"The name Paris Perfect fully embraces my family's first and recent experience in staying at the St. Julien. Just from the intitial booking and planning alone, the chat feature of the website helped me find this gem with very corteous and informative responses. When we booked, what really helped my family of 5 a lot is the fact that they prepared the property waaay earlier than the check in time of 15:30. We arrived 10am to drop off our luggage but was very delighted to hear that the property is available already! My kids were able to relax after a long flight, to my enjoyment. The property itself is beautiful and well equipped. The location and window views are amazing. The linens were fantastic and the proximity to the Eiffel allowed us to enjoy this beacon of Parisian beauty everyday and certainly in the evening. There are shops, bakeries, and restaurants nearby which helped greatly in our stay. I cant say enough good things and we will be back. Merci, Paris perfect!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in the Muscat apartment on Place Dauphine. The apartment itself is finished to a very high quality in all respects and is a just right size for two. We found the kitchen and bathroom particularly well equipped, especially the large shower and heated towels! The bed and bedding was very comfortable and quiet, making for good sleeps. The building is very quiet, access using a key code easy and secure and there is an elavator as well as convenient stairs.
We loved the location on Place Dauphine, which could not be more central and yet was peaceful. When not out and about, it was nice to just sit and watch life go by on the square while enjoying a Nespresso coffee. The square also has a number of well reputed restaurants, which we did not get to try due to always being further afield. There isn't a boulangerie right on the square, but we found several good ones within a 10 minute walk north or south. From this location you can walk almost anywhere in 30-40 minutes and are also close to the subway and bus lines. It is particularly convenient to catch a train to and from the airport, though they were crowded.
We travel light and thus don't need much storage space, but if you bring a lot with you there is good storage for hanging clothes, but limited shelving.
Overall, Muscat made for a perfect base from which to enjoy Paris on a two week visit."

The apartment had everything needed plus more, compact but feels very roomy. I wish I could of stayed longer, really didn't want to leave. Shopping close for groceries and transport at your door to all that I needed.
Buses to all parts of Paris at your door stop. When you book add a week because you will appreciate it. Sit back and enjoy."

"We were welcomed by the charming greeter who explained everything about the building, the superbly equipped apartment and nearby restaurants. We loved the location and walked to all the major museums as well as the wonderful galleries on Rue de Seine. Dinner at the Caveau du Palais a few doors down was delightful and I stumbled across an excellent ouster bar on Rue Dauphine.

We would not hesitate to stay at La Place Dauphine the next time we visit Paris. It was a “perfect” stay!"

"Chambertin is the sixth Paris Perfect apartment we have stayed in over the last seven years on what has been an annual 10 - 12 night, late fall trip to Paris for the last fifteen years.

As always, the apartment itself is top notch, very well appointed, and conveniently located in the heart of Paris with a wonderful balcony looking onto the Eiffel Tower.

Additionally, as always, the staff support at Paris Perfect is very helpful on any individual requests one might have during one's stay - from restaurant advice, to printing out boarding passes for the return trip.

In advising friends on possible stays, we simply say that; "no one you or we know, would not like to own any of the Paris Perfect apartments".

"A few years ago, our family stayed at one of your apartments on the Rue de la Bourdonnais, which we very much enjoyed. Since then, I have followed your postings about 25 Place Dauphine. I was so intrigued by your ambition to carry through, notwithstanding the architectural and bureaucratic hassles, and by your obvious love for this building.
You have made a brilliant investment in the acquisition and restoration of this historic jewel in the true heart of Paris. Everything was done with first-class attention to detail and quality. Beautifully furnished in the greys and creams that so remind me of Paris, with an occasional pop of aqua or chartreuse. That spectacular staircase (the runner is stunning)..to think of all the people who have trod those stairs over the centuries..the exposed wood beams and posts. And yet all the conveniences of modern technology and appliances make the stay so easy. Perfect melange of historic and contemporary. So much better than a hotel as we really felt like we were returning chez nous at the end of each day, toting home our bread, cheese and wine. We did not take the Metro once as the central location made walking everywhere such a pleasure. Cruise of the Seine? One minute walk across the Pont Neuf to the Vedettes du Pont Neuf.
I think if the statue of Henri IV on the Pont Neuf could come to life he would be delighted to see what you have done. I think he was probably overseeing your transformation of No. 25 with fascination and delight.
And, of course, the Paris Perfect staff is fantastic. Their energy and accessibility make the experience distinctive. Finally, Victor and his drivers are terrific. At your suggestion, we contacted Victor for both of our visits. He is incredibly responsive and reliable.
We look forward to our next stay at No. 25 Place Dauphine. Thank you for the gift that it is."

"Saint Chinian is magnificent for families and especially with teenagers and young people. The 'kids' loved the easy access to great food and great art and great people watching . The
grown ups were the same but add in great wines and great shopping as well ! Must triess: Martine Lambert icecreams are NEXT DOOR TO THE APARTMENT ! If entertaining , buy an icecream gateau. If the peche de vigne sorbet is available , buy it at once , you will not regret it. Mariage Freres tea salon is now across the street and is worth a visit to try the Wedding Imperiale Tea , which has notes of chocolate and caramel ( and no calories.... win , win win ) . Rue St Dominique has great patiesseries especially Karamel and Gateau Thoumieux. The deli next to the apartment has TRUFFLED SALAMI . Now that makes picnics with a baguette and some cheese and wine really sing. The Rodin Museum is a lovely walk past the gilded Invalides dome and has a garden where we got the best ever family photo on a bench there. Everyone was relaxed and happy and well fed and well walked, so it is my favourite picture of all five of us.

And yes the lift is teeny tiny but that was fun , as the fit ran up the stairs to beat the lift and the weary ( usually mum ) got to travel without annoying company!"

The apartment is absolutely beautiful , and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It had all the comforts of home. And we appreciated the extra touches to make it so lovely. We were also amazed at the design of the apartment, and the efficient use of the space. The greeter was excellent, we enjoyed meeting Verity, who was very helpful and friendly, as was everyone else with whom we dealt. The information you provided on the neighborhood was indeed thorough. Although we had been to Paris before, it was helpful. Rue St. Dominique is an excellent location for us. Our only problem was that the courtyard was noisy every night until midnight. It appeared that a restaurant across the way had employees talking for hours outside, and intermittently emptying trash and recyclables. Their conversation was very loud and animated. As a result we did not get to sleep until 12, and therefore had to sleep later and get a later start on our day. Merci beaucoup for your excellent service and stunning apartment.
