Saint Romain
"
Thanks to the entire Paris Perfect staff for a memorable stay in the Saint Romain apartment near Rue Cler! The Paris Perfect team took care of every detail of our stay, including, transportation to and from CDG, gourmet food baskets, travel wifi, museum passes, bus/metro tickets, and a delightful minibus tour to Giverny. Thank you Lisa for a lovely welcome, to include a very special wine basket. The location of the Saint Romain could not have been better. There were markets, patisseries, cheese and wine shops, flower markets as well as cafes nearby. (We especially enjoyed our meals and the staff at TRIBECA!) We found the Saint Romain to be well equipped, nicely furnished and really cozy. The balcony was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine and people watch at the end of a long day. For anyone considering a stay in Paris, I highly recommend letting the Paris Perfect team plan your "perfect" vacation!!! Thank you for everything

"Beautiful apartment and lovely host who showed us around. Had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower from all windows of the apartment. Loved the small elevator so that we did not have to climb to the sixth floor. Washer dryer worked well as did kitchen. Had independent air-conditioning units throughout the rooms in case it got too hot. Could see Eiffel Tower from all windows of apartment. Washer dryer worked well as did all things in the kitchen. Great small elevator so that you did not have to climb to the sixth floor. All in all it was an amazing place to stay in Paris!"

La Musique
"We had a wonderful stay at La Musique! The apartment was lovely, it was very comfortable for me with my sister and our daughters. Great Location - we love the neighborhood and conveniently located only a block to a metro stop. We now have a reliable place to stay when we are in town again."

Beaujolais
"The Beaujolais apartment was a joy to live in! It is incredible to see the Eiffel Tower from your own window at night. The location is wonderfully convenient to the tower, Place de la Concorde and even to the major museums if you're up for some walking. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had all the conveniences of home. We were missing nothing. Having a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, etc on hand already sounds minor but it's the little things sometimes. The washer and dryer in the unit was really good to have - less to pack. Beware the noise restrictions after 10pm, though. The guidebook provided with info on shopping, restaurants, etc was worth it's weight in gold. Cafe Constant around the corner from the unit was a great spot that we wouldn't have found otherwise. Having the markets on Rue Cler a block or two way was phenomenal - fresh foods, lovely scenery - all right there. And the boulangeries - we are absolutely going to miss them. We have nothing like that here in America. Getting Ubers from here to the major locations was very easy and a great way to save a little walking. As you can tell, we had lots of fun and enjoyed our week here."

Saint Julien
"We spent a delightful week in the Saint Julien on our first visit to Paris. The location is ideal, just a few steps to wonderful patisseries and cafes. We were there during the 2016 Euros and despite large crowds nearby the apartment was extremely quiet. A small disadvantage is the metro is a bit of a hike but you can catch a bus or easily hail a taxi in the area. The apartment is bright and very comfortable. We would certainly return to this lovely apartment for another stay."

"We loved the fabulous location and the friendly face of Ellen each time we left the apartment. It was so nice to unpack and come "home" each night and not have to fuss with doormen and keys and being quiet and room service. it was a pleasure and we felt like true Parisians."

Viognier
"The views! The views of the Eiffel Tower from the Viognier living room and main bedroom windows were incredible. So close, in fact, that we could see and read clearly all the names of the famous French scientists and engineers engraved in gold across the tower's first level. We had no idea they were even there, and learned that they were specifically added by Eiffel to help market support for his unusual engineering masterpiece. This very large apt was a splurge, but totally worth every penny - modern, spacious and fully air conditioned. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms had great showers and lots of hot water, and there was tons of closet space. The eat-in kitchen was large with its own laundry room. Plus the apt had the best location ever! Most mornings we walked up Ave de Suffren, a gorgeous tree lined residential Parisian street offering boulangeries, patisseries, cafes, small grocery stores, and specialty shops galore. Our favorite cafe was Le Suffren. Fantastic corner location next to Ecole Militarie and the Champs de Mars. Delicious traditional French food with a friendly and funny staff. We loved the steak frites and the moules marinieres. We also loved just sitting outside and having coffee…or a glass of wine. Or two! Other mornings we walked across the Champs de Mars park directly in front of the Eiffel Tower to Ave de la Bourdonnais and Ave Rapp toward the daily rue Cler market - another fantastic residential neighborhood full of traditional cafes, beautiful old churches, and narrow streets with historical mansions and beautiful courtyards. The Sun weekly neighborhood market at Dulpeix metro and the Thurs Saxe-Breteuil market behind the Ecole Militaire metro were straight from a movie set. We bought beautiful apricots and cherries from Provence and chose five different kinds of goat cheese from the Loire Valley. We tasted homemade rabbit terrine and goose rilliettes and watched a man make the largest and most delicious pan of paella. We recorded a woman singing French folk songs and picked up a few scarves for gifts, as well as vintage jewelry and pottery. The neighborhood itself was so wonderful, it was hard to leave the area to get out to Notre Dame and the Louvre! But luckily when we did, the Bir Hakeim metro and Champs de Mars RER stops were just 2 blocks away from the apartment door! An amazing stay!"

"Best terrace ever! Our mornings were perfect having coffee sitting on the living room/kitchen terrace overlooking the Paris rooftops, the Invalides golden dome, with the rue Cler pedestrian market street below. We loved this bright, cheery, and beautifully decorated apt. And its large modern bathroom. The queen bed was very comfortable with its bedroom facing a quiet and calm courtyard. The pull out trundle bed in the living room was easy to set up and put away and surprisingly very comfortable. The apt location right in the middle of the rue Cler pedestrian market street was fantastic. We were there during strawberry season in June and every morning at the market we bought 2-3 different varieties of the most incredibly delicious strawberries trucked in daily from Brittany. Our favorite cafe was Le Petit Cler - just downstairs across the street. Along with the local neighborhood residents, we ate delicious daily specials for lunch - duck with potatoes and salad, steak frites, stuffed tomatoes, large mixed salads, and omelettes with fines heres. Amazing cheese plates came from the famous Marie Cantin cheese shop around the corner. The best take away crepes are just downstairs too from a cafe with a crepe cart parked out front. Made to order ham and cheese crepes, with nutella, or just plain with a sprinkle of sugar. Up the street, The Cafe du Marche's sidewalk tables were filled with local residents meeting family and friends for drinks all evening long. If you want to live like a resident in Paris, this is the place to be. And the Ecole Militaire metro (with the whole city at your fingertips) is just a 2 minute walk around the corner. Not to mention the Eiffel Tower!"

Chambertin
"The perfect apartment for two! The Chambertin apartment has it all; GREAT location and view, pieceful tree lined street, except during the euro cup, excellent restaurants within walking distance and it is in the oh so lovely 7th arrondesmont. Part of our stay overlapped with the opening week of the Euro cup turnament so we had more entertainment and commotion than we planned on. The RER C line was down for the week because of the recent flood, transportation strikes, and the "fan zone" lead to closed roads all around the apartment. But even with all of this, Paris holds more charm than most citys could only dream of and our stay was wonderful! Paris Perfect is the best company we have had the pleasure of working with. Victor's taxi service that was recommended proved to be an excellent choice. It felt as though we had a private driver just a text away! We also highly recommend the small group tour of Normandy and the 2CV tour at night! The Chambertin apartment itself has a nice staircase that is very manageable to climb if small elevators are not your thing. All the residents that we met gave a kind bonjour in passing. The bathroom is amazing but the WC may make you nervous if you have any issues with tight spaces! We used the kitchen daily. It was well stocked and the welcome basket was very thoughtful and appreciated. I do want to note that the washer and dryer is a combo unit that is popular throughout Europe but to an American it could be viewed as "challenging". Just plan on using the drying rack that is conveniently provided!"

Saint Amour
"We loved our Paris apartment, and everything was perfect. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We loved the location. We were so close to the Eiffel Tower yet we also were far enough removed, we could easily feel like one of the "locals". Would absolutely use Paris Perfect again."

Marcillac
"Our stay in Paris was indeed perfect. Marcillac turned out to be exactly what we wanted to experience living like a Parisian. The apartment looked exactly how it did in the photos on the website. The apartment was tastefully decorated, well equipped and immaculately clean.
We loved the location with it being 5 mins to Rue Cler, where we bought our fresh baguettes, cheese and fruits daily. And the metro was a minute walk.
We highly recommend Paris Perfect. The team was so helpful in every inquiry we had. We will definitely go back!"

Morey
"The location of Morey is spectacular. The apartment manager was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was nice and clean and only 1.5 flights up, so easy to do several times per day. The apartment was well-stocked with nice appliances, amenities, and linens. The welcome basket with wine, food, maps, and other treats was greatly appreciated. The travel books and apartment binder had great information and recommendations for our stay. While the street is, indeed, loud, it is festive and fun to hear, and good earplugs drowned the noise when it was time to sleep. Our only disappointment was the change in furnishings in the main room. The photos on the website showed a much more neutral, classic decor that suited our taste and the way we wanted to use the space. The different furnishings did not allow for a workspace nor seemed as relaxing. Lastly, while I was happy to have the opportunity to recycle and dispose of accumulating trash, feeling obligated to take the trash out the morning of departure added a bit of stress and multiple stair climbing runs. I hope I have the opportunity to return to Paris and rent again from Paris Perfect-you were great!"

Cognac
"You know how we feel about Cognac. I hassle you seemingly constantly for reservations there. We build our trips three times a year around the dates when it's available for 10 nights.
Yes, staying in Cognac is our favorite "activity".
And this time we're staying there twice."
