"Gorgeous view!! The balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower can't be beat. The location is convenient to many restaurants and shops. It was very easy to go out and buy food at the local market. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The 2nd shower in the hallway does leak into the floor due to a door that isn't completely water tight. Also a few wood floor boards need to be replaced in the 2nd bedroom.

It was great to have someone meet us at the apartment and show us how everything works."

"The Clairette was a very comfortable apartment with a lovely view of the Eiffel tower and a fabulous location in the Seventh. We could have eaten at a different wonderful restaurant every night on Rue Saint Dominique the street the apt. was located on. The staff at Paris Perfect are excellent too."

"We spent a week in the Castillon apartment on the Place Dauphine this July and absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautifully laid out, with excellent appliances and wonderful decorative details. The bed is heavenly, and the shower even better. We used the kitchen to cook several meals and found it to be well-equipped. The best part of this apartment is the location. The Place Dauphine is right off the Pont Neuf, with both the left and right banks of Paris easily accessible. The Place itself is lovely, with restaurants and cafes and locals playing boule. We will stay here again in the future. Working with Paris Perfect was an absolute pleasure."

"This was my 14th or 15th trip to Paris, but the first time I've used Paris Perfect for my rental. No other agency has even come close to the service provided by Paris Perfect. From the ease of booking, the regular communication (in impeccable English, I might add), to help booking reliable transportation to and from airport, it was seamless and worry free. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. You'd be surprised how often in the past I arrived to my rental and didn't even recognize it. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had very generous starter quantities of everything including laundry detergent, paper products, dishwasher pods, coffee pods, orange juice and a bottle of wine. Our greeter, Lia, gave us a thorough tour and instructions for all the appliances. Later in the trip, I became ill and texted her to ask what a product was called in France so I could find it at the pharmacy. She texted right back with the info and asked what I needed and if there was anything she could do to help. I will never use another agency and only wish I had used Paris Perfect for all of my Paris trips in the past! Thanks for a fabulous Paris experience."

"I tell everyone who asks about my trip to use Paris Perfect when planning a vacation to Paris. Your service was phenomenal as was the apartment. I spent a spectacular week in the Saumur this past July. The location on rue Cler puts one in the midst of the best eating options possible, whether take home delicacies, casual café dining or high end restaurants all of which I sampled! Almost everything Paris has to offer no matter your interests is close by. The museums, the Eiffel Tower, the parks, the shopping are all within walking distance. For those things farther afield like Pere Lachaisse or Montmartre, there are nearby buses and the Metro. And every evening you can return to soak in the last rays of sunlight while sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. I cannot wait to return!”"

"Let me just say, EVERY aspect of this vacation — from pre-stay communications, during the stay, and post-stay — lived up to the Paris Perfect name!
The arrival packet: Wow! Great information! I love how they split up the packets into two—one for the entire city and another just for the neighborhood. We also appreciated the personal comments on many of the restaurant recommendations; this helped us sift through the many choices in the area and, might I say, they were all great recommendations!
The apartment: This place was amazing. This was the best use of space I have ever seen. I loved that they had American-style bottom and top sheets (I get hot when I sleep and like to just use the top sheet–so many European accommodations do not use top sheets). Also, we had THE largest bath towels ever! Even some of the finest hotels have smaller, skimpy towels.
And Madelyn provided face cloths too! OMG! You NEVER find them in Europe. I usually pack my own when traveling to Europe.
Excursions and reservations: The process for making all the reservations were phenomenal.
The Paris Perfect Team: Fantastic and attentive! Madelyn's team is the epitome of her brand. They really want to make everything perfect. Whatever Madelyn is doing to keep them happy and loving their jobs, keep it up. Their responses and response times were fantastic. So much of a company can be judged by the people. They represent Paris Perfect in such a positive light.
Thanks to all for such a memorable trip; everything was fantastic! We look forward to coming back. P.S. I have already recommended Madelyn to a bunch of our friends."

"My daughter and I had a splendid stay at Chambertin! The location in Rue Cler was awesome with the Eiffel tower view, adjacent restaurants, and nearby markets. The apartment was supplied with everything that we needed and the instruction manual for all the household appliances was very handy! The bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable. The noise level on the street was "energetic" with the lighting of the tower late at night. This may have been more pronounced due to the soccer tournament and fan zone. Metro stops were just a short walk away. The Paris Perfect team was very helpful in planning our trip. I would return in a heartbeat!"

"The La Musique apartment worked perfectly for our family of five (kids 7-14). We received a lovely welcome and useful information concerning the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment was very comfortable and a welcome break after a long day of sightseeing. The location is ideal, we were able to walk to most sites we visited. The metro as well is very conveniently located. Kids loved getting fresh baguettes and pastries every morning from the bakery down the street. We would definitely return!"

"This was my third time using Paris Perfect and second time staying in Marcillac. I was with my daughter and the apartment was very roomy for 2. The bathroom is very large for a Paris apartment with a large counter and we could both easily get ready at the same time. The apartment provided everything we needed from a hairdryer to a charger.

It is in a great location where it is very quiet but a metro station is right across the street as well as a taxi stand so it is very convenient getting somewhere. A very nice cafe is nearby that looks onto Les Invalids as well as many other cafes on the street and a little further closer to the Eiffel Tower, all within walking distance. I appreciated the convenience of ordering my metro and museum passes all from Paris Perfect.

All their services from making dinner reservations to cooking classes make traveling to Paris so easy. Their booklet with all the important information is so helpful. The staff at Paris Perfect is so friendly and helpful as well. I will rent from them again and love this apartment!"

"Our stay in the Volnay apartment was wonderful. We appreciated the service, from the moment we were received by our host, to the details of a folder with all the information we needed from how to run the washer to where to eat. We were able to cook and wash and dry our cloths, a great commodity in Paris. There was air-conditioning. We stayed with our two children, who slept in the pull out sofa bed (two separate twin beds). They would sleep with the curtain open to be able to view the Eiffel Tower lights at night. This cozy apartment made our stay in Paris unforgettable."

Thanks to the entire Paris Perfect staff for a memorable stay in the Saint Romain apartment near Rue Cler! The Paris Perfect team took care of every detail of our stay, including, transportation to and from CDG, gourmet food baskets, travel wifi, museum passes, bus/metro tickets, and a delightful minibus tour to Giverny. Thank you Lisa for a lovely welcome, to include a very special wine basket. The location of the Saint Romain could not have been better. There were markets, patisseries, cheese and wine shops, flower markets as well as cafes nearby. (We especially enjoyed our meals and the staff at TRIBECA!) We found the Saint Romain to be well equipped, nicely furnished and really cozy. The balcony was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine and people watch at the end of a long day. For anyone considering a stay in Paris, I highly recommend letting the Paris Perfect team plan your "perfect" vacation!!! Thank you for everything

"Beautiful apartment and lovely host who showed us around. Had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower from all windows of the apartment. Loved the small elevator so that we did not have to climb to the sixth floor. Washer dryer worked well as did kitchen. Had independent air-conditioning units throughout the rooms in case it got too hot. Could see Eiffel Tower from all windows of apartment. Washer dryer worked well as did all things in the kitchen. Great small elevator so that you did not have to climb to the sixth floor. All in all it was an amazing place to stay in Paris!"

"The Beaujolais apartment was a joy to live in! It is incredible to see the Eiffel Tower from your own window at night. The location is wonderfully convenient to the tower, Place de la Concorde and even to the major museums if you're up for some walking. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had all the conveniences of home. We were missing nothing. Having a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, etc on hand already sounds minor but it's the little things sometimes. The washer and dryer in the unit was really good to have - less to pack. Beware the noise restrictions after 10pm, though. The guidebook provided with info on shopping, restaurants, etc was worth it's weight in gold. Cafe Constant around the corner from the unit was a great spot that we wouldn't have found otherwise. Having the markets on Rue Cler a block or two way was phenomenal - fresh foods, lovely scenery - all right there. And the boulangeries - we are absolutely going to miss them. We have nothing like that here in America. Getting Ubers from here to the major locations was very easy and a great way to save a little walking. As you can tell, we had lots of fun and enjoyed our week here."

"We spent a delightful week in the Saint Julien on our first visit to Paris. The location is ideal, just a few steps to wonderful patisseries and cafes. We were there during the 2016 Euros and despite large crowds nearby the apartment was extremely quiet. A small disadvantage is the metro is a bit of a hike but you can catch a bus or easily hail a taxi in the area. The apartment is bright and very comfortable. We would certainly return to this lovely apartment for another stay."
