"Excellent & charming apt that is literally steps away from the Tour Eiffel, shops, eateries, boulangeries, patisseries, fromaggerie, open markets, etc. I found it very central and close to the metro as well. The staff was so accommodating prior to & during our stay in arranging tours, dining reservations, and great suggestions on various issues to make our stay perfect!
I will definitely return to Paris & use Paris Perfect again!!!"

"We had a wonderful time in Paris in April - the perfect location on a quiet square but walking distance from everything we wanted to do and eat. The apartment was the perfect setup for two but we had friends over for dinner twice and fit four around the table without issue. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils we could need - the location is walking distance from some of the best-prepared food in Paris. But the fresh baguette waiting every morning for us was the ultimate luxury!"

The Merlot Apt is in a great location. It is maintained well with great amenities for our family and 4 children like washer/dryer, dishwasher, comfortable beds, pillows, linens, WiFi. The open layout and the balcony view of Eiffel Tower also made our stay enjoyable.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was an added bonus to the very comfortable & well-appointed apartment - it was clean, the appliances were easy to operate, and the furniture was comfortable & well maintained.  The location was wonderful and the neighborhood information that you provided was very helpful. The greeter was also helpful in orienting us to the apartment. La Tache felt like home and it was difficult to leave!  Thank you.

We have stayed in Paris numerous times always in a hotel. This was our first venture into an apartment. Paris Perfect was recommended to us and you did not disappoint. We knew we wanted to stay in the 7th and settled on Chateau Latour. We took our granddaughter for her first trip to Paris and she loved her bedroom. The view, of course, was spectacular, and the location in the 7th was fantastic. The staff was great and our check-in went flawlessly. The building was good with the exception of some construction noise in the mornings, which we were told about ahead of time . Since we were out of the apartment most of the day, it didn't really bother us. The information booklet in the apartment was incredibly detailed (down to the type of soap to use in the washing machine and dishwasher) Terrific experience all around and the weather considering it was March in Paris cooperated. If you want to experience Paris, this is the best way. We would highly recommend Paris Perfect and we hope to visit again soon. The car service, Victor's Cab 4 You, was excellent and on time for our very early departure from the apartment. Merci and A bien tot!

"A beautifully furnished, fully furnished apartment in the 7th, very near Quai d'Orsay, helped fulfill my dream of having a week in Paris BY MYSELF! The location was a new one for me, usually I stay in the Marais, but this area is a bit quieter with wonderful restaurants ( Clos des Gourmets) and cafes on Ave Rapp, and around the corner a terrific small market. I felt safe and was comfortable in the day and evening walking about on my own, and the locals in the cafes and shops were friendly and helpful. Of special note, included at no extra cost was a weeks worth of Nespresso coffee pods ( thank you!) and a quart of fresh milk, orange juice and a decent French Chardonnay. It's a small apartment by US standards but for Paris, and for one or two people, it was open and spacious, and everything worked well. A representative met me at the apartment, walked me through the kitchen, laundry, tv, etc and gave me a cell number to call with any issues. Internet was fast, and free... another thank you. Upon my return next year, hopefully once more on my own or with my husband, I will definitely rent again from Paris Perfect, who do all they can to make Paris Perfect!"

"Very well located, clean and Parisian-feeling apartment. Large living room windows open to the street for great afternoon light. Bedroom is very quiet. Ceilings in bathroom and kitchen are low due to loft, so this apartment may not be appropriate for over-6-footers. Host Daniele was excellent, charming, very helpful and a real bonus amenity!"

"First off, the view of the Eiffle Tower is incredible and mesmerizing! Cognac is well appointed and quite large by Paris standards. The beds were very comfy. Perfect location for seasoned travelers who don't need to be in the ultra tourist areas. It's my new favorite location."

"This little apartment was a gem. Paris Perfect really think of absolutely everything that you might need in an apartment. The location was lovely with a great view over the Place Dauphine. The entrance reception hall is beautifully appointed and fresh baguettes were delivered daily which was great as you could have a bite to eat without having to head out to the Boulangerie if you didn't feel like it. Charming in every way!"

"My family stayed at the Cabernet apartment and absolutely loved it! We could not have been more pleased with the apartment or the entire Paris Perfect team. Everything was exactly as described, the view was breathtaking, and the location superb. The apartment is within easy walking distance to The Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler, and the most delicious pastry shop is located directly across the street from the front door to the apartment. You must stop in the Le Champ des Delices!!! The staff at Paris Perfect were also great at recommending skip the line passes and things to do. Specifically, the skip the line for the Eiffel Tower is well worth the money because it saves you hours from waiting in line. Additionally, the professional photo shoot was invaluable, and we came away with literally hundreds of amazing photos that we will cherish forever. Thank you Paris Perfect, I give you 5 stars and my highest recommendation!!!"

"What a great experience, from the ease of booking to the scheduling of tours, reservations etc. The location was perfect the view of the Effile Tower was beyond words, every hour from 7pm till midnight it sparkled for a few moments, to sit in the comfort of the apartment unwinding from the day to have that as your view, speechless! Upon our arrival we were greeted by the host and he walked us thru the apartment making sure we had the most knows. The apartment was well maintained, fabulous location, its a must for anyone looking to do "Paris-Perfect""
