"From the very moment of booking the apartment, everything has been attentive to us: they sent us a lot of accurate information about the neighborhood (restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries, etc), as well as allowing us to anticipate the entrance to the apartment, since our flight arrived first thing in the morning. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful employee, who explained the operation of all the appliances. The apartment is beautiful, bright, the photos are a true reflection of reality, it has everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and central, surrounded by many emblematic monuments very close, such as the Tour Eiffel, which overlooks the views of the apartment. It is a success to follow the recommendations of Paris Perfect (we follow your advice with boulangeries and restaurants, specifically "Au petit sud-ouest"). No doubt that in our next visit we will try to rent an apartment of this same company, because its treatment has been, while professional, very pleasant. Super!"

Beautiful apartment and wonderful stay! Paris Perfect staff made everything easy and were so helpful.They found us the perfect place to rent! The apartment itself was charming and fit our needs perfectly. The view of the Eiffel tower was incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are so happy we decided to rent the apartment-it made for such an incredible and memorable visit to Paris! It was so nice to have a beautiful place to rest after a long day sightseeing. There were 3 adults and 1 child in our party and we had plenty of room in the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment and Paris Perfect! Thank-you again for everything!

I write to praise you for such excellent accommodations, planning and extras for a very special trip to Paris for our daughter's 40th birthday. We were grandparents, 71 and 69, parents, 40 and 40 and grandchildren 12 and 10 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 15 Place Dauphine. We have visited Paris many times over the years but this undoubtedly was our best visit and I know your accommodations and services contributed so much to make this trip so memorable. A couple of special notes that I compliment you on (and I recommend to everyone I talk to):

- Grocery shopping to stock the appartments - so great to have the kitchens stocked on arrival

- Victor at the airport - dependable and courteous and comfortable both ways

- Virgile greeting us - such a thoughtful and helpful person to answer our every questions

- Travel wi fi - I ordered at your recommendation and you picked up for us and I will never go without one in future

- Louvre treasure hunt - perfect for us and the grandchildren - Merine was a delight

- La Cuisine Paris and Chef Romaine - Perfiteroles and choux will be on our diet forever

- Reservation service - Le Cinq in George V hotel and Ellsworth and Nicola confirming by e mail early and even the day before

- Modern furnishings appliances and door locks on the the apartments - the best

"I have stayed at the apartment at 42 Rue du Dolcetto four times now. It felt like home the first time and now I am so happy to return. The location is in the midst of bustling St. Germain, steps away from a metro stop, but also peaceful and restful. Restaurants, food shops, boutiques are all around the street and the Seine and Right Bank are three blocks away. The apartment itself is sunny and spacious, a mixture of old Paris and new fixtures. A perfect place to start off on a Paris adventure in the morning or to watch the evening news on the couch with a glass of wine and a plate of pate."

"I cannot begin to describe how great of a stay we had at the apartment, and how wonderful the hosts were! We are a family of 5 -- 2 adults, 3 children (ages 8, 6, and 5), visiting for a birthday celebration. The pictures here are completely accurate, but the view is even more spectacular in person. The apartment was the perfect size - very clean and well maintained in a quiet area of the city. The apartment had everything we needed for our family - kitchen amenities/cooking utensils, linens, WiFi, and so much more. The view was stunning - and having a glass of wine on the balcony with the Eiffel Tower right next to us was the perfect way to end our days after visiting museums, local shops, and fantastic restaurants. The hosts/Paris Perfect provided us with such great information on restaurants, museums/attractions, metro info, and so much more. In addition, when Air France lost our luggage upon our arrival, they helped us track it down and even met the delivery courier to get our bags delivered to our apartment because we were out (Air France did not tell us they were coming to deliver our stuff!). They were complete lifesavers, and we cannot thank them enough for all of their help!

This was our first time in Paris, and it won't be our last - we can't wait to come back and would love to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and memorable for our family!"

Our last 24 hours in Paris seemed to fly by, and I realize that I left without leaving any guest feedback. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. "The Saint Romain apartment was a cozy and delightful nest for our week's stay in Paris.

The apartment is decorated simply but with real charm and taste; we kept noticing subtle and thoughtful little touches. Two luxuries are worth mentioning: the electric towel warmer and one of the most comfortable beds we have encountered on our European travels. The balcony is small, but a fun place to sit and watch the market street below or the sunset glinting off the top of the Invalides dome.

The location is terrific – a safe, interesting, lively neighborhood close to so many attractions. Being on a pedestrian market street meant it was always possible to slip downstairs for an early morning café, an enormous range of fresh food, or a late-night digestif – and yet we were never bothered by traffic noise.

The washer-dryer was broken while we were there, so we couldn't wash towels, and while the Paris Perfect staff were unable to get it repaired during our stay, they responded by bringing us a large stack of fresh towels – so problem solved, and we didn't even have to do laundry! In general, the Paris Perfect employees were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. And they were very flexible in allowing us to stay a few extra days and arrange taxi transportation when our return flight was cancelled due to a blizzard back home.

Having used Paris Perfect twice, we would happily recommend it to anyone. It allows you to experience the charm of genuine Paris apartment living, but backed by a professional staff, and without the worry and uncertainty of using an Airbnb-type service in a foreign country."

"We loved the Margaux apartment! It was located in the perfect area, close to the metro, wonderful restaurants and a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. We loved drinking champagne and watching the tower light up at night. The Margaux apartment was huge and plenty of room for our group of 6. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We loved having the washer and dryer! The guide left in the apartment with info on restaurants, shopping, the metro, etc. was fantastic. Thank you Paris Perfect for making our trip to Paris a once in a lifetime experience."

If you are worried about security while visiting, rest assured that all the major churches, museums and monuments have enhanced security in place. I visited in March in 2016, and saw much more attention to security in Feb 2017.
