Antique cake mold hangs in the kitchen

Decorative touches in our apartment rental in Paris; an antique cake mold shaped like a pig.

This antique copper mold in the shape of a pig is something we found at an open antique market. It was used for baking a special celebration cake in Italy; we wonder how it found its way to France many decades ago.
