We named this fabulous Paris vacation rental Saint Amour after the sprightly, spicy Beaujolais wine that warms the heart. As its name suggests, the town of Saint Amour is all about hearts — they're everywhere: on wine labels, road signs, even hanging from windows — and its biggest festival falls on St. Valentine's Day! Like the wine, you’ll fall in love with this uplifting Paris vacation apartment that exceeds expectations in both amenities and value. Located on prestigious, tree-lined Avenue de la Bourdonnais in the heart of the exclusive 7th arrondissement, our Saint Amour vacation apartment is surrounded by chic boutiques, trendy restaurants, exquisite florists, mouth-watering pâtisseries and much, much more because the 7th is also a family neighborhood where in the mornings you can see school children scurrying to school in their uniforms and grandmothers pulling their carts to the open markets for their daily shopping.

Our Saint Amour Paris vacation rental apartment is housed in an elegant Paris building directly across the street from the Champ de Mars Park, just 1000 feet from the Eiffel Tower. This impressive Paris apartment building was originally constructed for the engineers and craftsmen who built the Eiffel Tower, and it features a beautiful terrazzo floor in the entry lobby. Step off the elevator and enter the vacation apartment’s entrance hall, and you are immediately struck by the quality of the finish. You’re greeted by a glass console table in front of you that is supported by filigreed cherubs sitting atop lions below an authentic Empire mirror. This is your first hint of the comprehensive, six-month apartment renovation that has totally redefined and modernized this Paris vacation rental apartment, while retaining its classic touches. Walk straight ahead into the living room of our Saint Amour Paris vacation rental apartment, and you’ll be drawn to the two large French doors looking out over Avenue de la Bourdonnais and down into the Champ de Mars park. Voilà! Off to the right is the Eiffel Tower reaching up to the sky. Already you’ll be anxious for nightfall when the Eiffel Tower will be bathed in warm light and then twinkling with thousands of sparkling white lights every hour on the hour. But it’s daylight now, and this large room is awash in sunlight.

In our Paris vacation apartment, we’ve installed an open kitchen with a sleek modern design complimented by a full array of top quality German appliances so that all the family can be together as meals are prepared and the day is planned in the morning or adventures recounted in the evening. Next to our apartment’s open kitchen is a dining table illuminated by a chandelier we commissioned in Murano, Italy specifically for this vacation apartment. Here you can enjoy your morning croissants and espresso with your family. In our Paris vacation rental, across from the kitchen and dining area are an Italian sofa bed that converts to two twin beds or a queen bed at night, two comfortable chairs, a large flat screen television with all-region DVD player and CD stereo for entertainment, and a decorative marble fireplace. Here you can relax with your family and friends because even in the middle of Paris, this room is peaceful and private as there is nothing but the Champ de Mars Park across the street from it.

The master bedroom of our Saint Amour Paris vacation apartment is set behind the living room, accessible by sliding doors on either side of the sofa. This room features an extra-wide queen-size bed and a third French door overlooking the Champ de Mars Park and also with a view of the Eiffel Tower to the right. There’s a second flat-screen TV mounted on the wall opposite the bed, perfect for the children when adults are socializing in the living room. It’s important to note that all of our Paris vacation rentals have the highest quality mattresses available and only the best 450- thread count linens.

Located at the far right of the entrance hall and overlooking the peaceful, inner courtyard of the apartment building, you’ll discover the efficient, second bedroom of our Paris vacation rental. This bedroom is compact and has bunk beds designed so that they can fold up into the wall in the daytime, yet are comfortable to sleep on at night with built-in safeguards for children. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with its own sink and shower as well as a built-in closet. The design is brilliant, and the beds are equally comfortable. Think of movies you’ve seen with overnight trains in Europe: this second bedroom of our Saint Amour Paris vacation apartment was designed in a similar, adventurous style.

Our Saint Amour Paris vacation apartment has two bathrooms and two toilets. The master bathroom is next to the master bedroom off the entry corridor. It is large, beautifully finished, and features a toilet, sink, glass-enclosed tub with shower, and a heated towel rack stocked with plush white towels. Right next to it, immediately left of the entrance door, is the water closet with sink and second toilet. Water closets are common, convenient Parisian amenities as they free up the bathrooms when everyone is preparing to go out, and second toilets are considered a rare luxury in Paris where even 4 bedroom apartments usually have only 1 toilet. The second bathroom is en-suite to the second bedroom and features beautiful mosaic tiles, a glass-enclosed shower, a heated towel rack, and a sink. And, as you view the photographs with their descriptions of this Paris vacation rental, you’ll see that both bathrooms as well as the water closet have received the same attention to detail as the rest of this fabulous property.
