"We had a lovely stay in our apartment. It was beautifully appointed and in a great location. We felt like we had a home to come back to each day.

I thought from the paper work you sent us that we would only have basic supplies but we were very pleased with the amount of staples (coffee, detergents, toilet paper etc) loved the bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival and the fresh baguettes in the foyer every morning. Fresh bread with jam and coffee on our balcony every morning - what more could you ask for?

All the restaurants/cafes in the Place Dauphine were very good - both with food and service. And the comings and goings, people playing petanque, filming commercials etc made it a fascinating location to stay with a local "vibe" that was great.

Virgile was very helpful and patient with a couple of weary travellers.

My only tiny complaint was the ironing board - it just kept collapsing. But at least there was one and I think if that is our only complaint you have scored 10 out of 10 from us.

We would have no hesitation in staying with you again and recommending Paris Perfect."

Our apartment was exactly as pictured and we were more than happy with our choice, The Montagny. The second bedroom is really small, but works fine for sleeping. The shower in that suite is tiny and we could never get the water even warm, so we shared the large bath in the master suite. We also used Victor's cab service as suggested and found the drivers to be punctual and professional. A word of caution to anyone who wants to use the washer and dryer: Read the instruction booklet and ask for help if you don't get the results you expect. The appliances are much different than here in the States. If you are looking for a beautiful unit in a great neighborhood, this is a great choice.

"This is my second time staying in this apartment because I love it so much! The surrounding area is perfect for shopping and great restaurants. We walked to the river each day after having coffee at one of several local coffee shops. Very close to the Promenade Plant�e, a beautiful park above the city. The apartment itself is heaven. Beautiful, comfortable furnishings, quiet courtyard location with sunny windows and an open floor plan. We loved coming back each day to relax with our wine and cheese or just to have a break during the day to regroup. I can not say enough about the lovely location and decor. It was perfect!"

This was our second stay at the gorgeous Marsannay apartment and our 5th time in a Paris Perfect flat. Our two weeks were magical not only because we were back in Paris but in large part due to the whole experience that Paris Perfect helped us create. Nicola, the Paris Perfect recommended concierge who booked all our restaurant reservations was beyond efficient! She made our stay fabulous. We asked for a private tour of Chateau de Chantilly, a private cheese tasting and a special tour with an art historian of the less visited places in the Louvre. Nicola organized all these with care and precision resulting in us having many more lively Paris memories to treasure. The Marsannay allows you to feel like you are staying in your own large apartment with a drop dead view of the Eiffel Tower. It is superbly located with restaurants, cute shops and gardens close by. We will be back to stay at the Marsannay or another of the Paris Perfect apartments. Return guests are made to feel even more looked after and pampered. Thank you to Madelyn and her excellent Paris Perfect team!

"Beautifully appointed, sunny, bright apartment, perfectly situated at the west end of the Ile de la Cite - ideal for sightseeing, but also a 'velib' bike station just downstairs! Center of town, but incredibly quiet, as the 'Place' on which the apartment looks is open and reserved for 'boules'! As Paris Perfect owns the whole building, the public spaces are lovely and fresh baguettes are brought to the lobby every morning for guests' enjoyment! Apartment itself was equipped to a very high standard. Great for a couple, or a family with small kids who could sleep on the sofa bed. Two loos a plus! We truly loved our stay there!"

We traveled to Paris to get the real feel of living there from 27 May through 24 June 2017. We wanted an apartment and Paris Perfect, Madelyn, was up to the task. We had experienced a loss of what we thought was the perfect apartment a month before our travel date, leaving us without accommodations for four weeks. Wendy gave us Paris Perfect information and Maddy stepped right in and found us a beautiful apartment with all the amenities we were looking for.

"This was our third stay in Paris with ParisPerfect and the second time in the lovely Cognac. We were with friends who had never visited Paris before and they were blown away by the view from the apartment, the apartment itself, the neighborhood and Paris in general. The apartment is absolutely perfect for two couples and is ideally located. We have become very familiar with the neighborhood and feel as though we are locals when we stay here. The apartment is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated. When we stayed here in 2012 there were issues with the building elevator, but those have been resolved and the elevator worked perfectly every time. I had known in advance that, since our last stay, a wall with a door had been added to provide more privacy for the "second living room" in order for it to be used as a bedroom. I was a little concerned that that wall would close off the two living rooms but the pocket door in the wall is wider than normal so the flow of the two rooms was pretty well maintained, though we did not use the second living room as frequently as before because furniture has been removed to provide more space for its use as a bedroom. We have been to Paris many times and I regret that it has only been on our last three visits that we found ParisPerfect. We will return!!!"

"Although this was our eighth stay in Paris, this was our first experience staying in an apartment in Paris. We travel to France each Spring, staying at an apartment in Ajaccio Corsica and end our time in Paris.
We found the Paris Perfect Champagne absolutely delightful. The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for the week except for food. We cooked several times and ate several meals in nearby bistros. We loved getting to know the 7th.
Of course it was the best to have our morning coffee and our evening drinks sitting on our balcony with the Eiffel Tower in our view!
We certainly will use Paris Perfect apartments in the future and hope to come back to Champagne next year!"

"My Niece and I stayed in the Saumur Apartment for a week. It was just perfect for us. Beautifully appointed, clean, well stocked. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Each morning we picked up Croissants from a local bakery and ate breakfast on the Patio overlooking the rooftops of Paris. Listening to the sounds of people along Rue Cler in the evening as we watched the sun set at 9:30 was beautiful. We realized we could see the Eiffel Towers reflection in the window across the way and watched it as it sparkled. Each morning the sun streamed in and awoke us for another blissful day in paradise. This is the perfect spot for a couple or two people to enjoy being in the middle of a local street living like a Parisian. We look forward to our next visit. The Paris Perfect staff took great care of us. Thank you for a great trip."

"Would you like to stay in a beautiful apartment, with a 5th floor terrace, in a quiet courtyard that has people sitting at outdoor cafes and restaurants while others play petanque. Well, that opportunity exists if you reserve Savennieres at La Place Dauphine from Paris Perfect. My wife and I stayed here for a week in May and are already itching to return. From the fresh baguette waiting in the lobby every morning (the truck arrives at 8am sharp) to the helpful introduction and follow up from the greeter a stay in this location, origin 1607, is a treat. Coming "home" to the peace and quiet that 25 Place Dauphine offers is an experience every Paris lover should have. I have only written one other review in my life (4 Seasons Bora Bora) but this place merited a second."

"Wonderful apartment, located one block from the Eiffel Tower. Clean and comfortable. Amazing views. The only negative was the elevator (lift) was out of service for 5 of the 6 days we were there and it's a climb of 117 steps to reach the apartment. Quite frustrating."
