"What a great apartment ,so well situated and a pleasure to stay in.
The apartment had everything needed plus more, compact but feels very roomy. I wish I could of stayed longer, really didn't want to leave. Shopping close for groceries and transport at your door to all that I needed.
Buses to all parts of Paris at your door stop. When you book add a week because you will appreciate it. Sit back and enjoy."

"We were welcomed by the charming greeter who explained everything about the building, the superbly equipped apartment and nearby restaurants. We loved the location and walked to all the major museums as well as the wonderful galleries on Rue de Seine. Dinner at the Caveau du Palais a few doors down was delightful and I stumbled across an excellent ouster bar on Rue Dauphine.

We would not hesitate to stay at La Place Dauphine the next time we visit Paris. It was a “perfect” stay!"

"Chambertin is the sixth Paris Perfect apartment we have stayed in over the last seven years on what has been an annual 10 - 12 night, late fall trip to Paris for the last fifteen years.

As always, the apartment itself is top notch, very well appointed, and conveniently located in the heart of Paris with a wonderful balcony looking onto the Eiffel Tower.

Additionally, as always, the staff support at Paris Perfect is very helpful on any individual requests one might have during one's stay - from restaurant advice, to printing out boarding passes for the return trip.

In advising friends on possible stays, we simply say that; "no one you or we know, would not like to own any of the Paris Perfect apartments".

"A few years ago, our family stayed at one of your apartments on the Rue de la Bourdonnais, which we very much enjoyed. Since then, I have followed your postings about 25 Place Dauphine. I was so intrigued by your ambition to carry through, notwithstanding the architectural and bureaucratic hassles, and by your obvious love for this building.
You have made a brilliant investment in the acquisition and restoration of this historic jewel in the true heart of Paris. Everything was done with first-class attention to detail and quality. Beautifully furnished in the greys and creams that so remind me of Paris, with an occasional pop of aqua or chartreuse. That spectacular staircase (the runner is stunning)..to think of all the people who have trod those stairs over the centuries..the exposed wood beams and posts. And yet all the conveniences of modern technology and appliances make the stay so easy. Perfect melange of historic and contemporary. So much better than a hotel as we really felt like we were returning chez nous at the end of each day, toting home our bread, cheese and wine. We did not take the Metro once as the central location made walking everywhere such a pleasure. Cruise of the Seine? One minute walk across the Pont Neuf to the Vedettes du Pont Neuf.
I think if the statue of Henri IV on the Pont Neuf could come to life he would be delighted to see what you have done. I think he was probably overseeing your transformation of No. 25 with fascination and delight.
And, of course, the Paris Perfect staff is fantastic. Their energy and accessibility make the experience distinctive. Finally, Victor and his drivers are terrific. At your suggestion, we contacted Victor for both of our visits. He is incredibly responsive and reliable.
We look forward to our next stay at No. 25 Place Dauphine. Thank you for the gift that it is."

"Saint Chinian is magnificent for families and especially with teenagers and young people. The 'kids' loved the easy access to great food and great art and great people watching . The
grown ups were the same but add in great wines and great shopping as well ! Must triess: Martine Lambert icecreams are NEXT DOOR TO THE APARTMENT ! If entertaining , buy an icecream gateau. If the peche de vigne sorbet is available , buy it at once , you will not regret it. Mariage Freres tea salon is now across the street and is worth a visit to try the Wedding Imperiale Tea , which has notes of chocolate and caramel ( and no calories.... win , win win ) . Rue St Dominique has great patiesseries especially Karamel and Gateau Thoumieux. The deli next to the apartment has TRUFFLED SALAMI . Now that makes picnics with a baguette and some cheese and wine really sing. The Rodin Museum is a lovely walk past the gilded Invalides dome and has a garden where we got the best ever family photo on a bench there. Everyone was relaxed and happy and well fed and well walked, so it is my favourite picture of all five of us.

And yes the lift is teeny tiny but that was fun , as the fit ran up the stairs to beat the lift and the weary ( usually mum ) got to travel without annoying company!"

The apartment is absolutely beautiful , and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It had all the comforts of home. And we appreciated the extra touches to make it so lovely. We were also amazed at the design of the apartment, and the efficient use of the space. The greeter was excellent, we enjoyed meeting Verity, who was very helpful and friendly, as was everyone else with whom we dealt. The information you provided on the neighborhood was indeed thorough. Although we had been to Paris before, it was helpful. Rue St. Dominique is an excellent location for us. Our only problem was that the courtyard was noisy every night until midnight. It appeared that a restaurant across the way had employees talking for hours outside, and intermittently emptying trash and recyclables. Their conversation was very loud and animated. As a result we did not get to sleep until 12, and therefore had to sleep later and get a later start on our day. Merci beaucoup for your excellent service and stunning apartment.

La Tache was absolutely perfect for us. Loved the location: the Eiffel Tower in our window, great markets and restaurants a short walk away, and super access to the metro and RER. Having such a well-appointed kitchen was such a luxury and the bath and walk-in closet were fabulous. Next time we need a longer visit!

"This is our third rental through the Paris Perfect group - having rented previously in Florence and Rome through Italy Perfect. The location of the Marcillac is perfect -- in the 7th easy walking distance to rue Cler (the permanent market) and the metro.

As we like to cook when we're in Paris, Paris Perfect's suggestion to rent the Marcillac was spot on. A true cook's kitchen. The apartment is beautiful, it looks just like its photos. As usual the wrap around support provided by Paris Perfect makes it so easy to rent an apartment and feel like a local. We enjoyed their suggestions as well for restaurants, other daily markets and food shops.

Even in the world of Uber, the recommended Victor's Taxi is most definitely the way to go to and from the airport. Victor coordinates seamlessly with The Paris Perfect Team. Thanks again for another great vacation. We'll be booking through you for our London trip in next autumn!"

"My wife and I spent 10 days in the Chambertin apartment. First time for both of us in Paris, first time (ever) renting an apartment instead of a hotel, and absolutely loved the whole experience!

Very pleased with the entire Paris Perfect team. Everything was handled with complete professionalism. From the initial apartment reservation, transportation reservations, explanation of the apartment amenities when we first arrived, and departure. Very easy and would recommend using this company if you are planning a visit to Paris.

The apartment location is perfect. The views of the Eiffel Tower are amazing. Very close to all public transportation. The neighborhood is very nice. Great mix of families, caf�s, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.

Apartment says it can sleep four with the pull out couch. While that is true, the apartment would be cramped for four people (it is small by American Standards), perfect for a couple.

Highly recommend this apartment, company, and city for anyone contemplating a visit. Will definitely use them again when we return to Paris."

"I cannot say enough about the beautiful Chateau Latour apartment, nor praise Paris Perfect more highly. I was traveling with my husband, my 84 year old moher and my 22 year old niece and the arrangements were perfect for everyone. The apartment is beautifully decorated and totally outfitted for anything you might need. But the location and the view really take the cake. The Eiffel Tower beams down on you each evening, twinkles on certain nighttime hours, and is an inspiration when you wake up each morning, rain or shine. Everything is within easy walking distance: all sorts of delicious boulangeries, patisseries, butcher shops, the wonderful Rue Cler, plus easy access to RER line, metro and amazingly convenient bus lines. We only took 3 cabs on our entire stay in Paris. After a morning of sight-seeing or museum touring, it was so nice to come home and take a little break at our darling apartment before heading out again. It made everything so relaxing, despite a rather ambitious touring schedule. The Paris Perfect people could not have been more helpful in every regard. Definitely rent the portable wifi hotspot -- it makes all your travel and translation apps work perfectly wherever you go. We are already planning a return next year! Cannot recommend Paris Perfect and Chateau Latour more highly."

"This is a return visit to Muscat having spent nearly 3 weeks there in June as well. Obviously we liked it very much. The apartment is "perfect" for the two of us. It is bright, modern and located in the Place Dauphine, a great and quiet spot for enjoying Paris. It provides easy and safe access to either bank of the Seine as well having neighborhood bistros. Paris Perfect does a great job in ensuring a warm and comfortable stay. We will return. tres bien!"
