"Anjou was perfect for our stay from start to finish. The living arrangements were top notch! Truly beautiful, well- kept and as nice as it looks in pictures (maybe even better in person!). The location is ideal to visit all the major sites from Notre Dame to the Lourve to the beautiful neighborhood with tons of cafes and shops in St Germaine area. We would stay here once again if our travels took us to Paris. We will recommend the service of Paris Perfect to all. Great team. We even had fresh bread delivered by 7am each morning!!!"

"The Paris apartment was wonderful. It was everything I could have wanted for our family vacation. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. The beds were comfortable and the refrigerator well stocked. When we first arrived, we all just walked around a bit speechless. We loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. It really impressed my two teenage grandsons. I might offer just two suggestions. In the kitchen,the floor is tile and the chairs make noise when you move them. You might put sliders on the chair legs to make them a bit more quiet so as not to disturb the downstairs tenants. In the bedroom that had a red couch but now has a bed, maybe a small chest of drawers could be added for someplace to put your clothes. There is a large wardrobe but it contains bedding for the two other sleep sofas. Both of the shuttle transfer companies you recommended in London and Paris were excellent. As a travel agent, I really appreciated all the emails that you sent prior to our trip. It gave me confidence that we would be well taken care of. I will make sure all of the agents in our office know what good service Paris Perfect gives their clients. I will be posting a positive review on TripAdvisor. Thank you again for making our family vacation a wonderful experience."

"Thank you so much Paris Perfect. We had a wonderful 3 week stay in Paris in our lovely apartment, Muscat, on the Place Dauphine. It was comfortable, charming and perfectly located. We walked everywhere from our location without taking a taxi or the Metro once. The warm Welcome staff, the housekeepers and baguettes waiting in the lobby each morning were so very special. It was an unforgettable vacation in every way. The Place Dauphine itself was very charming with the coming and going of children, dogs, police horses, and the locals playing boules. The restaurants around the Place were busy and vibrant. I could just sit in the window and watch all the activity each evening. I really loved everything and the apartment building and our unit felt like we were "French" for a few precious weeks of our lives. Thank you all very much."

"We can't say enough good things about our stay at Bergerac. We started with a very helpful and cheerful greater who gave us a wonderful overview of the apartment and helpful information about the Metro, and restaurants nearby. The apartment's location is wonderful and as my 15 year old daughter said every night when the Eiffel Tower light up... This never gets old. The apartment had everything we needed. There are plenty of markets, bakeries, cheese, wine and flower shops. AS well as local restaurants for a meal nearby. I thought we would miss being more in the busier more active neighborhoods but it actually was very nice going back to our quiet retreat. Paris Perfect could not have been any more professional and wonderful company to work with. We will definitely plan future Paris or London vacations with them again."

"Stayed here with 3 other friends this past March. The apartment was well-appointed and modern while still being charmingly French. Our greeter was helpful, well informed and had everything organized perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was nice having the washer/dryer in the extra bathroom. Bedrooms were adorable, it suited us perfectly. Location couldn't be beat--we enjoyed the Rue Cler and made friends with several local shopkeepers and waiters very quickly. We had other friends staying at the Syrah which is almost just across the street so it worked out perfectly."

"The Saumur apartment was very enjoyable. A little small but that's my understanding of many apartments in Paris and Europe in general. The location could not have been better so close to the metro and Eiffel Tower. I completely fell in love with Paris and we will be back, just not soon enough! "Our family of 5 loved your Bordeaux apartment. We had plenty of space and it was nice to spread out, both upstairs and downstairs. The beds were very comfortable. The bath tub in the master bath was HEAVEN - tons of hot water and great water pressure. We found the apartment to be extremely quiet except for a small amount of street noise when the windows were open. We used one of the fans (provided in the closets) to add some white noise and never noticed the street noise again. The location is absolute perfection. The view, restaurants, cafes, shopping...even the G20 grocery store all within steps. My husband said when we come back, he would stay here again, but I would want to try out another Paris Perfect location!"

My daughter, my mother and I had a truly magical time at Saint Emilion. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful building, to the wonderful location, to the amazing decoration within the apartment, to the amenities, and last but not least, to the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from our very couch. After active days visiting Paris, we in fact could not wait to come back, sit on the couch, use the espresso machine to make our espressos, and take in the gorgeous light show of the Eiffel Tower until it ended at 1 am. We would go back to Saint Emilion in a heartbeat. I also want to thank the amazing crew at Paris Perfect for helping us with everything from cut the line tickets to cooking classes. Thank you Paris Perfect!!

Spotlessly clean, sleek new kitchen and bath, yet loaded with charm and a sense of history as one would expect in a beautiful old building in St. Germain. Upon arrival, when we approached the glossy green, heavy wooden doors with wrought-iron inlay that opened in to an amazing entry alcove off the street, we knew we had hit the jackpot with this rental."

"The apartment was light and finely furnished with lots of fresh towels and linens, pillow and blankets. Spotless--even down to a brand new kitchen sponge at the sink! We were met by a representative of Paris Perfect who showed us "all you need to know" to get in and out of the apartment/lift. She included practice for locking and locking the door with warnings about the uniqueness of Paris locks! A bottle of wine was there as was water and milk to hold us til we shopped. Most useful was the booklet that included idiot-proof instructions (IN ENGLISH)on how to operate the various appliances in the flat. They even provided shop packets for the clothes washers and dishwasher tablets.

If we had chosen to cook, it would have been easy to do--every possible pot, pan, utensil was in the kitchen.

The French doors were excellent in muffling out any noise from the street---the patio was welcoming.

Two concerns:
1--I wish that the prints in the loo were for sale--charming representations of an assemble of men on one side of the water closet and women on the opposing wall--dressed in 17th/18th century finery, but all facing away from the viewer-- quite a lovely pairing.

and
2--this is serious--please clean the pigeon poop from the outside window sills of the bedroom and bath --and add spikes to keep them from landing and cooing and ---ing there.

Well will for sure use Paris Perfect for out next visit to Paris. It was a grand location for walking the neighborhood and for accessing the metro and connecting to other arrondisements, the RER and TGV."

"My husband and I stayed at this apartment for four nights in early March. When we departed, it was with heavy hearts. The apartment is very comfortable, perfectly sized and well appointed for two people, and beautifully situated within the Il de la Cite area of Paris within the Place Dauphine. It is set on a quiet street within a block of Pont Neuf, and just a few blocks from the magnificent Notre Dame Cathedral. The apartment is quite beautiful and included combo washer/ dryer, all the kitchen appliances needed on vacation, and a very comfortable queen sized bed. We loved the storage in the dressers adjoining the bed, along with the built in nooks for phones, glasses, etc. The winding staircase from one level to the next was very narrow and steep, and might not work for those with gait / walking challenges. The balcony was great as it overlooked the courtyard and even though we had limited opportunity to use it due to bad weather, it is a very nice amenity. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a dinner at Restaurant Paul which is right down the street. Property managers were responsive."

"Really wonderful thing to do, renting an apartment in the 7th Arr. of Paris. Great location, beautifully appointed and VERY comfortable lodgings. Our greeter met us and was very thorough explaining appliances, etc. Near the best market and cafes and walking distance to so many places. Apartment was spotless and beds super comfortable. Would do it again!!!"
