We were so hoping the ice rink would return to the Eiffel Tower this year after the official re-opening of the 1st floor (with it’s awesome glass floor!) just before the holiday season. And … drum roll … it’s back! This winter from December 8th until February 15, 2015, visitors to the Eiffel Tower can take a spin on the ice for free. The ice rink is open from 10:30am to 10:30pm and ice skates are provided free of charge. The 2,045 square foot rink is located 57 meters above the ground – so you’ll not just be ice skating in Paris you’ll be ice skating above Paris. Fabulous!
Paris Perfect Tips: Don’t forget your gloves as they’re required for ice skating on the rink! A lift ticket is €9.00 or if a spin around the ice isn’t enough exercise, you can climb the steps to the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower for only a €5.00 ticket and ice skate for free. Great deal!
