The famous fabric market located at the foot of Sacré Coeur has every type of fabric you can imagine; from upholstery fabric to lycra to Liberty prints. The area used to be the fabric district in Paris and there are still a lots of fabric stores in the area, but Marché Saint-Pierre is the largest and boasts the best selection. You’ll have to flag down an employee if you want some fabric cut, and keep in mind that they use meters, not yards. If you’re in the market for remnants that don’t need to be cut, look for signs that say “coupons.”

Address: 2 Rue Charles Nodier, 75018 Paris. Metro Anvers.
