"We absolutely loved Merlot! This is a beautifully set up, new apartment. We felt so fancy seeing how it was set up! We were greeted so nicely and felt right at home. It was wonderful having a "home" to come back to each day. The view from Merlot is just fantastic, the Eiffel Tower! The neighborhood is quiet and we loved being able to walk to the grocery store for supplies. You thought of everything that we would need during our stay. The apartment was well set up and we were all set to just enjoy Paris, thank you so very much for getting our vacation off to a great start! We would love to come back again."

This was our fifth Paris Perfect rental and the best apartment so far - the building, the location, and the view are fantastic and I loved the open floor plan - something hard to come by in Paris. I'm certain that we will rent this one again. Saint Emilion was our second favorite but a bit of a hike to Rue Cler."

"This apartment is perfect. Everything was impeccably clean and new. Appliances were exceptional. I loved the well thought out accessories like a drying/coat rack and under the bed storage for suitcases. Window treatments and bed linens were beautiful. The location is such that you can walk anywhere. The cafes in the square were nice with lively crowds at night. I would stay here again!"

"What a fabulous time we had in Paris! Not only was the apartment everything we had hoped for, but it also exceeded our expectations by providing an incredible stepping off point for our excursions (great location). Each evening as we returned to our Paris home away from home, we would open the beautiful floor to ceiling windows to take in the vibrancy of the neighbourhood. Relaxing with a glass of wine, enjoying fresh bread and cheese while listening to the music and sounds emanating from the street below...just fabulous. From a purely practical point, the apartment is well resourced and had plenty of space for our family. We appreciated all of the amenities that made us feel at home. Thank you to Paris Perfect for making our trip!"

"We enjoyed our 10 day stay at the charming Quincy apartment very much. We had everything we needed plus a view of the top of the Eiffel tower! Nice neighborhood (loved hearing the bells from the nearby church) and building. The ability to close the pocket doors and have a second bedroom with privacy was very nice. And the bathroom set up (a toilet & sink in one separate room with the shower & sink in another room) worked well for us so that 4 people could share "one" bathroom easily. The mobile air conditioning units helped, but when it's very humid, they can only do so much, just fyi. Great stores nearby to pick up a few groceries (a good sized Monoprix!) and the kitchen was very functional. The nearby cafes were great and waitstaff seemed accustomed to at least some English (we didn't find that true everywhere), and a Starbucks just one block away!! (p.s. They couldn't use my American Starbucks gold card though.) We didn't visit Subway or McDonald's or any other 'chain' other than Starbucks, forgive us. The close proximity to the LaMotte-Piquet Grenelle Metro station with multiple lines was a BIG plus for our family, it is about a 3 minute walk. We got the week long Navigo pass and used the entire metro system quite a lot to get around, even the RER and a few buses! Was very easy with Google maps. However, with the amount of luggage we had for four people, we would NOT have tried to get to/from the airport on the metro. The coordination with Victor's taxi service was PERFECT, they provided excellent service and we felt it was definitely worth the cost. Maybe when we can return as a couple with less luggage, we'll plan on using the metro, now that we're quite experienced with it! All in all, our whole family LOVED having this Paris apartment to live in and by the end of the trip felt almost like locals (or like we could conceivably be locals someday). Our college age daughter might be making plans to move to Europe! lol Thanks to Paris Perfect for everything."

"I just returned from a 12 day stay in Muscat and I have to say it delivered even more than I imagined. The peaceful location, quick access to either the left or right bank via Pont Neuf, two charming restaurants and everything within walking distance. I am nearly 70 and walked about 10 miles a day exploring everything I wanted to see with ease. I had a dental emergency at night on my second day and Virgile and Nicola got me booked with SOS Dentists the next day! Problem solved and my vacation was fabulous. The fresh baguettes every morning were a special delight. The apartment was well equipped with everything I needed and I will most definitely be planning to be there again next year! I knew from the moment I saw this property being developed it was meant for me! And the most comfortable bed I ever slept on in a rental!!! Well done Paris Perfect!!!"

"Wonderful, large and well-appointed apartment in an excellent location in the 7th Arr. We felt it provided a memorable Paris experience for our group of 8 in one family. Bright, high ceilings and very nicely furnished. A view of the top third of the Eiffel Tower from your bedroom is a nice plus, of course, especially at night. And the service of Paris Perfect was prompt and courteous when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again."

"Beaujolais is a charming, well-fitted apartment. It had everything we needed for a more than comfortable stay with our son in Paris. Even the hiccup with the drip into the gentleman's shop below was handled with grace and convenience to us. Thank you. (Although he wasn't very nice.) I would say my only irritation was that the apartment was on a lower floor than I would prefer. The last time we stayed with PP, we were on a higher floor and the street was quiet. It's not a complaint, just a personal preference. It irritates me to have windows open with people standing below smoking. It all comes in. This is forever a problem in Europe for me. You do a magnificent job with your accommodations and presentation. I tell everyone to stay with you. Can't wait to return!"

"The apartment is great, not only you can open the windows to the balcony and literally touch the Tour Eiffel , but is right across the street from a public soccer field ( we where traveling with my 6 year old son ). The location is great, 100 meters from everything you need from dry cleaning to boulangerie, cheese shop, charcuterie, 7 minutes from public markets. Every morning my son will go down to the boulangerie to get fresh croissants and orange juice for breakfast. Central air conditioner in July was great amenity to have, as well as the three bathrooms ( very rare in Paris ) .

"My husband and I spent 3 most enjoyable weeks in Castillon Apartment.
Beautiful interior with 5 star amenities. Very well situated with easy access to metros, quite location and excellent, friendly and helpful staff.
We will have no hesitation in returning to the exact same apartment in future.
