This is our third rental through the Perfect Companies, and this time around we decided to rent the the Anjou apt located at gorgeously renovated La Place Dauphine. The website's photo and description is absolutely spot on. If you are looking for a pied-a-terre experience, I would highly recommend renting from Paris Perfect as any of their apartments will provide you and your family with Parisian living experience. They are absolutely wonderful in helping to organize your itinerary as well. Looking forward to our next visit and rental with Paris Perfect! Paris and London Perfect have perfected apartment rental to a T!

We are already dreaming of our next trip there and staying in one of your apartments. It was interesting to find the Volnay was in the same building as the Clairette where we stayed last time. I posted daily on facebook and you would not believe how many people ask me for more information about how we found the apartment, etc. so you are getting some advertisement from us. The location is absolutely the best-- easy access to the Eiffel tower, not far from the river, and to be able to walk across the street to the butcher every day, down to Rue Cler for our daily cheese fix, the wine stores for our daily bottle, the bread shop for the freshest of fresh best French bread and then the open market for a just a handful of fresh salad makings was tops. Everyone was so gracious, helpful and friendly. The central air conditioning was very welcomed and so quiet! Having the potty room separate from the main bath area was wonderful. There was plenty of storage room for "our stuff" under the sinks and along the small window counter. Sufficient hangers for our clothes was another plus.The view incredible, the decor cozy and updated, the preserved floors and architecture amazing. The oven was a combination microwave, convection and regular oven so too complicated for us so we did not use it. A regular microwave would have been perfect. We did find the bedroom to be exceptionally noisy , even with the windows closed, on Friday and Saturday night with motorcycles racing up and down and loud cars so little sleep was had. For such a lovely apartment we found the bed a little too old and squeaky. Every time one of us would turn over, the bed squeaked. We like to be on the run during the day, eat a mid-day lunch then stay in for the evening. Of course we ate at Cafe Constance for one breakfast,La Fontaine de Mars twice for lunch (the fish was fabulous), Les Cocottes de Christian Constant LATE one night for dinner (not my favorite). Our favorite this time was Cafe de L'Alma for a 2:00 lunch one afternoon. We happened to come upon it during a stroll to the river, liked the menu so made a point of returning another day for lunch. All the other times we ate in the apartment with food we purchased from the many shops on St. Dominique and Rue Cler. Our least favorite part of the trip was the bus trip to Brugges. Too long a drive there and back and we did not have all the details we felt we should have had plus we only had a little time to explore that quaint, clean historic town. We hated those little earplugs and having to listen to something in 4 different languages and wait and wait and wait. Give us a choice.. transport, drop us off and let us explore on our own OR do the guided tour. Victor's car service was amazing in every way! Your yellow notebook really came in handy when we were washing clothes. We did not visit one museum this time. We just walked, explored, read menus posted outside the restaurants and bistros, watched people, and ate the best cheese and bread ever. When it was time to go, we were sad. Hopefully we will be able to return again in the next few years. The older we get the harder that overseas trip is.

"It was a wonderful stay at Romanee. Amazing location, beautifully appointed. We loved our view of the Eiffel tower, truly one of a kind.
It was so nice to come back & relax after a full day of touring. We benefitted from booking the neighbourhood walk. Marion reviewed how to use the metro, pointed out amazing restaurants & after a few days we felt very comfortable in our neighbourhood.

Saint Romain

"We has a super time in Paris. I have been to Paris several times and there was always something I hated about the hotel I booked. (noise, crummy bathrooms & beds/lack of space etc.).

The Saint Romain was exactly as it appears on your website and it is well kitted out so we did not lack for anything. The rue Cler is a fantastic location and we felt very much at home.

Isobel explained everything very well and we appreciated also having a manual to refer to.

My only suggestion would be extra hooks in the bathroom to hang housecoats & PJs.

If possible an umbrella for the balcony because after 10am it was too hot to use; but this was a minor inconvenience.

On my first morning out to get our baguette & other groceries, there was a man playing La Vie en Rose on a grinder. I felt like I was in a movie!

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Beaujolais apartment! We were greeted by a staff member and given the tour of the apartment. There was a lovely bottle of chilled wine waiting for us as well! The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was fabulous, so close to the Eiffel Tower. You can see it a bit through the trees. The street is busy so there is some noise but the location is very convenient. There are lots of fabulous restaurants within walking distance as well. As we stayed in late July, it was hot and the room air conditioners were very welcome. Being from California, we had never seen a/c quite like this before. There is a tube that goes outside through the window with the hot air. As it has to be turned off at 10:00 pm, it can be warm at night. We left the windows open for fresh air, but needed to close them early in the morning due to the street noise. The apartment is small but that is to be expected in a big city and it was plenty comfortable for the 5 of us. Beautiful apartment and would definitely stay there again!

"This apartment could not have been more wonderful. The views of the Eiffel Tower from almost every room are stunning. You could sit there and take in the view for hours (if only there were not so many amazing things to do and see in Paris).

The neighborhood was quiet and charming. We really felt like we got to live in Paris for a week. Each morning, we walked to the amazing Boulangerie around the corner and the fromagerie up the block and collected bread, cheese and fresh orange juice for breakfast. Eating such fresh food on the terrace was a highlight of the trip.

The apartment was spacious. We had 6 people (3 adults and 3 children) and had plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space to unpack our clothes. The kitchen was well stocked for the small amount of cooking that we did (picking up food at the Bon Marche Epicerie and bringing it back to make for dinner was another highlight of the stay).

The Paris Perfect team was very helpful and friendly. The guide that they leave in the apartment was a great resource in finding restaurants, shopping areas and other points of interest. At some point during our visit, the clothes dryer broke and we could no longer dry our laundry. Because they were unable to fix it before we left due to a local holiday, they had someone come to pick up our wet clothes while we were out, and then brought them back dry by the end of the day."

"Castillon apartment is really amazing. Its location Place Dauphine is just the best location in Paris for vacation, close to everything! And this brand new apartment not only with Parisian taste but also with full new household equipment, made our staying very convenient and comfortable. We stayed here from 21 Jul to 25 Jul and then left for Italy, but when we finished Italy trip we decided back to Paris for a short recover before heading back home, and then we stayed at Casitllion again from 6 Aug to 9 Aug. I would recommend it to all my friends"

"We loved staying at Bergerac during our stay in Paris! The location could not beat-- what better way to start and end your day then to stare out the window and see the gorgeous Eiffel Tower. The apartment was compact and small, but it was laid out in a way that was comfortable for our family. Although we did have some pretty major issues with the elevator not working, Paris Perfect was more than fair about compensating us for our troubles during that time. I would recommend Paris Perfect to my friends in the future!"

"We had a wonderful stay at St Emilion, The apartment was beautifully decorated and had an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment included everything we could want, including washer/dryer, wifi, free phone calls, comfortable beds, and a complimentary bottle of wine. While there was AC, we mostly just kept the windows open as it was fairly cool and the breeze was nice. My favorite part of the day was coming home and sitting by the windows watching the tower sparkle while sipping a glass of wine. Just wonderful! I would definitely book again.

One thing to keep in mind in the summer months though is that the RER line is closed for maintenance. Not an issue for us as we walked and/or took buses or taxis, but when we visited Versailles, the Javel train station was a 15-20 minute walk. Again not really an issue for us as we mostly walked, but something to consider. Also - elevator is very small, only 1-2 people can fit in at a time."
