"Our second perfect stay in this lovely apartment. The location is wonderful---steps from outstanding restaurants, boulangeries, etc., but on a quiet and charming little side street. "Due to the location of this newly restored apartment, we were able to experience and appreciate not only many of the sights on our list, but we immediately felt like we were Parisian. Virgille was an absolute delight and very helpful with our many questions.
We enjoyed many meals on the balcony that overlooks Place du Dauphine.
One suggestion we would make is to install shelves in both baths for ease in placing toiletries. The stairs to the kitchen and living room is rather steep, but is well lit.
Victor's Taxi service was excellent."

"Wow! Our five nights at Loupiac were better than we could have imagined. The apartment has been designed with a traveler's every comfort and convenience in mind, such as fine linens, large thick bath towels, and the best European mattress we have ever slept on. We appreciated little things too, like plenty of electric plugs, a rack near the door to hang jackets, and strong wifi. Loupiac's location, right on Place Dauphine, made us feel like we were part of a neighborhood, as we watched locals gather in the evening to play Boules or walk dogs. And what a wonderful surprise to have fresh baguettes delivered to the lobby each morning! Also, special thanks to Virgile, who greeted us warmly and provided an extensive orientation to the apartment and all its amenities!"

"Everything about our five-night stay at the Alicante was perfect. The location is convenient to restaurants, the metro, shopping, and a very nice street market. Being so close to the islands was an added bonus. The apartment is so charming, and equipped with everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. A special thanks to our greeter, Daniele, who provided a complete orientation upon check-in, and additional assistance when we had trouble with the wifi and cable system."

We found it to be spacious, modern, very comfortable and well appointed. It was also quiet. The building also appeared to have been modernized, and we particularly appreciated that the elevator was roomy, light, and felt open, as opposed to claustrophobic. The building was clean. The location is amazing! We would very much like to return. As ever, your staff was pleasant, personable, helpful, and proficient.

"This apartment in the heart of the Latin quarter is a jewel, and a rare find. My wife and I have a years-long tradition of staying in Paris Perfect apartments for a month during the Spring. We have become familiar with the Paris Perfect repertoire of apartments and this apartment is our all-time favorite! Spacious and perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends; just steps away from some of the best restaurants in Paris and some of Paris's most charming locations, such as the Jardins de Luxembourg and the Square Vert Galant on the Ile de la Cite. My wife really enjoyed the modern and full-featured kitchen; what she calls an "cooks kitchen" and we used it to great advantage for several wonderful gatherings with our French friends. Wonderful touches like a large walk in shower (what the French call an Italian shower) and a quiet bedroom insulated from street noise on the enclosed court at the rear of the apartment made this a super comfortable and always welcoming place to return to at the end of a long day of exploring Paris at its finest. Five stars for this spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed and appointed home away from home! We will certainly be back!"

"We loved the location of the apartment. The neighborhood is safe and the building is very secure. There are so many wonderful restaurants in the area that it's hard to choose a location for dinner. The train station is a short 5 minute walk! There are also several excellent grocery stores nearby in addition to the markets on Rue Cler. Everything you need is at your doorstep.

The apartment itself was very clean and neat. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and snacks. We could have easily prepared a full dinner but chose to eat out and enjoy all of the wonderful Paris cuisine. The building was very quiet, even though its located on a busy street.

Our only complaint was that the furniture, especially the sofa, was very uncomfortable.

The service we received from Paris Perfect was wonderful. Victor cabs is a terrific referral. Our driver waited over two hours for us to get through customs! They were prompt in picking us up for our return flight.

I rented the Romanee for 2 weeks, with 2 sets of guests staying for one week each. This apartment was perfect, and exactly what I had in mind. The living area was spacious and was arranged with comfortable furniture and every amenity we could have asked for. The beds were very comfortable and Paris Perfect graciously and efficiently accommodated my request for extra linens when they were needed. As the Romanee is on the top floor, it has an incredible view and is very quiet. Everyone loved this apartment, and I'd rent it again in a heartbeat. I also was very satisfied with Paris Perfect, who were readily available and willing to help in any way. They even arranged for me to look at a few more apartments for future possible rental.

"This apartment is marvelous. Location is the heart of the 7th and a wonderful neighborhood that we know well. The wrap around windows with views and the usable balcony are a true asset. The apartment is clean,new and as they say in French "TBE"!!. Only down is the very narrow and small toilet,not good for full sized people I would think. We would certainly book Champagne again. Thank you."

Your tour arrangements were right on and we enjoyed that part of the trip so much. Personal Chef Brian was over the top and so worth the money. "Our Paris Perfect experience exceeded our expectations! The view is as advertised -- it's stunning! The apartment was clean and very comfortable. While the 2nd bedroom would have been a little tight for two teen girls to share, the Murphy bed in the living room addressed that. In fact, my daughter loved waking up to a view of the Eiffel Tower!

The neighborhood was safe, reasonably quiet and within a short walk of some great restaurants and the market on Rue Clear. Oh yeah, the Eiffel Tower at your doorstep never got old either.

The staff was accommodating and made check in and check out a breeze. We'll definitely use Paris Perfect again!"

My two friends and I had a fabulous stay in April 2017 in the Morgon Apartment in Paris. The apartment was absolutely fabulous and felt like our own Parisian home; it was beautifully appointed and we appreciated the books, art, and music that the owners shared in place. We also loved having such a well equipped and functional kitchen (a bit unusual for Paris) which allowed us to go to the local markets and cook a few meals in the apartment as well as enjoy great coffee, tea, and croissants for breakfast. The apartment building was secure and the 3 bedrooms were each very private. The recommended concierge and Paris Perfect staff were terrific. The location in Paris in the 6th was perfect, with great bistros (we had a wonderful dinner at Atelier Robuchon and particularly at La Table D'Akihiro), pastry and chocolate shops, and great shopping. Walking everywhere was easy and the Seine just a few blocks away. We will be back and hope to stay here again! Thanks so much!

It is in an ideal location for site seeing with amazing restaurants and very close to the metro. We had chocolate croissants from a local patissierie every morning on our balcony, which is exactly how we wanted to start our day. Paris Perfect staff were great and the local information on restaurants and shopping was invaluable and added to our experience of living like a local."
