"We loved this apartment. There was no place better with the seven large windows overlooking the neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower. Being on California time we enjoyed being up at 1am a couple nights to see the flashing lights on the tower as it closed down. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We were surrounded by wonderful bakeries and restaurants and were conveniently located for buses and walking to major art museums and other sights. It was a wonderful stay."

Clos Jolie
"Clos Jolie was a perfect apartment for friends and relatives, with different sleeping hours and activities. The first arrondissement is urban and excellent. It was easy for a headquarters and as a home - excellent kitchen!"

"The perfect apartment for our family. We loved having two bathrooms and a small sitting room that converts easily to a bedroom with a trundle bed/couch. The street (Rue Saint Dominque) has everything you need with two patisseries, a butchery, wine store, pharmacy, and grocery store. Great restaurants nearby and a view of the Eiffel Tower!"

"We have been renting from Paris Perfect since 2007. We have just completed our fifth trip to Paris and once again the service and quality of the apartment were simply outstanding. Arranging tickets to various venues was a seamless process. Renting an apartment allows you to interact locally, to purchase your wine and food in the neighbourhood and get a real flavor for Paris."

Savennières
"We returned recently from Paris and I am still dreaming about the Savennières apartment. The beauty and charm of the apartment itself is only rivaled by the exquisite location. There is no place more lovely than Place Dauphine. We walked all over the city and what was amazing was that Place Dauphine was truly central to every place we walked.
We'd spend a morning in Le Marais, stop at the apartment, then the afternoon in St Germain. The apartment is in the midst of everything, and yet the square is beautiful and quiet. The baguettes in the lobby every morning were an absolute hit for our family. Mme Florence across the street at Ma Salle à Manger was our favorite Parisian (and her restaurant is top notch!) and the team at Paris Perfect were just wonderful.
I will only return to Paris if I can book with Paris Perfect again, and to be honest I don't think I can return if we stay in another location. I've now been spoiled...I'm sure it doesn't matter which unit you choose at 25 Place Dauphine - the beauty of the location and the entire building are just unbeatable.
Thank you for having us and for helping me find the perfect residence for our week in Paris."

"
Everything about this apartment was wonderful. From the condition and quality of the furnishings, appliances, and shower, to the elegant and soothing decor. Our greeter was awesome, he welcomed us and helped us settle in. The location could not have been better. There was so much to see and do within walking distance, it was convenient for the metro but hidden away in a classically Parisian square. We have rented from other vendors over the years, but this truly was perfect and has ruined the chance of renting anywhere else!

"We have nothing but praise for the facilities. For the masses of useful information in the apartment (far better than any guidebook), for the greeter who explained everything to us, for the links with the taxi service and the WiFi hotspot.
Rue Cler is a foodie heaven and there is an abundance of choice both for eating in or out. I would add D'Chez Eux to the restaurant list (Ave Lowendal). We have eaten there on previous visits to Paris and the food and service are superb. Jeusselin Traiteur across the street always has a great selection of things to eat and the cheese shop just up the street is fabulous.
The only downside is that you almost need a PhD to work some of the appliances, which in Europe are infinitely more complicated than the North American variety! But the book does provide good guidance if you take the time to study it. The only suggestion I would make is that you have a standard package available in all apartments containing things that cannot be purchased in very small quantities that are needed for a short stay. There were useful leftovers like pepper and olive oil, but I think a small supply of salt, pepper, oil, tea bags and the like, should always be available.
We will certainly recommend Paris Perfect to our friends, and Rue Cler as well. The weather was dreadful most of the time (snow in March!). Make sure you fix that for our next visit!"

"This is our favorite condo in Paris. There's a great view of the Eiffel Tower. There was a well-equipped kitchen, which was necessary since we like to eat all our evening meals at home and love to cook. There is a great grocery, bakery and wine stores on the same block. Also restaurants perfect for breakfast and dinner across the street. However, our favorite was Cafe de Mars on Rue Augereau. The owner, Pierre, is a very friendly guy who speaks perfect English as he worked in the US for 3 years. This was our 2nd time staying in Cognac, and the 6th time using Paris Perfect. It is just right for 2 to 4 people. Also, it is very convenient for the 69, 80, 87 (does not run on Sunday) and 42 buses. The team are great and make the visit there even better!"

Saint Amour
"My family and I absolutely adored Saint-Amour. The location is ideal - convenient to some of the best restaurants, Rue Cler, and of course the Eiffel Tower. The patisserie right around the corner on St Dominique is to die for!
We took public transport the majority of the time, and the apartment is situated across the street from three bus lines that conveniently go to many of the main sites you want to visit. The apartment had everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer was so helpful.
One very nit-picky comment, I would recommend that Paris Perfect take the luggage directly to the apartment should we have to wait until 3:30 - like we had to. It would be a nice service to offer. Just a thought, otherwise, Paris Perfect was fantastic and the apartment was perfect!"

"
The apartment was just the right size for my husband and myself with our adult daughter - she slept on the trundle that popped up from under the couch. One additional person could have stayed with us. The view of the Eiffel Tower twinkling every evening was the best part of the place! However, it was nice to have room to relax, read and watch TV. We did not feel crowded at all. The location is convenient for some sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Napoleon's Tomb but most other locations were quickly reached using Uber. It was a very clean unit and quite comfortable. We are very appreciative of the opportunity to stay at Champagne!

Bordeaux
"My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely reunion week in Paris, and the Bordeaux was the perfect place to stay. The apartment was nicely furnished and we appreciated the two adult-scale bedrooms. We also made full use of the little balcony for morning coffee and watching the sunset. The neighborhood cannot be beat - great shops, markets, and restaurants. It was also close to metro stops for venturing further afield. We would definitely stay here again!"

Sangiovese
"This was beyond any expectation I could have had. The apartment was absolutely amazing. Beautifully decorated, perfectly located and worth a lot more than what I paid.
The apartment was a 3-minute walk to 1 metro, 4 minutes to another. It was across the street from a gourmet grocery store and a department store if you forgot anything at home. It was also within a 20-minute walk to many major attractions.
The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and will be recommending it to all my Paris bound friends."

"We were here for five wonderful days! This was my first trip here with my sister and brother-in-law who have visited many times. What a beautifully situated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed Paris walks, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower and the fabulous restaurants. Merci!"
Pomerol
"Just a note to thank you for a lovely stay at Pomerol for the last 10 days. The Paris Perfect team has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the planning of our visit and our stay. All the staff was responsive and professional.
The apartment is delightful! It has every convenience we would want including spacious windows, splendid views, good lighting, plenty of storage, a comfortable bed, charming decor, etc. The building is ideally situated and it is blessedly quiet.
The information provided in advance and at the apartment was extremely helpful. By the way, the cafes recommended did not disappoint. The welcome gift of wine, juice, and milk was very welcome. On to London and Queens Gate!
Thanks again,

We have been to Paris numerous times, and have stayed in Paris Perfect apartments several times. We can attest to the superb quality of PP apartments, but are particularly thrilled to have stayed in one of the Place Dauphine apartments. Place Dauphine is a magical location! It is very centrally situated and is thus a perfect home base for exploring all parts of the city. As an added bonus, the apartments face the square (really, it's a large triangle), which is beautiful and so quiet. There are several dining options on the square; we visited all except one of them and especially liked the three to the right as you exit the front door of the apartment building (Restaurant Paul; Caveau du Palais; Bar du Caveau). Ma Salle A Manger, just across from the building, is also good. The best place to buy food to keep in the apartment is the market at Maubert Mutualite on the Boulevard Saint-Germain - just a short walk from the apartment building. The building itself is very, very old; witness the wooden beams that PP left exposed during the renovation. Thank goodness they installed an elevator; the internal stairs are steep and we were on the top floor! Savennieres is one of the two apartments at the top of PP's Place Dauphine building. It has a beautiful balcony patio off the living area; we would have loved to sit with a glass of wine and watch the day's light fade over the towers of Notre Dame and Saint-Chappelle, had it not been freezing and icy during our stay! The kitchen is perfectly equipped and, as always, PP had stocked it with water, wine, coffee, milk, and orange juice. We were particularly pleased to learn that fresh baguettes are delivered each morning to the lobby - we had great cheese and bread breakfasts each morning (having picked up a nice Cantal and brie at the Maubert Mutualite market the first afternoon). We loved our view of the square from the living room and from the bedroom, and we appreciated the sparkling clean bathroom (with fabulous water pressure!). The only thing we could possibly caution about anyone's staying at Savennieres is that the apartment is on two levels, connected by a very steep and winding staircase with narrow treads. We are in our late 50s and this was absolutely not a problem, but anyone with any kind of mobility issue or dizziness might want to opt for a different apartment (the elevator only goes to one of the two levels on which this apartment is situated, so the internal stairs cannot be avoided). Fortunately for the universe of PP guests, there are several other apartments within the Place Dauphine building that are situated on one level! Our greeter Virgile was delightful. He was in no hurry and explained how every appliance and mechanical device worked - he didn't just refer us to the PP booklet (which by the way is abundantly detailed about every device, but it's still nice to see things in action). We had a couple of piddly questions about the apartment the first couple of days, and Virgile responded by text very promptly (in one case having the building manager come inspect something). We know from past experiences, and this trip was no exception, that Paris Perfect is a tip-top service organization in addition to managing high quality rental properties. [Same comment goes for London Perfect, the sister company!] From the initial inquiry and booking processes all the way through to departure, Paris Perfect provides exceptional responsiveness, support, and assistance.

Lalande
"This is my second booking with Paris Perfect and if you want to avoid hotels & feel a little like you live in Paris, I would highly recommend them. Lalande was perfect for us as we had a group of two couples and 2 singles and the apartment allowed everyone to have their own space, with no one needing to sleep in the main lounge area. The apartment was gorgeous, very French in its decor. One word of warning - 2 of the bedrooms are up a fairly steep flight of stairs.
Gorgeous views of the Eiffel tower though the second living room (though it did disappear behind fog a few times). The neighbourhood has everything you need, with small specialty food stores, supermarkets, bars and some amazing restaurants all within easy walking distance.
Booking with Paris Perfect is so easy and they can arrange tours, transfers (which worked seamlessly I might add). You are greeted at the apartment and given a run through and then left to just enjoy Paris. Absolutely perfect!"
