Ingredients
1 kg Brussel Sprouts
250g chestnuts
200g speck (a distinctively juniper-flavored ham)
Nutmeg
Steps on Christmas Eve
- Parboil the sprouts and place in the refrigerator
Steps on Christmas Day
- Fry the speck in the pan (dry) and once the oil is coming out add the chestnuts
- Drain the sprouts and add to the speck and warm through.
