"The view is priceless! Every night we watched the twinkling of the Eiffel Tower just outside our living/dining room window. It was magnificent!
The apartment was well designed and seemed much larger than the advertised 650 square feet. The six of us (two small children and four adults) had plenty of room. The apartment was well stocked with linens, pots, pans, dishes, etc and was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the neighborhood immensely. Paris Perfect arranged a kid's tour for us at the Louvre (Louvre Treasure Hunt) and it was perfect for our kids. They loved it and learned so much about the 6-8 works of art that the tour focused on. They will remember the Louvre with a smile!!
There were minor problems with the air conditioning, but we were comfortable without it. The elevator was out-of-order for several days and the 120 steps up to the seventh floor got very old! It was probably good for us, though.
Paris is an incredible city, and we enjoyed our stay at St. Emilion very much. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"The Moselle apartment was perfect for our Paris trip! The apartment looks just as it does in the pictures, it was very clean and in excellent condition! The apartment has everything you need. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We loved the neighborhood, we had everything we needed right outside our door. The Italian restaurant downstairs was excellent. We also recommend the day trip to Normandy that Paris Perfect helped us book. Fat Tire Tours is also just a short walk from apartment for fun Paris tours. If you like horseback riding, we found a place called Horse in the City where in Versailles our daughter got a private tour through the park. She is an advanced rider but they take all skill levels. The train station to Versailles is a short walk from apartment.
We had such a wonderful stay and Paris Perfect made it just that... PERFECT!"

"Our 7 day stay in the Volnay apartment more that exceeded our expecations. The apartment kitchen was well equiped with great dinning area. Makes for a great way to enjoy a few meals at 'home". The living room was spacious, and tastefully furnished with sunning views of the Eiffel Tower. With three of us the hideaway trundle bed was very handy and easy to store during the day. The bathroom was spacious and efficient with a separate water closet. Also, it was nice to have a washer and dyer. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of closet space and a very comfortable bed. The location, for us, was perfect because our love the Rue Cler area. Everything you need from bistros, bakeries, food markets, wine stores and cheese shops are basically at your door step. Also, it was convenient to have several Metro stations close by to allow for an efficient and easy way to get around Paris. We can not wait to rent this Volnay in the future. Working with the Paris Perfect staff is easy and delightful."

The view is really special and every evening we rejoiced to watch the Eiffel Tower all lit up. We are close enough that you can actually hear some people on the street gasp with delight!"

"When my husband and I decided only Paris would do, for our 30th Anniversary, our research brought us to Paris Perfect. It was our first visit and we wanted an Eiffel Tower view. Some hotels offered views but they could not GUARANTEE that. Well, just look at pictures of Chambertin. The claw foot tub, and balcony with view of the sparkling Eiffel Tower. We can not say enough good things about our entire experience with Paris Perfect. Easy to deal with. Always answered my questions quickly, so much wonderful information to assist us with our trip. The location of this apartment could not have been more convenient for all we wanted to see, including walking to the Eiffel Tower for our anniversary dinner. We wanted this to be a very special trip. Paris Perfect and this beautiful little apartment, made it so. Thank you."

"This is a wonderful, beautiful apartment in a great location. It is large enough for several people, it was just two of us for this stay. Three showers and two toilets, with two large sitting rooms. The kitchen was great. Quiet building and quick access to many restaurants within 2 blocks, 6 grocers within 2 blocks, sunny and light spaces. Walking distance to all the things you want to see."

The best kept secret is the street where the apartment is located. "On our last day at this stunning apartment I cannot recommend it highly enough.
We were a party of 4 adults, and although the apartment is compact, the space in such a magnificent area of Paris was perfect.
"Paris Perct" as a company were without a doubt the most professional and well organised team I have ever experienced on my travels.
The apartment is EXACTLY as advertised. Eiffel Tower view is unbelievable and although the apartment is compact, it suited our party of 4 more than adequately. There is amazing hidden storage for luggage etc, and the amenities and appliances are top shelf. Perfectly stocked kitchen utensils and the most extensive manual for all appliances I have ever come across.
We were greeted by the lovely Verity who spent ages with us explaining how everything worked etc, basic apartment rules and contact numbers for her assistance at any time. We had no reason to contact her at any time as everything was perfect. Beds are comfy, towels are huge and fluffy, kitchen is stocked with everything you would require, air con works wonderfully, water pressure is great, gorgeous little stand on balconies to enjoy the tower view and plenty of natural light flooding the apartment during the day.
Decor is quaint and very Parisian. Loads of gorgeous restaurants within walking distance as well as small supermarkets, chemists and boulengeries nearby. Initially I thought the apartment was a little pricey, but believe me, you get more than what you pay for. Thank you "Paris perfect" you made our first trip to Paris absolutely PERFECT!. I highly recommend this stunning apartment and will most definitely stay again."

"We had a lovely stay in St. Emilion -- a comfortable, light-filled spot with an incredible view! Kitchen was extremely well equipped and easy to cook in. Bathrooms nicely remodeled. Full-size washer/dryer super. Master bedroom very quiet with good bed; we slept really well! Be aware, however, that the second bedroom is very small."

This Place Dauphine address is really central. A bit secluded, but at the same time in right in the middle of the action. Fantastic! The Pont Neuf metro is merely a 2 minute walk away. A velib station is 20 seconds away. Apartment is very clean and has all the amenities/appliances one needs. The apartment even has a Bose bluetooth portable speaker to use (description notes it as an "mp3"). Keyless entry was a welcomed feature. No more carrying keys. All you need to remember is the entrance code and apartment door code. Apartment overlooks the small park which during the summer can be a bit noisy. Someone is invariably screaming or talking out loud. Park goers tended to congregate at the other end of the park at night so that was good, but I could still hear them up until 4am most nights. There are several cafes/restaurants at Place Dauphine which makes it very convenient. There's plenty of storage at the apartment. There's a compartment under the mattress as well as a closet, drawers, shelves, etc. The apartment is decorated very well and the lighting features make the apartment so lovely. The apartment walls are thick and you barely hear the neighbors above. Weekly cleaning service was great. There's no need to buy anything because everything was restocked weekly - soap, paper towels, washing detergent, and dishwashing tablets. The air conditioning is great too. There's a built-in unit in the living room and in the bedroom. During my stay there was an issue with the a/c where a group of people came in to look at the units - twice, but other than that you were left uninterrupted. I was very happy with the apartment and would consider staying there again. The location can't be beat.

"First of all, thank you for another Paris "Perfect" vacation. As always, the treatment was exemplary, from booking to greeting to servicing of needs while in the apartment. As an added bonus, the apartment was ready for us early, so we had no waiting time between flight arrival and settling in. This was our fourth stay with Paris Perfect, and must say that while the previous three apartments (Champagne, Fronsac and Madiran) were also in prime locations in the 7th Arrondissement, from this aspect the Château Latour was without a doubt the best so far, being right in the midst of everything one needs for daily apartment living. Bread, cheese, wine, general groceries and transportation, were all incredibly easy to access. As to the apartment itself, the 7th floor location and large balcony made it exceptional for sitting outside (did we mention bread, cheese and wine!), with a close view of the Eiffel Tower on one side and Sacré-Coeur in the distance on the other . We did find the décor a little Spartan, but that's just a matter of personal taste. The only downsides we noted were the lack of an en suite toilet (basin and bathtub/shower only) and a rather small kitchen, but these are minor inconveniences considered against the many positives inherent in this lovely apartment. We'll no doubt be back in due course for visit number five!"
