Our greeter, Verity, was incredibly helpful and friendly, and showed us everything in the apartment. The guide to the local neighbourhood provided by the Paris Perfect team was invaluable, and we used it daily. The welcome basket was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Xmas in Paris, and we can't wait to return. We would definitely use Paris Perfect to organise our accommodation again, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

"Our family stayed at Chateau Latour early December and loved every second of it. The beds were comfortable, the layout convenient and everything was spotless. The kitchen has everything I could possibly need and we cooked in most nights. Nothing beats the view of the Eiffel Tower from all the windows and my husband and I stepped onto the balcony regularly to admire the view of not only the Eiffel Tower and the beautiful rooftops, but also to see the Sacre Coeur on the far right - which is where we got engaged a couple of years ago, very special indeed.

The building is beautiful and quiet, the elevator small but perfectly useful and the location marvellous. We consider ourselves priviledged and would return any day!"

"We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays with 2 small children and 4 adults. The views of the sparkling Eiffel Tower were magical, and the apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, well appointed and provided us with plenty of space. It was great to be able to come home to a quiet and comfortable space to relax after sightseeing. We appreciated the professionalism of Paris Perfect staff and the thoughtful attention to detail in the guide books provided. We enjoyed sampling food on Rue Cler and Rue Saint Dominique. The metro stations could be closer, but there were always taxis to be found right outside the building and the location steps from the Eiffel Tower could not be beat. Thank you, Paris Perfect."

Researched endlessly,and as a former Travel Agent, I was all too aware of the pitfalls of deceptive advertisement.
Chose a Champagne for a 2 week stay in MARCH, 2014.
The pictures are Genuine! The apt is absolutely PARIS PERFECT! The Views- 360 balcony of the Eiffel Tower ARE SPECTACULAR. Spent every night sipping champagne watching the ever changing light

The accommodations were Beyond our expectations. Great area, BUS is across the street, metro 2 blks down. Eiffel tower is a 2min walk, Champs park is across the street. Great bars n restaurants within walking distance including Rue de Cler. We ENJOYED EVERY SECOND OF OUR STAY and
WE SHALL RETURN!"

"Paris Perfect ... this is the most appropriate name ever. From start to finish two thumbs way up.

We arranged for Victor's Taxi at the airport to the apt. the cleaners were still working so we dropped bags and set off , returned to meet Sam at 3 pm for our meet and greet. He was very through and charming . the apt itself is a dream , so bright, spacious, clean and comfy . the building was very safe and quiet . we also used the recommended concierge service with Lisa , very helpful . We had breakfast home most days and a few nights brought home take away from Rue Cler area . the view of the Eiffel Tower was mesmerizing ... I have a million great photos from morning thru night . I left a piece of luggage and the team at Paris Perfect kept and and returned it to my friend for safe keeping . I hope to be back in Paris March or April and plan to use a Paris Perfect apt again."

What the web site cannot adequately convey is the extent to which the location of this apartment is a food lover's dream. In addition to easy walking distance to all major attractions, this neighborhood is home to outstanding markets, shops, restaurants and cooking supply stores. "Now that we've returned aux Etats-Unis, we wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed both the apartment and your excellent service. We took advantage of your recommendations for tours and services, and had an outstanding stay in Paris as a result.

Your recommendation of Victor for taxi service to and from the airport really took a lot of uncertainty out of our arrival and return. Very professional drivers. And notwithstanding the Paris taxi strike the afternoon before we were scheduled to leave, Victor reassured us that we'd have no difficulty making our flight the next morning.

We spent a full day touring the Louvre with Scott Emerson, Michael Osman's partner with Parisfind. Scott's knowledge of the history of the palace and the contents of the artwork throughout was stunning and, more importantly, made our visit to an otherwise potentially overwhelming museum quite enjoyable. Your future clients would do well to link up with Scott to appreciate the art and joy of Paris.

We drove through some wonderful parts of Paris with Cedric, riding in his open-topped Citroen with a bottle of champagne. He knows Paris inside and out, and was a delight to travel with.

Lisa Buros-Hutchins was instrumental in getting us into an evening of wine tasting at O Chateau, where we learned a great deal about the various regions of grape varieties throughout France. She too is both friendly and professional.

To the extent that you recommend neighborhood restaurants and bistros, you may want to add Le Campanella on Rue St. Dominique to your list. Great food and delightful waiters. We returned a number of times and were never disappointed.

Having stayed in other cities in Europe, no visit has been as enjoyable for us as these past two weeks in Paris, thanks largely to your help -- from touring advice to replacing our N'Espresso coffee pods to answering basic questions about our neighborhood. And, of course, our view of the Eiffel Tower -- both by day, and with lights exploding every hour on the hour in the evening -- was incroyable!

"Our stay in Paris was indeed perfect! We stayed in the Alicante apartment which was in an ideal location for all of our activities. We walked almost everywhere, but when we needed to take the Metro or train the station was close by. The neighborhood is filled with wonderful bistros and restaurants and a very nice market and small grocers, boulangerie, and other shops just a block away. The apartment was very quiet, tastefully decorated, just the right size for two and had all the amenities of home. Paul greeted us at the door, showed us how everything worked, and was available by phone if we needed anything. Fortunately, we didn't. We will definitely book with Paris Perfect if we are lucky enough to return to Paris!"

The location of the apartment is wonderful. Pluses in the apartment include an up-to-date Kitchen and bathroom, how quiet the apartment was and the bed/bed linens. The staff member who welcomed us was efficient as was the office when we called."

We loved our stay at the Beaujolais apartment. We were a family of four, parents and two adult children and it was a great space for all of us. The ambiance of the apartment was very charming and comfortable. It had great space for a Paris apartment, nice size living and dining. The bedrooms were a good size with ample closet space. I would never think to ask about this but it is important so you don't have your suitcases taking up the floor space. Plenty of room for clothes and areas to put your cases away. The kitchen had all we needed for the meal we wanted to bring in. It couldn't be in a better location. Situated one block away from wonderful Rue Cler and one block the opposite way from the Eiffel Tower and park you are surrounded by places to shop and eat. Metro stops were super close as well. I would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend for 4 people. Many thanks also to the Paris Perfect staff for all the information provided and ease of booking!

Paris Perfect is a fabulous company to work with. This was our first trip to Paris and we were nervous to say the least. We have traveled all over Europe and the South of France but had avoided Paris thinking that it would be to stressful and difficult. Paris Perfect changed all of that!!! Mia was our "Greeter" and she knew all the answers to all our questions. Some, I'm sure she's heard dozens of times. Mia was very kind and helpful. I hope we get to meet again.

Make sure to use Victor Cab Service also. This company works in conjunction with Paris Perfect and we could not have done it without them. So honest.

"Excellent apartment in a vibrant area. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was a perfect accommodation for 2 couples travelling to Paris. There is plenty of room to relax and the kitchen facility is very adequate. The grocery market, as well as outdoor markets are only a short walk away. We loved the Ste Germaine area and would definitely stay in this area again. The apartment is located on a very lively street, lined with bars and restaurants. It is a short walk to Boulevard Ste Germaine where there is shopping, dining or simply drinking a glass of wine. The apartment was clean and amenities were more than adequate. We had one issue with the apartment that was quickly resolved by the Manager. If you are looking for location, location, location with an easy walk to major attractions them Morey is for you. Paris perfect is a professional company that delivers on their promises and we will definitely use them again for future trips. We have recommended Paris Perfect to many of our closest friends."

"To all of you who are considering Paris Perfect for your next apartment, I cannot begin to express how wonderful I think not only the Paris Perfect apartments are, but the staff and the organization as well. We had an unexpected glitch with the apartment we rented in November and within one hour, the staff found us a new apartment. And what an apartment it was! Chateauneuf is an exquisite, spacious, well appointed home away from home, with a double salon and views of the Eiffel Tower. The location is fabulous, with the Champ de Mars a block away. Bring your "baskets" (running shoes) and feel like a local.

This was the third or fourth apartment I have rented from Paris Perfect and look forward to my next visit!

"Absolutely fantastic. The experience exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by a very helpful girl on arrival after our long flight who explained the features.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, light and well equiped. The wireless network was easy to negotiate and reliable throughout our stay. The kitchen whilst compact had everything a passionate cook needed with quality appliances to make cooking a pleasure.
The location was perfect, close to a metro, in a quiet residential area with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants were only a short walk away as was a supermarket. The gourmet food market of Rue Cler was a ten minute walk and with the shopping trolley provided created a great outing.

Bathroom facilities were excellent with the bonus of a seperate toilet.

We were also grateful for the free calls home to landlines.
It was very hard to leave and we are very impressed with the positive experience of Paris Perfect. The name says it all !"
