The view is simply stupendous from our Paris apartment rental.
The incredible view from the sofa made decorating the room almost an afterthought! The living room is spacious and sunny, which means you can comfortably relax at the end of a day of sightseeing and shopping. We covered the old oak loveseat in the corner with a fresh beige check; it’s nice to curl up on it and read a book on slow days.
Cream walls and beige tones frame the windows and the incredible view. Decorating the apartment was almost an afterthought with such an astounding view.
The Louis Philippe style sofa was made for us. There is a trundle twin-sized bed which rolls out from underneath. The sofa is long enough to nap on during the day. It’s more comfortable than most sofa beds as the mattress is high quality foam on wooden slats. We hung a replica of a Venetian child’s carriage door above the sofa.
