As with all Paris Perfect properties, La Tache was spotlessly clean, with well-fitted kitchen and bathrooms. The living spaces were nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings, and the small balcony provided the best vantage point for viewing the Eiffel Tower, especially as the hourly evening strobe-light show danced over the tower.   The location on the 6th floor of an apartment building with lift was perfectly suited to enjoy the splendid food vendors and restaurants along rue Saint-Dominique, rue Cler, and the 7th arrondissement environs. The staff at Paris Perfect was communicative, informative, and friendly.   We are repeat clients and we have been visiting Paris for 15 years. Paris Perfect never disappoints. Thank you for another memorable stay!

"Wow! The Saint Emilion is a great apartment. It is convenient to great restaurants, a short, beautiful walk to museums and the view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing! It was even closer than the pictures suggest. Many nights we sat in the living room with the windows opened and watched the last light show. The Siene is only a block from the apartment if you want to walk, ride a bike or take a boat ride. Check in for the apartment was easy, it was clean and well stocked with high end appliances. There is everything you need to cook and dine. It was really nice to have the Miele washer and dryer. The apartment is in the 7th arrondissement which is a beautiful area of Paris. Even though the apartment was near the Eiffel Tower, the apartment was quiet and the neighborhood area felt safe. We would not hesitate to stay in The Saint Emilion again. We highly recommend the apartment and the ParisPerfect team."

"Another wonderful week in another wonderful apartment! Muscadelle is so well located - on a quiet street yet near all the conveniences of rue Cler. The spacious bedroom & ensuite bathroom (albeit a tiny shower) are a real plus. Of course, the view is delightful with several sites from your windows: the Eiffel Tower, Invalides dome & even the top of tour Montparnasse in the distance. It's a very comfortable apartment & I would definitely rent it again."

The apartment was very quaint and very Parisian. The location was PERFECT. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing...especially every hour at night when the lights would twinkle! The apartment had everything you needed and it was a nice surprise to find a sweet gift of wine and slippers from the owners. We walked to everything from the apartment, even home from Marais. It made all the meals easier to eat. The cafe's and restaurants in the area were fantastic! We ate and loved two Christian Constant restaurants, Cafe Constant and Les Cocottes. We loved Le Campanella also. Wine and people watching is fun at Champs De Mars Cafe at the end of the street. The croissants were the best we had right outside our door at the cafe. THE BEST meal and dinner we had was at Quinsou. We did have to Uber there - it wasn't walkable. The Seine River lunch cruise was a highlight of the trip. That was set up by Paris Perfect. A little pricey but so worth it for the view and the food! We took a train to Versailles and fully enjoyed that. The hop on hop off bus is a great thing too. One negative, and only slightly negative, was it was very warm in the apartment and we had no way to cool it off other than the windows. You also have to be very quiet even when inside the apartment. We could hear the people above us like they were horses. Luckily they were only there for three days of our nine day trip. I would highly recommend Paris Perfect for booking your trip - they make everything so easy!

"We had a wonderful time at the apartment. We found the size spacious and the amount of light that comes in, just wonderful. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and loved that there were great restaurants, grocers, shops so close by. We, actually ate in 3 times-loved the variety and cozy atmosphere of the apartment.

Enjoyed the amenities-only plus would be a bathrobe.

Have to mention that we went on a tour that was the absolute best!--French Revolution tour. I booked it for my husband, but I enjoyed it just as much. It was because of the tour guide. His name is Corey, with Localers-very passionate, enthusiastic, etc., He is worth the money and more!

We booked the Orientation tour and I'm sorry to say, but this was very disappointing. The guide spent most of the time in our apartment, going over maps, restaurants, stores-all the info that you guys already provided(which is great, by the way). We only spent 30-40 mins outside. I would have preferred to the out in the neighborhood for the whole tour with the guide pointing out "hot spots" , interesting places, things to do, etc. I think that this was a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this.

In terms of service, the Paris Perfect staff was very responsive and made sure we had a wonderful visit. We also were very impressed with the tour guides we had for Champagne, the Catacombs, and the Eiffel Tower. Finally, we appreciated the restaurant recommendations that were tailored to the neighborhood surrounding the Cabernet apartment."

"We loved our stay at the Quincy Apartment in Paris. There were 3 of us and the accommodations could not have been better. We liked the doors that closed off a room that made a separate sleeping area, along with the couch that folded out and the bedroom. We all agreed the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is on the 6th floor or in the US we would consider it the 7th floor. There was a small elevator that worked well when we didn't want to walk up all the flights of stairs. We loved the area and especially the Metro line because it has 3 lines (6, 8 and 10) we could take. We would highly recommend this apartment."
